Please read the instruction sheets completely before assembly. Examine all packaging
material before discarding carton. Remove any remaining staples from the carton before
discarding. Remove all parts from carton and separate into groups as indicated on part
list. Please ensure all parts are included prior to assembly. Use of power tools to
complete assembly is not recommended.

IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-
abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw Cam Bolt into the pre-drilled small holes on panel. Connect both panels together; making
sure Cam Bolt goes into pre-drilled hole on the end of panel with Cam Lock.
2. Insert Cam Lock into pre-drilled large hole on panel. Make sure arrow on Cam Lock is pointed toward
Cam Bolt.
3. Once Cam Bolt is connected inside Cam Lock, take a Phillips screwdriver and tighten Cam Lock clockwise.
4. Plug Cam Cap into the cross slot of the Cam Locks to conceal the cam.
You are now ready to assemble the unit.

Assembly Instructions
NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled,
go back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Attach the Knobs (9) to the front side of drawers using the provided Knob Bolts (10) and tighten with a
Phillips screwdriver.
3. Pull the side drawers all the way out, then push the plastic release lever of the ball bearing slide up on one
side and down on the other side, and then pull the both side drawers completely out.
NOTE: You must remove the both side drawers to attach the legs (J and K).

4. Turn the Desk Top (I) upside down as shown.
5. Attach the Left and Right Legs (J and K) to the Desk Top (I) by using the Wood Dowels (3).
6. Insert the 35 mm Bolts (6) with the Lock Washers (7) and Flat Washers (8) from inside of desk apron
through the pre-drilled holes and screw into threaded inserts in the Legs (J and K). As shown.
7. Stick one Rubber Pad (11) onto the bottom of each leg (J and K) as shown.
8. Ask for assistance to stand the unit upright and position it at the desired location.
9. Now, insert the removed side drawers into Desk Top (I). To place the drawer back, simply push the ball
bearing cart all the way to the end of the slides (on both sides), and align the slide runners on the
drawers with the slides track on the unit. Push it carefully inside until it stops.
NOTE: If the drawer does not go smoothly, please take it out and repeat the step.

10. Locate the Fixed Shelf (F), Outside Panels (A and B), Inner Side Panels (D and E) with the holes facing up.
Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes by a Phillips screwdriver, as shown.
11. Insert two Wood Dowel (3) into the large holes of Upper Dividers (C). Tap it in with a rubber mallet, if
necessary. Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels.
12. Align the drilled holes on the Fixed Shelf (F) with the inserted Wood Dowels (3) on the Upper Dividers (C),
and then press them together. Insert two 38 mm Screws (4) through the countersunk holes on the Fixed
Shelf (F) and securely screw into the Upper Dividers (C). As shown.

13. Insert four Wood Dowels (3) into the top inner holes on the Lower Inner Side Panels (D and E) and attach
them to the Fixed Shelf (F) by engaging four Cam Locks (1) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system
operation supplement). As shown.
14. Align and attach the Bottom Panels (G) to the Left and Right Inner Panels (D and E) respectively by using
four Wood Dowels (3) and four Cam Locks (1). As shown.

15. Using the pilot holes as a guide, fasten the Back Panel (H) to the previous assembly with four 38 mm
Screws (4) as shown.
16. Insert twelve Wood Dowels (3) into the drilled large holes of last assembly at both ends.
17. Align the large holes on the Left Outside Panel (A) with the inserted Wood Dowels (3), then firmly press
them together and fasten it in place by engaging six Cam Locks (1).
18. Repeat last step to attach Right Outside Panel (B) at the opposite end.
