3. USE AND BEST PERFORMANCE
The Heated Drawers are thermostatically controlled by a

To obtain the best performance, the following procedure is
suggested:
(a) Pre-heat the Heated Drawers empty for 30 minutes, with the
control knob turned on full.
(b) Load the containers, with lids, into the Heated Drawers as
required. Place containers, with lids, in any unused sections to
maintain even air flow within the Heated Drawer cabinet.
(c) A removable water tray is provided in the base of the unit,
this tray can be filled with water (Capacity 1Ltr / 1½ pints) from
time to time as required, in order to increase humidity inside
the drawers.
(d) Many factors will determine the best control knob position,
such as the amount and temperature of the food loaded, and
the frequency of the opening and shutting of the drawers.
Experience from using the Heated Drawers will soon show the
best setting for any given occasion. The Heated Drawers should
remain closed as much as possible during service to prevent
heat loss.
(e) Set the thermostat at the required temperature, No further
adjustment is necessary. The maximum temperature the Heated
Drawers will reach is around 110ºC.
Please remember: The Heated Drawers are not designed to heat
up or cook food, but are designed to maintain it at a satisfactory
temperature before serving.
