gehändigt werden. Dieser übernimmt die

Allgemeiner Verlegungsplan

Teilen! Es muss sichergestellt
werden, dass durch die Anord-
nung von Stromschienen und
Schleifleitungen und Stromab -
nehmern und Mitnehmerarmen
die Sicherheitsabstände von

Schleifleitung montieren
Halteeisen anbringen
 Schraubkonsolen oder Winkeleisen mit
Langlöchern anbringen.
HFolgende Montage-Abstände be-
achten: Aufhängeabstand max.
 mm für Innenanlagen und
überdachte Aussenanlagen mit ei-
ner Umgebungstemperatur bis 
°C. Max.  mm für Aussenanla-
gen, spez. Innenanlagen mit hohen
Umgebungstemperaturen (>-
°C) und Anlagen mit Beheizung.
Die erste und letzte Aufhängung ist
mind.  mm und max.  mm
vom Teil stückende anzuordnen. Der
Abstand der Gleitaufhängungen von
dem Verbindungsmaterial, den End-
kappen, Einspeisungen usw. muss
mindestens  mm bis max. mm
betragen, um die Ausdehnung nicht
zu behindern (S).
Schleifleitung aufhängen
Die beiliegenden Unterlegscheiben an den
Aufhängebolzen der Fest- und Gleitaufhän-
gungen nur bei der Montage in Langlöchern
verwenden.
 Gleitaufhängungen an den Konsolen be-
festigen (G).

Die Schenkel der Gleitaufhäng-
ung müssen senkrecht nach
unten und mit einem Zwischen-
maß von <  mm sein (bei Bedarf
nachrichten) (G).
 Schleifleitungen von unten in die Gleitauf-
hängungen schieben (G).
S
Die Schleifleitungen müssen mit
den unteren Stegen in den zwei
U-förmigen Umgreifungen der
Gleitaufhängungen liegen. Auf
durchgehend gleiche Anordnung
der Kennzeichnungsstreifen und
Sicherheitsstege achten (S).
HDer Aufnahmebügel der Gleitauf-
hängung ist drehbar gelagert und
stellt sich bei der Montage in Längs-
richtung zur Schleifleitung ein.
Installation of powerails
Mounting support brackets
 Bolt EHK standard brackets or weld steel
angles with slotted holes.
HObserve the following installation
distances: Max. support distance
 mm for indoor and roofed
outdoor installations with a ambi-
ent temperature upto  °C). Max.
 mm for outdoor installations,
special indoor systems with high am-
bient temperatures (>- °C) and
systems with heating. The first and
last hanger must be placed at least
 mm and no more than  mm
from the end of a powerail section.
The distance of the sliding hangers
from the joint material, end caps,
feed points, etc. must measure at
least  mm and up to  mm to
guarantee free expansion (S).
Installation of powerail
Use the supplied washers at the support
bolts of the fixpoint and sliding hangers
only for installation in slotted holes.
 Attach the sliding hangers at the brack-
ets (G).

The branches of the sliding
hanger must be vertical and down
withanintermediatemeasureof<
mm (realign, if necessary) (G).
 Push the Powerails from the bottom into
the sliding hangers (G).

The powerails must be located
in the two U-shaped webs of the
sliding hangers with the two lower
lips. Ensure continuous uniform
arrangement of the identification
strips and safety lips (S).

The mounting brackets of the slid-
ing hanger is rotatable and adjusts
itself in longitudinal direction to
the powerail during installation.

Jede Gleitaufhängung kann zur Festauf-
hängung sowie jede Festaufhängung zur
Gleitaufhängung umgebaut werden.
 Dazu die oberhalb des Aufnahmebügels
liegende Mutter lösen () so weit, bis ein
Freiraum von etwa  mm entsteht (G).
 Die beiden Festsetzerbleche von rechts
und links einschieben, so dass sich diese
ineinander verschachteln (G).
 Sechskanntmuttern mit  -  Nm wieder
anzeihen (G).
S Bei gerader Verlegung eine
Festaufhängung etwa in der
Mitte der Anlage oder nach Ver-
legungsplan montieren(G).
Each sliding hanger can be converted to a
fix-point hanger and vice versa.
 For this purpose, loosen the nut located
above the mounting bracket () until a
clearance of approx.  mm is reached
(G).
 Insert the two fastener plates on the left
and the right until they interlock (G).
 Tighten the hexagonal nuts with  - 
Nm (G).

If you install a straight run,
install one fixpoint hanger ap-
proximately at the center of the
system or according to the lay-
out plan (G).

Free expansion of the powerail
away from the fixpoint must be
possible. Provisionally anchor
the first powerail section with
two fixpoint hangers to facili-
tate the further mounting pro-
cedure. Caution! This fixpoint
hanger must be replaced by a
sliding hanger after system in-
stallation has been completed.
Alignment of powerails
 Align the powerail laterally by sliding the
support bolts in the slotted holes of the
brackets. (For EHK bracket, by sliding the
supports (G).
 Adjust the height by means of the nuts (G).

The powerail must be installed
precisely aligned to the run-
way.
Housing Joints
 Position the joint cap centrally on the
joint.
 Lay the nuts of the covers on the lo-
wer bars of the powerail profile and
then clap them up. The pins of the
cover must thereby engage in the
slotted holes of the powerail (G).
 Press the clippable joint cover caps
together (G).

HDie Schleifleitung muss sich von
dem Festpunkt aus unge hindert
ausdehnen können. Zur Erleichte-
rung der Montage kann das erste
Teilstück mit einer Festaufhängung
festgesetzt werden. Achtung! Diese
Aufhängung muss nach Beendigung
der Montage wieder zu einer Gleitauf-
hängung umgebaut werden.
Schleifleitung ausrichten
 Schleifleitung seitlich ausrichten, indem
Sie die Aufhängebolzen in den Langlöchern
der Konsolen verschieben. (Bei der EHK
durch Verschieben der Halterungen (G).
 Höhe mit den Muttern einstellen (G).
H Die Schleifleitung muss genau
fluchtend zur Kranbahn mon-
tiert werden.
Gehäuseverbindungen
 Setzen Sie die Stoßabdeckkappen mittig
auf die Verbindungsstelle.
 Legen Sie die Nuten der Kappen an den
unteren Stegen des Schleifleitungsprofils
und klappen Sie diese dann hoch. Die
Nocken der Kappen müssen dabei in die
Langlöcher der Schleifleitung einrasten
(G).
 Drücken Sie die klipsbaren Stoßabdeck-
kappen zusammen (G).



Die Stoßabdeckkappen müs-
sen unten die Schleifleitung
umgreifen und die Nocken ein-
rasten, sonst wird der Schlitz
der Schleifleitung enger ge-
drückt und der Stromabnehmer
klemmt.
Montage der Kupferbänder
Belegung der Leergehäuse
HVor dem Einziehen der Kupferbän-
der muss die Zuordnung festgelegt
werden.
Die Einziehschächte sind seitlich für 
mm () und oben sowie unten für  mm ()
breite Kupferbänder ausgelegt (G). Die
Standardbelegung ist gemäß der Tabelle
(T, T) und den Querschnittzeichnungen
(G). Sonderbelegungen sind nach den
beiliegenden Verlegungsplänen auszu-
führen.

Bei größeren Einziehlängen als in der Tabel-
le (T) müssen Teillängen mit Schraubstö-
ßen und eventuell mit Dehnungsteilstücken
eingesetzt werden.
Vorbereitung der Kupferbänder und
Einziehkassette
Die gekennzeichneten Kupferbandrollen
liegen gemäß Anlagenlänge plus  m
Reservelänge der Lieferung bei. Der Kup-
ferschienenanfang ist vorgelocht und ab-
gerundet. Kupferquerschnitte von , 
und  mmkönnen direkt einzeln (G)
oder zweifach (bis  m) eingezogen wer-
den. Zwei Kassetten können ineinander
geschachtelt werden bei entsprechend
längerer Zentrierschraube (G).
Kupferquerschnitte von ,  und  mm
müssen durch eine an die Kassette an-
zubauende Richtvorrichtung geführt und
einzeln montiert werden (G).
 Legen Sie die Kupferbandrollen in diebei-
liegende Einziehkassette, zentrieren Sie
diese und entfernen Sie die Fixierbänder
(G).
 Legen Sie den Querriegel auf und ver-
schrauben Sie ihn.
 Ziehen Sie die Kupferschiene aus der
Kassette.

DieerstenmmdesKupferan-
fangs müssen gerade gerichtet
werden (G).

Je dicker der Kupferquerschnitt
desto genauer müssen Sie das
Kupferband ausrichten, damit
es im Gehäuse nicht verklemmt!
Kleinste Verwerfungen in hori-
zontaler und vertikaler Richtung
erschweren die Montage bei
den dicken Kupferbändern.
 Stellen Sie bei Verwendung der
Richtvorrichtung´die exentrische Druck-
rolle () so ein, dass das Kupferband
beim Durchlauf genau gerade gerichtet
heraus kommt (G).
In the case of pull-in lengths greater than
specified in the table (T), it will be neces-

and possibly, expansion joint sections.
Preparation of the copper strips and
pull-in case
The marked copper strip reels are enc-
losedwith the consignment in accordance
withthe system length, plus  m reserve
length. The leading edge of the copper rail
is pre-perforated and rounded. Copper
cross sections of ,  and  mm

can
be pulled in singly (G) or doubly (up to
 m). Two cases can be inter-nested if
the centering screw is appropriately long
(G).
Copper cross sections of ,  and  mm

must be routed through a straightener to
be attached to the case and must be fitted
singly (G).
 Place the copper strip reels into the enc-
losed pull-in case, centre it and remove
the fixing tapes (G).
 Place on the cross block and screw it on.
 Pull the copper rail out of the case.

 When using the straightener, adjust the

HBeim Einziehen der Kupferbän-
der in die seitlichen Schächte des
Schleifleitungsgehäuses liegt die
Kassette waagerecht. Bei den obe-
ren und unteren Schächten steht die
Kassette senkrecht.
 Legen Sie die vorbereitete Einziehkas-
sette auf eine Ablage.
 Legen Sie die Kupferbandrolle sowohl in
der Höhe als auch seitlich genau vor den
Gehäuseschacht.
 Fixieren Sie die Kassette mit Schraub-
zwingen.

Der Abstand der Kassette zum
Schleifleitungsgehäuse sollte
etwa  m betragen (G).
Kupferbänder einziehen
 Montieren Sie das für den Schacht des
Gehäuses vorgesehene Kupferband (G,
T und T) mit der Senkschraube () an
den Bolzen () (G).
 Demontieren Sie die Abdeckungen an
den Einspeisungen um das Einziehen
der Bänder in diesem Bereich zu kont-
rollieren (G). Die Anschlussklemmen
sind werkseitig vormontiert.
 Ziehen Sie das Band bei der Montage
durch die Klemmen.

Bei kleineren Querschnitten können
wahlweise zwei Schienen gleichzeitig
eingezogen werden (G).
 Stecken Sie den Bolzen in den Einziehrut-
scher (G) und fädeln Sie ihn vorsichtig
von Hand in das Gehäuse ein (G).
 Ziehen Sie an dem Seil des Einziehrut-
schers bis das Kupferband am anderen
Ende der Anlage etwa  mm übersteht.
 Demontieren Sie den Einziehrutscher und
belegen Sie nach und nach alle seitlichen
undoberenSchächtemitdenKuperbändern.
 Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang bis alle
seitlichen und oberen Schächte mit Kup-
ferbändern belegt sind.
HThe case will be horizontal when
pulling the copper strips into the la-
teral shafts of the powerail conductor
housing. The case is vertical when
pulling in the strips at the upper and
lower shafts.
 Place the prepared pull-in case onto a
suitable support surface.
 Position the copper strip reel precisely in
front of the housing shaft, both height-
wise and at the sides.
 Fix the case into position with screw
clamps.

and powerail conductor housing
should be around  m (G).
Pulling in the copper strips
 Mount the copper strip (G,T und T),
provided for the housing's shaft, on the
bolt () using the countersunk screw ()
(G).
 Remove the covers on the power feeds
so as to check pull-in of the strips in this
area (G). The connection terminals are
pre-fitted at the works.
 Pull the strip through the terminals when
fitting.
HTwo rails may be pulled in simulta-
neously (G) in the case of smaller
cross sections.
 Insert the bolt into the conductor threa-
ding tool (G) and carefully thread it by
hand into the housing (G).
 Pull the rope of the conductor threading
tool until the copper strip projects around
 mm at the other end of the system.
 Remove the conductor threading tool
and fit copper strips, one by one, into
all lateral and upper shafts.
 Repeat this procedure until all lateral
and upper shafts have been fitted with
copper strips.

Das Teilstück mit der Einspei-
sung kann an beliebiger Stelle,
oder nach Verlegungsplan zwi-
schen den Teilstücken montiert
werden.
 Demontieren sie die Abdeckung (G),
wenn dies nicht schon beim Einziehen der
Kupferbänder erfolgte (siehe Seite ).
 Lösen Sie die M  Kontermuttern an den
Anschlussklemmen.
 Schrauben Sie die M  Gewindestifte ein
bis sie auf Block ( Nm) mit dem Flach-
kupfer sind.
 Ziehen Sie die Kontermuttern wieder an
( Nm).
 Setzen Sie die Anschlussleitung etwa
 mm auf Einzeladerlänge ab.
 Bringen Sie die Kabelschuhe an den Ein-
zeladern an und führen Sie die Anschluss-
leitung durch die Leitungsverschraubung.
 Schrauben Sie die Kabelschuhe mit den
Anschlussschrauben (M) in folgender
Reihenfolge an: Sechskantschraube,
Fächerscheibe, Kabelschuh (G).
 Ziehen Sie die Sechskantschraube mit
 Nm an.

mounting instruction is accom-
panied to every delivery.

The subsection with the feed can
be mounted at any point or in
accordance with the system lay-
out between the subsections.
 Remove the cover (G) if you have not
already done so when pulling in the cop-
per strips (see Page ).
 Undo the M  lock nuts at the connection
terminals.
 Screw in the M  setscrews until they are
flush with the copper flat ( Nm).
 Retighten the lock nuts ( Nm).
 Strip the insulation from the connecting
cable to approx.  mm single conduc-
tor length.
 Attach the pick-up shoes to the single
conductors and insert the connecting
cable through the cable gland.
 Screw on the pick-up shoes with the
terminal bolts (M) following the order
below: hexagon head cap screw, serrated
washer, cable shoe (G).
 Tighten the hexagon head cap screw to
a torque of  Nm.

 Stromabnehmer am Ende der Schleif lei-
tung einsetzen.
Durch den Sicherheitsanschlag () am
Stromabnehmer wird falsches Einsetzen
verhindert (G).
 Slide the terminal onto the lower copper
strip. The upper thrust plate must lie
between the housing and the upper edge
of the copper rail when doing this. The
angle cleat surrounds the copper rail
from the bottom (G).
 Tighten the two countersunk screws to
a torque of  Nm.
 Connect the prepared cables.

führungen. Durch die Ansicht
,,B“ von hinten in die Überlei-
tungseinführung, kann man die
Ausführung festlegen. Sicher-
heitssteg links = rechte Aus-
führung, Sicherheitssteg rechts
= linke Ausführung (G).Wei-
terhin gibt es gerade (G) und
schräge Ausführungen (G).
Die Anschrägungen werden
werkseitig vorgenommen.
 Demontieren Sie die Stoßabdeck-
kappe(G) mit einem Schraubendreher.
 Montieren Sie die Überleitungseinfüh-
rungen an die vorhandenen Konsolen.
 Führen Sie die  mm langen, gerade
abgeschnittenen und entgrateten Flach-
kupferenden der gleitend montierten
Anlagenteilstücke in die vormontierten
Schraubverbinder (G) der Überlei-
tungseinführungen bis zur Mitte der
Verbinder ein.
 Lösen Sie die Kontermuttern () (G).
 Ziehen Sie die Gewindestifte () mit einem
 mm Sechskantschlüssel mit , -  Nm
an (G).
 Kontern Sie die Muttern () mit  Nm ().
Transfer guides

 Tighten the setscrews () with a 
mm hexagon spanner to a torque of

 Lock the nuts () with a torque of  Nm ().

ters einfährt. Auf der Strecke der dahinter
liegenden Schleifleitung soll der Strom-
abnehmer so fahren, dass er durch die
Blattfeder der Federmitnahme leicht auf
die Lauffläche der Schleifleitung gedrückt
wird (G).
