NOTE: Do not tighten bolts until unit is
completely assembled.
VERTICAL ASSEMBLY
1. Locate and separate the left and right hand sides
(2 & 6). Identify the top of each panel. The top of
each panel has three holes instead of one.
2. Place back (1) on a protected flat surface so that
the flanges face upward.
3. Bolt left side (2) to the back so that side flange fits
around back using 7 bolts and nuts - nuts to the
inside. Do not use bottom 2 holes; these will be
used for attaching legs in step 7. (See Figure 1)
4. Next bolt top (5) and bottom (5) to back (1) and
left side panel (2) using 4 bolts and nuts each. Bolt
shelves (4) to left and back side panels using 3
bolts and nuts each.(See Figure 2)
5. Bolt right side (6) to the back (1) so that side flange
fits around back. Attach side to top, bottom and
shelves. (See Figure 3)

6. Insert rear legs ( 3 ) into the corner between the
bottom and the side. Bolt the leg to the side using
two bolts and nuts per leg. (See Figure 4)
7. Place door and frame assemblies (7 & 8) over the
locker body. Make certain that body sides are
inside the frames, not between the frames. Attach
top to frame header and the bottom to frame sill
(one bolt each). Attach frame to sides using 14 bolts
and nuts. (See Figure 5)
NOTE: Do not attach the top bolt on either side
of the door frame. These will be added when
joining the vertical and horizontal sections.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 to assemble second 6 tier locker.
HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLY
1. Identify three left sides for horizontal section (13); the
top of each side has two bolt holes instead of one.
Bolt the three left sides to back panel (14) (using 2
bolts and nuts each-nuts to the inside).
(See Figure 6)
2. From left to right bolt four tops (5) and four bottoms
(12) to side (13) and back panel (14) using 4 bolts
each- nuts to the inside. Tops and bottoms will share
bolts and nuts with the parts on either side of them.

3. Place each door and frame assembly (15 & 16)
over each locker frame. Make certain the body
sides are inside the frames, not between the frames.
Attach top to frame header and bottom to frame sill
(one bolt each). Bolt the side of the door frame (15)
and side for horizontal section (13) together, from
left to right (2 bolts each). Bolts will be shared with
the door on either side. Leave bolt holes open on
the outside frames. These holes are needed to join
the units together. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: Door and frame assemblies should be
bolted together left to right and two bolt holes
on outside of frames should be left open.
JOINING UNITS TOGETHER
1. Bolt the horizontal frame to the two vertical frames
as shown in Figure 8 (use 5 bolts and nuts per side).
Do not use the center bottom hole one on either
side; these will be used for attaching the coat rod.
Finish bolting the door frame (7) to the body of the
vertical units by adding the top bolts. The inside
frame will share the bolt with the horizontal unit.
(See Figure 8)
2. With the help of a second person stand unit upright.
3. Slide coat rod brackets (17) over the coat rod (18).
From left to right, bolt coat rod brackets to the
bottom of the horizontal frame. (See Figure 9)
4. Move to desired location. Check and secure
all bolts.
SECURING UNITS
1. Anchor units to wall or floor. Unanchored units may
fall over if not secured. (Units standing back to back
should be bolted together.)
CAUTION: Care must be taken to assure
that lockers are set plumb and true before
anchoring.
2. If units are not pre-numbered, optional number
plate and plastic covers (9) may be attached with
two push plugs (10). (See Door Detail on page 2.)
