INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: ATTACHING THE STRSP- THRU TURBO- RACK
1. Clean roof surface before use.
2. Inset each end of the bar in the hole in form towers ( printing on foam blocks face outwards).
3. Adjust bar width to place foam towers at outer most part of roof. Simply press in both quick release buttons and slide to
desired position hole.
4. Insert strap hooks into hole at either end of bar (just outside of foam towers).
IMPORANT 1: INSERT STRAP END BCK OF CLAME
1. With doors open, place straps inside vehicle, feed strap end into back of strap claps, check position of foam towers and then
pull strap to tighten in clamp. Secure loose strap end.
2. Recheck position to make sure strap is clear of occupants in vehicle.
3. Consult vehicle owner’s manual for roof weight capacity ( Usually the limit is 100lbs.) TURBO-RACK is intended to support 1
ladder or canoe or item of similar weight.
4. TRACK-RACK Is Designed for occasional use only. It is not intended to be permanently used on a vehicle.
5. STRAP 2: LOADING AND SECURING ITEMS TO TURBO-RACK.
6. Place item directly onto rack and center item.
7. Attach item directly to the rack with rope or bungee core.
8. Attach a front and rear line (rope or ratchet strap) from the item to the front and rear of the vehicle. Protect paint on hood
where this line touches with a pad or cloth.
9. Recheck attachment occasionally during use.
