WEL-7103 Duo Electronic Lock User Manual

Warning
1. If an invalid user code has een entered to the lock more than 3 times, the
anti-theft function will e initiated for one minute. During this period the
keypad will not e a le to e used.
2. The anti-theft counter will e reset once the valid user code is entered to
the lock.
1. When the lock is in Dual Mode, the counter will only reset when oth
valid user code & valid user card are presented to the lock.
3. During the one minute of lock-up, a valid user card can still e used to
access the lock.
4. When in menu mode, entering incorrect Master Code mistakenly does not
count.
Change Master Code (Default is 123456)
1. Press * 0 #
2. Enter Default Master Code 123456, then press #
1. Default master code is 123456
2. Correct Master Code: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
3. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
3. Enter NEW Master Code, then press #
1. If enter less than 4 digits, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
2. If code already exists, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
3. If new master code is learned, eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED
4. Re-enter the new 4~6 digits again
1. If the code does not match first code you entered, eep 2 times, flash 2 times
red LED, then stand y.
2. If the code matches, eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
Note:
•Master Code can e programmed from 4 to 6 digits.
•Master Code can e used to open door if no user code/card is learned, once a
new user is learned, Master Code will not e a le to used to open the door.
•Master Code can e used to open door if all users is deleted.

Add new user
1. Press * 1 #
1. If the lock is learned with 250 users already, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red
LED, then stand y.
2. Enter Master Code, then press #
1. Default master code is 123456
2. Correct Master Code: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
3. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
3. To learn new user card:
1. After entering Master code, induct new user card to the reader, if user card
is learned: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED, then stand y.
2. If user card already exists, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then
stand y.
4. To learn new user code:
1. After entering Master Code, enter 4~6 digits for the user (0~9 only, user
code does not include * # sign)
1. If enter less than 4 digits, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then
stand y.
2. If code already exists, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
3. If code is learned, eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED
2. Re-enter the 4~6 digits again
1. If the code does not match first code you entered, eep 2 times, flash 2
times red LED, then stand y.
2. If the code matches, eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
Note:
•when learning new user card or new user code, it will create a 3 digits (001,
002, 003...) “serial num er” inside lock's memory, please write down this serial
num er, when performing deleting function, this serial num er will e needed.
Please use Serial No. / Name List page in last pages as a note to copy down the
serial no. for the user.

Delete single existing user
1. Press * 2 #
2. Enter current Master Code, then press #
1. Master correct: eep 1 time
2. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
3. Enter existing serial num er (3 digits, 001~250)
1. If enter less than 3 digits, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
2. If the serial num er does not exists, it will e treated as delete user
successful. eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED
3. If correct, user will e deleted, eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED
Note:
•When performing deleting function, other user's serial num er will not change.
•When the existing user is deleted, his serial num er will e left lank, the next
learned user will replace this lank spot. “ie: delete serial no. 004, and then
learned a new user, this new user will e serial no. 004”
•If there are more than one serial no. is left deleted, the next programmed user
will replace that spot. i.e.: no. 004 and no. 100 are deleted, the next
programmed user will replace the no.004 spot, and next programmed user will
replace no. 100.
Delete all existing user (Reset the lock to default)
1. Press * 3 #
2. Enter current Master Code, then press #
1. Master correct: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
2. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
3. Re-enter Master code, then press #
1. Master correct: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
2. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
Note:
•When all user card/code are deleted, the lock will return to its manufacturer
default setting. Including the Master Code will e returned to 123456.
•If the lock was in Dual Mode or Toggle Mode, it will also return ack to Standard
Mode (6 seconds to lock after opening)

Set the door as Toggle Mode
1. Press * 4 #
2. Enter current Master Code, then press #
1. Master correct: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
2. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
Note:
•Toggle Mode: the lock will switch etween “always open” and “always close”
when legal user code is entered to the lock, or legal user card is inducted to the
reader.
Set the door as Standard Mode
1. Press * 5 #
2. Enter current Master Code, then press #
1. Master correct: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
2. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
Note:
•After set the door as Standard Mode, if the lock was opened, it will reverse ack
to lock on.
Set the door as Dual Mode
1. Press * 6 #
2. Enter current Master Code, then press #
3. Master correct: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
4. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
Note:
•Dual Mode will require user to flash a valid user card then enter a valid user
code to access the lock.
•Dual Mode can e used in high security place such as ank office doors.
Set the door as Single Mode
1. Press * 7 #
2. Enter current Master Code, then press #
5. Master correct: eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED.
6. Master incorrect: eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.

Com ination of lock modes
Standard Toggle
Single This is a manufacturer
default setting. When the
lock is in Standard + Single
mode, the lock will open
for 6 seconds then close.
When lock is in Toggle +
Single mode, the lock will
switch etween “always
open” and “always close”
when a valid user code is
entered or valid user card is
flashed.
Dual When the lock is in
standard + dual mode, the
lock will require user to
flash a valid user card then
enter a valid user code to
access the lock.
When the lock is in Toggle
+ Dual mode, the lock will
switch etween “always
open” and “always close”
when flashing a valid user
card then enter a valid user
code.
Reset the lock Master Code ack to 123456 without deleting all users
1. Hold and press * and # utton
2. Remove the attery case away from lock
3. Install ack the attery case
4. Red & Green LED will link
5. Enter a valid user code or flash a valid user card
6. After long eep the master code will e return ack to default value: 123456
Opening the door y User Card
1. Approach the reader y user card
2. If the card is legal (learned), eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED for 1 second.
3. If the card is illegal (not learned), eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then
stand y.
Opening the door y User Code
1. Press * utton
2. Press previous learned user code, then press # utton.
1. If enter less than 4 digits, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
2. If code already exists, eep 2 times, flash 2 times red LED, then stand y.
3. If code is learned, eep 1 time, flash 1 time green LED for 1 second.

•During entering user code, if a user card approached the reader, the lock will
interrupt then react to the user card first.
Low Power Warning
•If the lock attery is low, no matter after used y user card or entered user
code, the lock will e warn the user with 3 short eeps 5 times, then light up in
orange LED.
