ISTRUZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO
ATTENZIONE: QUESTE ISTRUZIONI CONTENGONO INFORMAZIONI IMPORTANTI PER LA SICUREZZA
E DEVONO ESSERE CONSEGNATE AL PROPRIETARIO DELL’IMBARCAZIONE.
Contenuto del sacchetto:
STEP 1 Installazione dei connettori sui cavi acceleratore e invertitore.
Svitare completamente il dado (1) e il puntale
(2).
Inserire il connettore (3) nel verso indicato in
figura, portandolo in battuta sul terminale
guaina (4).
Inserire il perno (5) nell’apposito foro del
connettore (3).
Bloccare il perno inserendo l’anello elastico
(A) nell’apposita sede (B) del perno.
Reinserire il dado (1), riavvitare il puntale (2) e stringere il dado (1).
STEP 2 Collegamento dei cavi per il controllo dell’acceleratore e invertitore.
Rimuovere il coperchio posteriore della scatola di
comando oppure, nel caso si stia effettuando
l’installazione su una scatola doppia, separare le
scatole svitando le apposite viti.
Collocare la scatola di comando su di un piano (il
logo Ultraflex presente sul mozzo della leva sia rivolto
verso l’alto).

Rimuovere il fermaguaina (6) dalla piastra (11) svitando le viti (7).
Collegare il cavo in modo che l’elemento cilindrico (9) del connettore (3) sia calzato all’interno del foro
(8) della piastra.
Ricollocare il fermaguaina (6) sulla piastra (11) allineando l’elemento cilindrico (9) del connettore (3) con
il foro del fermaguaina.
Assicurare il fermaguaina alla piastra (11) serrando le viti (7).
Capovolgere la scatola di comando (meccanismo interno rivolto verso l’alto).
Inserire il perno (12) su uno dei fori (a), (b), o (c) presenti sul bilanciere invertitore della scatola di
comando (13). Il foro viene scelto in funzione della corsa che si vuole far compiere al cavo:

Innestare il puntale (2) sul perno (12)
Montare la piastrina (14) nel verso mostrato in figura e bloccarla avvitando la vite (15) con una coppia di
serraggio di 2.5Nm (17.5-22 lbin).

Garanzia
La ULTRAFLEX garantisce che i suoi prodotti sono costruiti a regola d’arte e che sono privi di difetti di
fabbricazione e di materiali.
Questa garanzia è valida per un periodo di due anni decorrenti dalla data di fabbricazione dei prodotti
ad eccezione dei casi in cui questi siano installati ed usati su barche da lavoro o comunque su barche
ad utilizzo commerciale, nel qual caso la garanzia è limitata ad 1 anno dalla data di fabbricazione.
Questa garanzia è limitata alla sostituzione o riparazione gratuita del pezzo che, entro il termine
suddetto, sarà restituito ad ULTRAFLEX in porto franco e che rivelerà essere effettivamente difettoso
nei materiali e/o nella fabbricazione.
È escluso dalla garanzia qualsiasi altro danno diretto o indiretto. In particolare ULTRAFLEX esclude
dalla garanzia e da ogni sua responsabilità (tranne quella di sostituire o riparare, nei termini e
condizioni suddette, i pezzi difettosi) il malfunzionamento dei suoi prodotti qualora il loro mancato o
difettoso funzionamento sia attribuibile ad una errata installazione o ad uso negligente o improprio.
ATTENZIONE:
Questa garanzia non copre i prodotti Ultraflex se sono installati su barche da corsa o utilizzate in
contesti competitivi.

NOTICE TO BOAT MANUFACTURER OR INSTALLER: THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CONTAIN
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION AND MUST BE FORWARDED TO THE OWNER OF THE VESSEL
Content of the kit:
STEP 1 Connector Installation on the Cable.
Insert the connector (C) on the end fitting (1) and align
the slot (X) with the groove of the end fitting.
Insert the split pin (F) in the slot (X) of the connector and
fold its end.
STEP 2 Control Lever Shift And Throttle Cable Connection
After separating the two boxes, install the shift and
throttle cable: connect the shift cable to the box of
the black lever knob, the throttle one to the box of the
red lever knob.
Remove the cable clamp (4) from the plate (6)
loosing the screws (3).
Mount the cable making sure the cylinder of the
connector (C) will be placed inside the plate hole (5).
Re-mount the cable clamp (4) on the plate (6)
aligning the cylinder of the connector (C) with the
hole of the cable clamp.
Fix the cable clamp (4) to the plate (6) with the screws (3).

Turn upside down the control box (inner mechanism turned downside).
Put the pin (A) on one of the three holes (G), (H) or (I) of the lever (9); choose the hole according to the
stroke of the cable:

Engage the rod end (E) on the pin (A).
Mount the plate (D) in the way shown in the picture and fix it with the screw (B) torque 2.5 Nm
(17.5-22 lbin).

ULTRAFLEX guarantees their products are manufactured with proper workmanship and free of any

This warranty applies for a period of two years running from the date of manufacture of the products,
except in those cases in which they are installed and used on work boats or in any case on craft used for
commercial purposes, in which case the warranty is limited to one year running from the date of
manufacture. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair, free of charge, of parts returned carriage
paid to ULTRAFLEX within the above terms and for which the materials and/or manufacture are found to
be faulty.
The warranty excludes any other direct or consequential damage. Specifically, ULTRAFLEX exclude from
the warranty any liability on their part (over and above replacement or repair of the faulty parts in
accordance with the aforementioned terms and conditions) when a failure to function or malfunctioning of
their products is attributable to incorrect installation or to negligent or improper use.
WARNING:
This warranty does not cover Ultraflex products installed on racing boats or those used in a competitive
framework.

ULTRAFLEX guarantees thatitsproductsarewell designedandfree frommanufacturingandmaterialdefects,
