PRE-ASSEMBLY
STEP 1
Temperature at the front edge of mantel should
never exceed 110°F (43°C).
STEP 2
If the main wall is wood frame, the spacing
between the studs center must be no more than
16.5” (42cm) if there is no center stud. The wall
covering (such as plaster or drywall) must be
no more than 5/8” (16mm) thick, and the wall
covering alone must never be used to support
the mount. All mounting screws must be secured
into a wood stud for proper support. NOTE: “CL”
= center line

Mantel must not extend from mounting surface
more than 14 inches.

STEP 1
Measure the centerline of the mantel. Mark
with tape on the wall.
STEP 2
Locate studs using a stud finder and mark
locations with a pencil or marker. Make sure
markings are in line with the center of the
studs. Minimum stud spacing from, stud center
to stud center is 5”, and maximum spacing is
16.5”.
STEP 3
Please reference the table in Pre-Assembly for proper locations of mounting holes, making sure there
are no more than minor deviations from the diagram. Drill 2.7” (68mm) deep holes using a 3/16” (6mm)
drill bit. NOTE: Do not mount into drywall alone.

STEP 4
If the main wall is brick or concrete, plastic anchors (M) must be used. Please reference the table
in Pre-Assembly for proper locations of mounting holes, making sure there are no more than minor
deviations from the diagram. Drill 2.7” (68mm) deep holes using a 3/8” (10mm) drill bit, then press
plastic anchors into holes.

Assemble the Wallboard Brackets (CC) to the Wallboard Plate
(AA) using M8x10 Bolts (N), and tighten with Allen Wrench (E).

Mount assembled Wallboard with M8x63.5 Bolts + M8 Washers (L), using Level (A) to ensure Wallboard
is perfectly level.

STEP 7
Mount Motorized Arm (EE) to Wallboard using
M8x10 Bolts (N), and tighten with the Allen
Wrench (E).
STEP 10
Hang TV with VESA Brackets over Beam. Flip lower hooks on VESA Brackets up, and secure with M5x10
Bolts (C).
STEP 9
Mount VESA Brackets (BB) to TV.
For Flat Back TVs, use M6 Bolts (F) with Washers (J)
or M8 Bolts (H) .
For Curved or Recessed back TVs, use M6 Bolts
(G) with Washers (J) and Spacers (K) or M8 Bolts (I)
with Spacers (K).
STEP 8
Assemble Beam (DD) to Motorized Arm using
M6x80 Bolts (B) and tighten with the Allen
Wrench (E). Insert Stoppers (D) into ends
of Beam. Slide Wallboard Covers (FF) onto
Wallboard.

STEP 11
Plug the connected power adapter into the wall, then operate the mount using the included Remote.
“A” raises the TV, “B” lowers the TV, “C” swivels the TV to the le, and “D” swivels the TV to the right.
If needed, adjust the swivel motion limit as shown using the Allen Wrench (E). Tighten the screws to
reduce swivel motion limit, and loosen the screws to increase the limit.
NOTE: The best control distance is 3.28 to 22.97 feet (1m to 7m).
