1 VOICE COMMANDS
The video door phone allows the activation of some of the video door phone functions through voice
commands. By saying certain phrases it is possible, for example, to answer a call or open the pedestrian
door without pressing the keys on the display.
Tousevoicecommands,enablethefunctioninthevideodoorphonecongurationmenu(refertochapter
“Enabling and conguring voice commands”).
ATTENTION! Below are only the default phrases for using voice commands. If you have made
customizations to the phrases, refer to paragraph “Voice command parameters conguration”.
Toenablevoicecommands,rstsaythecommand“Hey Urmet”(voicecommandscanalsobeenabled
by moving your hand in front of the IR sensor on the front of the video door phone).
BEEP
Hey Urmet
Thevideodoorphoneemitsa“BEEP”asconrmationsignalandthedisplayshowsthefollowingpopup:
After the beep you can say the voice command.
ATTENTION!Invoice status (in conversation) itisnotpossibletoenablevoicecommandsbysaying
“Hey Urmet”. To enable voice commands, place your hand in front of the video door phone IR detector
and then say the desired voice command.
Below are the instructions for using the voice commands to activate the functions.

1.1 TURNING ON THE DISPLAY AND ENABLING VOICE COMMANDS
Idle (display o)
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
1.2 VOICE ACTIVATION
Itispossibletoactivatevoicemodeinthefollowing2ways:
1. Waiting for a response (while receiving a call)
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Answer the call”
– “Connect the call”
– “Pick up”
The video door phone says the following voice message ” Call connected”toconrmthereceptionof
the voice command.
2. In auto-on mode
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Autoinsertion”
– “Show cameras”
– “Start autoinsertion”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Showing cameras”toconrmthereception
of the voice command.
•Say the voice command “Hey Urmet” again.
•Finally, say one of the following voice commands
– “Activate audio”
– “I want to speak”
– “Turn microphone on”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Bidirectional audio on”toconrmthereception
of the voice command.
1.3 ENDING THE CONVERSATION
In voice mode
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector during the conversation.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Close the call”
– “Close”
– “Terminate”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”The call is over”toconrmthereceptionof
the voice command.
1.4 PEDESTRIAN DOOR OPENING
Itispossibletoopenthedoorinthefollowing2ways:
1. Idle (display o)
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Open door”
– “Open”
– “Open the door”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Opening door”toconrmthereceptionofthe

ATTENTION! If the “Request gesture conrmation for door/gate opening” parameter is enabled in the
voicecommandcongurationmenu,aftersayingthevoicecommand,moveyourhandinfrontoftheIR
detectortoconrmthatthevoicecommandhasbeenactivated.

•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector during the conversation.

1.5 DRIVEWAY GATE OPENING
Itispossibletoopenthedoorinthefollowing2ways:

– “Open gate”
– “Please open the gate”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Opening gate”toconrmthereceptionofthe

•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Activate 1, Activate 2, etc”
– “Activation 1, Activation 2, etc”
There are a maximum of 10 commands.
The video door phone says the following voice message “Activation X”, where Xcan vary from 1 to 10,

The video door phone says the following voice message ”Microphone muted”toconrmthereception
of the voice command.
1.8 EXCHANGE CALL

•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Call concierge”
– “Call switchboard”
– “Connect concierge”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Calling…”toconrmthereceptionofthevoice
command.
1.9 AUTO-ON FUNCTION

1.11 TERMINATE AUTO-ON MODE
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.

1.12 SEND A PANIC ALARM

1.13 DEACTIVATE A PANIC ALARM

1.14 MUTE FUNCTION ACTIVATION
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Silent mode”
– “Disable ringing”
– “Do not disturb”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Silent mode on”toconrmthereceptionof
the voice command.
1.15 MUTE FUNCTION UNSETTING
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “Ring mode”
– “Enable ringing”
– “Ring”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Ring mode on”toconrmthereceptionofthe
voice command.

1.16 “NOT AT HOME” MODE
The following voice command allows changing the status of the video door phone to one of the following
modes:
At Home, Message Service(default),Remote and Diversion. Using the voice command you can, for
example, set the “Remote” status so as to receive calls on your smartphone via CallMe app when you
arenotathome(formoredetails,seeparagraph“Voice command parameters conguration”).
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “I’m going out”
– “Going out”
– “I’m leaving”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Goodbye”toconrmthereceptionofthevoice
commandandchangesthestatusaccordingtothecongurationmade.
1.17 “AT HOME” MODE
The following voice command allows changing the status of the video door phone to one of the following
modes:
At Home, Message Service(default),Remote and Diversion. Using the voice command you can, for
example, set the “At Home” status so as not to receive calls on your smartphone via CallMe app when
youareathome(formoredetails,seeparagraph“Voice command parameters conguration”).
•In the video door phone area say the voice command “Hey Urmet”.
•Thensayoneofthefollowingvoicecommands:
– “I have returned”
– “I’m back”
– “I’m home”
The video door phone says the following voice message ”Welcome back!”toconrmthereceptionof
thevoicecommandandchangesthestatusaccordingtothecongurationmade.

2 ENABLING AND CONFIGURING VOICE COMMANDS
The “Accessibility” menu item enables voice commands on the video door phone. To enable it, proceed
asfollows:
•Turnonthescreen,ifo,bytappingitatanypointorbypressingtheHomebutton.
•Press the icon to access the Top Page and then the icon for the video door phone
application.
•Press the iconintheupperrightcornertoaccessthevideodoorphonecongurationspage:
•Press the Accessibility item to display the screen listing the dierent ways to use the video door
phone:

•Press the Touchless Actions parameter, a pop-up screen is displayed.
•Select Voice Commands to enable the mode on the video door phone.
2.1 VOICE COMMAND PARAMETERS CONFIGURATION
Thefollowingparameterallowssettingthecongurationparametersofvoicecommands.
•Press Voice Commandstocongurethevoicecommandparameters.
•The screen with the various settings and parameters of the usage mode is displayed.
–Congure “At Home” mode:allowsautomaticcongurationofthePresence Status parameter
(At Home, Recording, Divert, Remote) of the video door phone when the voice command “I’m
back” is executed.
–Congure “Away” mode:allowsautomaticcongurationofthePresence Status parameter (At
Home, Recording, Divert, Remote) of the video door phone when the voice command “I’m going
out” is executed.
–Require gesture conrmation for door/gate opening: if enabled, it allows requesting a gesture
conrmationafterusingthevoicecommandtoopenthepedestriandoororthedrivewaygate.
–Voice Commands feedback: allows selecting the type of feedback that is provided by the video
door phone after executing a voice command.
–Verbose (speech): the video door phone plays phrases as acoustic feedback to the voice
command executed.
–Quick (tones): the video door phone plays ring tones as acoustic feedback to the voice command
executed.
