User Guide

beep&park®is a parking assistance system that simplifies reversing
manoeuvres by alerting the driver to the presence of obstacles to the
front or rear of the vehicle.
6 kits in the Range
Kit n°1 :
• 4 rear sensors
• 1 loudspeaker
Kit n°2 :
• 4 rear sensors
• 1 small mirror top display with integrated loudspeaker
Kit n°3 :
• 4 rear sensors
• 1 dashboard screen with integrated loudspeaker
• Tow Bar compatible
Kit n°4 :
• 4 front sensors
• 1 loudspeaker
Kit n°5 :
• 8 sensors (4 front+ 4 rear)
• 1 dashboard screen with integrated loudspeaker
• Tow Bar compatible
Kit n°6 :
• 4 rear sensors
• 1 dashboard screen with integrated loudspeaker
• Specific Kit for long vehicle (10 m cable)
• Tow Bar compatible
2) beep&park®Utilisation
• Each time you select the reverse gear, the 4 rear sensors are activated to detect
the presence of obstacles at the rear of the vehicle
• beep&park®will send you an audible alert (beeps), which intensifies as much as you
get closer to the obstacle, providing you with assistance during your parking
manoeuvres.
• Continuous beep when being at less than 30 cm from the obstacle.
• The digital Screen located on the dashboard will indicate the distance and the
localisation of the obstacles located at the front and at the rear of the vehicle
• The four Front sensors are activated during the 30 seconds following the start of
the vehicle, and reactivated for 30 seconds each time you select the reverse gear.
They detect obstacle presence at the front of the vehicle
Activation of distances and the audible alert (Park Assist):

• Audible alert activation : < 1.50m
• Continuous beep - P displayed: < 30cm

2) Sensor Diagnostic Function :
• If the loudspeaker emits a beep even if no obstacle is present, this
means that one or several sensor(s) is (are) not properly connected or
damaged.
• In case of a problem, please refer to your approved auto technician and
ask him to check the sensors. Replacement sensors are available as
spare parts in case of shock.
3) Kit Upgrade:
• It is possible to add a screen to beep&park®kit n°1. The display can be
either be one to be placed on the rear-view mirror or one at the rear of
the vehicle. These screen are available as spare parts, Ask to your car
accessory specialist.

2) Sensor Diagnostic Function :
• You will find information about faulty sensor position on the screen. E1=
1 faulty sensor, E2= 2 faulty sensors, E3= 3 faulty sensors, E4= 4 faulty
sensors. The flashing indication on the screen enables you to locate the
position on the faulty sensor
• The loudspeaker emits a beep even if no obstacle is present, this
means that one or several sensor(s) is (are) not properly connected or
damaged.
• In case of a problem, please refer to your approved auto technician and
ask him to check the sensors. Replacement sensors are available as
spare parts in case of shock.
3) Volume settings :
• You can set the volume of the audible alerts using the volume switch
located at the top of the screen.

• If your vehicle is equipped with a tow bar, you will have to configure the
system so that the tow bar stops being recognized as an obstacle.
•Configuration Phase : Within 10 seconds, select reverse gear 5 times
in succession so that the obstacle is recorded as a permanent object.
When reverse gear is selected for the first time, the towing system must
be detected (beep, beep, beep). Reverse gear can then be selected
again 4 times in succession.

•beep&park® helps drivers in their parking manœuvres but does not replace drivers’
vigilance.
•Obstructed sensor may avoid system to function properly. Make sure that the sensors
are clean and not covered with mud, snow or ice.
•If you wish to adapt the colour of the sensors to the colour of your vehicle, we have
paintable sensors available as spare parts.
•Please do not modify or repair the product on your own. It may cause malfunctions as
well as serious damage to the product and vehicle.
•Make sure to protect the screen and the film from liquid projections while cleaning the
inside of the car. Water may cause damage to electronic circuits and cause electric
shock.
•Avoid contact with chemical products and detergents as they may case damages to the
surface as well as internal component of the product.
•Avoid all mechanical shock that may cause permanent damage to electronic and
electrical components and lead to a functional deteriorations
•If the system does not beep, check that the volume level is not set as minimum.
•In case of an accident, spare parts are available through your usual distribution
channel.
