Safe use of the Smart Segboard
Our compan hope that ou can use this product safel and enjo the
fun brought b the smart segboard. Just think of it as learning to ride a
bic cle or drive a car.
We strongl recommend ou read this manual carefull and store for
future reference. Before ou start to use our segboard please check for

damage, missing or loose parts. If there are an issues, please contact
us immediatel .
Please read these instructions carefull . You will find there is a lot of
information, including the speed limit indicator light warning and saet
shutdown.
Please do not modif an parts of the segboard. This can affect the
performance and the warrant . An misuse or attempts to modif can
result in serious harm.
User Weight
The weight of the user is limited to the specification on the packaging.
Maximum user weight limit: 100kg
Minimum user weight: 20kg
Smart segboard range
The range of the smart segboard is affected b a number of factors,
including:
Terrain: on a smooth and flat ground the range of the segboard will
increase. On an uneven terrain, the range will decrease.
Weight: User’s weight will affect the range of the segboard.
Environment temperature: please refer to the specification of the
packaging for the recommended storage temperature.
Maintenance: reasonable charging and maintenance of the batter can
increase the range.
Speed and driving st le: use at a medium speed to increase range.
Sudden acceleration and de-acceleration or stopping can increase the
range of the batter .
The speed limit
The maximum speed of the segboard of 10-12km/hour. When attempting
to use the segboard over the maximum allowed speed, the segboard will
send out an alarm.

Using a Smart Segboard
Step 1 – Start the segboard b pressing the power switch.
Step 2 – Using both feet equall , place on the rubber pedals.
Step 3 – Maintaining a stead upright balance will ensure the segboard
does not move. B leaning forward/backwards ou are able to dictate its
direction and speed. You can stop the segboard b returning to the
upright balance.
Step 4 – The segboard can be directed left or right, simpl b appl ing
more weight/pressure with our feet to the side ou want the segboard to
move.

Sharp steering and erratic use can result in injur .
The smart segboard must NOT be used on an uneven surface.
The Smart Segboard Protection Function
During use of the smart segboard, users are prompted of an issues with
the s stem b wa of an alarm sound. The following issue will sound the
alarm.
-The batter voltage is too low
-During charging
-When the maximum speed reached
-When the batter is low
-The smart segboard rocking back and forth for more them 30
seconds continuousl
-When t res are locked
-When the batter voltage is lower the the protection value.
-Continued maximum current discharge, such as attempting to use
above the permitted slope and at maximum speed simultaneousl

If there is a problem with the segboard, it will automaticall lock and will
require ou to manuall unlock it. Once the batter is lose to recharge
ou are advised to safel park the board immediatel and do not
continue its use as the lack of power will result in the inabilit to keep the
board stable, and thus increase the risk of injur . Continued use of the
board when the batter is a minimum charge, will affect the life of the
batter .
Segboard Driving Practice
For our safet please ensure that ou have practised how to use the
board in conditions that are not a danger to our or others.
Please wear comfortable sportswear, flat shoes and let the bod
maintain flexibilit . Please practice in an open environment until ou can
easil get on the segboard and move forward, backwards, turn, stop and
get off safel . Attention should be paid to ensure the ground is flat and
level. In case of unfamiliar territor ou are advised to slow down and
exercise extra caution. The segboard is designed for use on flat surfaces
and in uneven road surface ou should decelerate and move slowl .
Driving Safet Instruction
WARNING!
Under no circumstances should ou use the smart segboard in a bus
environment where ou are likel to lose control, collide and fall and
cause injur to ourself or others.
You must keep both feet on the segboard at all times during use.
In order to avoid damage to the segboard or cause ourself/others harm,
ou must carefull read and refer to this instruction manual.
When using the segboard ou MUST ensure ou are wearing protective
clothing, such as; a helmet, knee and elbow pads etc.

The smart segboard is for personal use and is prohibited for an public
transportation.
An person with an medical conditions MUST consult a doctor for
advice before use of the segboard.
Pregnant women and people with disabilities are prohibited from using
the segboard.
Do not use the segboard if ou are under the influence of drugs or
alcohol.
The smart segboard much onl be used on dr surfaces and in dr
conditions.
The smart segboard is for intended onl for indoor use.
Learning Charging and Maintenance of Batteries
Please read this section carefull to protect and preserve the life of the
batter .
Lack of batter
-Red indicator lights shows batter is low.
-Flashing red light shows there is insufficient power in the batter
and ou are advises to stop use of the segboard and charge the
batter .
If ou notice an of the following, please stop an further use of the
segboard immediatel :
-Emitting smell, heat or smoke
-Leakage of an part or material

Do NOT remove the batter or attempt to remove the cover or an other
parts of the segboard.
You must ensure that the user of an child does NOT come in contact
with internal components of the segboard, including the batter and its
cells.
The Charging Step
-Ensure the charger is in a perfect working order and wires
attached properl to the plug
-Open the charging rear cover
-Insert the charger into the unit and plug the adaptor into the socket
-The red light indicates the segboard is charging
-When the red lights turns green it means the segboard is full
charged and read to use. At this stage, ou must remove the
adaptor and stop the charging process. This will assist in
preserving the batter life.

Temperature Too High or Too Low
To ensure the smart segboard is operated at its optimal level, the
temperature of the environment in which the batter is used, stored
and charged should be maintained as per the table below.

Frequent Questions and Answers
1) If it doesn’t feel balan ed under your feet?
Ea h wheel is onne ted to a separate motor. It is therefore important that
both motors must be syn hronised with ea h other for a smooth ride. In
order to do that please follow the below instru tions;
-Swit h off the board
-Level both the pedals/sides so that they exa tly aligned with ea h other

-Press the power button and keep it in pressing position. After a few
se onds, the lights will both start blinking
-On e the blinking stops, after one or two se onds they will be turned on
for a few se onds however they will be in steady state at this time. They
syn pro ess is omplete
-Swit h off the devi e and turn it ba k on again. It is not ready to ride
-Please note: During the syn pro ess keep the segboard steady as
sliding/movement will affe t the syn pro ess.
2) How to use the Bluetooth?
Pair your phone with the board Bluetooth and play the musi on your
phone.
3) How to harge?
Conne t the harger so ket to the port and swit h on devi e. You will see
battery mode light starts blinking, when fully harged the light will
hange olour to green. For first time use, please harge it for above
8hours.
4) If the board doesn’t start for the first time?
Please fully harge the board, if it still doesn’t work please speak to us
for te hni al help and advi e.
