• DO NOT DISASSEMBLE OR REPLACE COMPONENTS WHILE POWER IS CONNECTED.
• NEVER OPERATE THE SYSTEM WITH A DAMAGED CORD OR PLUG. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1
Assemble the crossbar (6) to the legs (8, 9) using M8x47
bolts (A) and tighten with the 5mm Allen wrench (E).

Assemble the side brackets (5) to the legs using M6x10 bolts (B) and tighten with the 4mm Allen
wrench (E). Insert the anti-vibration pads (H) into the desktop mounting holes in the crossbar and side
brackets.

Place the feet (4) on the legs as shown, then insert and tighten M6x35 bolts (C) using the 5mm Allen
wrench (E). Screw the foot pads (G) into the feet.

Insert the sync rod (7) into the leg (9). Loosen the knob on the sync rod, then extend the rod onto the
motor leg (8) and tighten the knob. Tighten the set screw on the end of the sync rod using the 2mm
Allen wrench (E).
Assemble the desktop halves (11) using the connectors (10) with M5x16 screws (D) and a Phillips
screwdriver.

Hang the cable tray (3) over the crossbar (6), opposite from the sync rod (7), then carefully place the
assembled frame upside down on the desktop (11). Secure the frame to the desktop using M5x16
screws (D) and a Phillips screwdriver.
Mount the control panel (1) to the desktop (11) using M5x16 screws (D) with a Phillips screwdriver.
Connect the AC adapter (2) and motor to the control panel. Organize cables using the cable clips (F).

CAUTION!
Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage and/or personal injury.
Do not exceed desk
weight limit.
Keep area of vertical
motion free of
obstacles.
Keep weight on desk
balanced for correct
operation and longer
life of components.
Leave enough slack in
cables to allow for full
range of vertical motion.
Carefully turn the desk right side up and connect the AC adapter (2) to a wall outlet. If necessary, adjust
foot pads (G) to level the desk. The desk is now ready for use. Please refer to the Controller User Guide
for operating instructions.
