ATTENTION
Storage Rack is not recommended for outdoor use.
1. Use some type of lubricant to ease the joining of the angle posts and beams.
2. Use a cloth or wood block to protect the surface finish of the product when using a hammer.
3. Rivets must seat at the bottom of the keyhole slot. Hit the flat section of Z beam.
4. Assemble the unit on a sturdy and level surface. Avoid assembly on carpet.
5. Load small stable items on the top shelves, heavier and bulkier items should be stored on the lower shelves.
OPTION #1 STORAGE RACK
Note: To facilitate assembly we recommend having two persons assemble the unit. If you do not
understand these directions, or have any doubts about the safety of the installation, please call a
qualified contractor. We can assist you or give you directions, if you have any defective parts please
do not use, improper installation may result on damage or injury.
Assembly Steps
Start the End Assembly by joining a Short Z-beam (part
C) into the two bottom keyholes of an Angle Post (part
A). Install the Z-beam in the upright position, as shown
in the illustration. Drive the rivets to the bottom of the
keyhole by hitting the beam near the joint with a rubber
mallet to lock the pieces together.
Repeat last step to the second Angle Post (part A)
creating an End Assembly.
Assemble a Long Z-beam (part B) to the other two
bottom keyholes of the End Assembly. Assure all Z-
beams are assembled in the upright position. As shown
in the illustration. Hit the beam near the joint with a
rubber mallet to lock pieces together.
Note: Don’t hit too hard so you will not damage or
bend the beams.
Repeat last step to add an additional Long Z-beam, the
other Short Z-beam and two Angle Posts to the End
Assembly to create the Bottom Frame Assembly.
Note: Follow the order 1st through 5th as shown in
the illustration to facilitate the assembly. Hit the
beams near the joints to lock the pieces into place.

Now pick up a Short Z-beam (part C) and join into the
top two keyholes of the other 2 Angle Post (part A) to
create a Top End Assembly. Drive the rivets to the
bottom of the keyhole with a rubber mallet. Make sure
the flat edge of the Z-beam point up.
Repeat last step for the opposite side Top End
Assembly.
Before joining the Top End Assembly to the Bottom
Frame Assembly insert Post Inserts (part F) into the
Angle Posts (part A) on the Bottom Frame Assembly.
Proceed to assemble the Top End Assembly on to the
Post Insert (part F) as shown in the illustration.
Repeat last 2 step for the opposite Top End Assembly.
Add a Short Z-beam (part C) to mid section at the joint
by inserting the top rivet of the Z-beam into the bottom
keyhole of the Top End Assembly, and the bottom rivet
of the Z-beam into the top keyhole of the Bottom Frame
Assembly. Make sure all Z-beams in the upright position.
Drive the rivets to the bottom of the keyholes by hitting
the beam near the joints to lock pieces together.
Repeat last step to add an additional Short Z-beam
(part C) and two Long Z-beams (part B).
Proceed to add two additional Long Z-beams (part B) to
top two keyholes of the Angle Posts (part A) as shown in
the illustration. Install the Z-beams in the upright
position. Assure to have the rivets in the keyholes before
hitting the beams near the joints to lock the pieces
together.

Assemble the remaining Long and Short Z-beams (part B
and C) to your desired location on the Angle Posts (part
A) to create two additional shelves as shown in the
illustration. Assure to install the Z-beams in the upright
position. Hit the beams near the joints to lock pieces
together.
Note: The posts are adjustable in 1-1/2" increment.
You can adjust the shelves at your desired height.
Now lay the Shelf Decks (part D) in between the Z-beams.
Insert the Post Caps (part E) on the top of the Angle Posts
(part A) as shown in the illustration.
Repeat step 1 and 2 to create a Bottom Frame Assembly.
Now insert two Short Z-beams and two Long Z-beams
(part C and B) to the top keyholes of the Angle Posts. Hit
the beams near the joints with a rubber mallet to lock
pieces together. As shown in the illustration.
Add two additional Short Z-beams and two Long Z-beams
(part C and B) to create a shelf at your desired level.
Assure all Z-beams are assembled in the upright position.
Now start the Add-On Unit by joining the first Short Z-
beam (part C) into the top two keyholes of the other two
Angle Posts (part A). The second Short Z-beam must be
assembled at the 7th and 8th keyholes from the bottom of
the Angle Posts. As shown in the illustration. Hit the beam
near the joints with a rubber mallet to lock pieces together.
Repeat for the opposite end assembly.

Complete the Add-On Unit by adding two Long Z-beams
(part B) at the top keyholes of the Angle Posts (part A) and
inserting two Long Z-beams (part B) into the 7th and 8th
keyholes from the bottom of the Angle Posts. As shown in
the illustration. Install all Z-beams in the upright position.
Hit the beams near the joint with a rubber mallet to lock
joints into place.
Now lay the Shelf Decks (part D) in between the Z-beams as
shown.
To secure the frames together align the four middle
Angle Posts (part A) of the frames as shown. Start with
the two back middle Angle Posts. Align the indents on
the Post Clips (part G) with two keyholes of the back
middle Angle Posts. Firmly clamp together a Post Clip
and the two angle posts. Repeat the step to clamp the two
front middle angle posts.
Note: To remove Post Clips use a screwdriver.
Insert the Post Caps (part E) on the top of the Angle Posts
(part A) as shown.
Periodically inspect the unit to ensure all Z-beams are seated
properly and firmly connected to the Angle Posts.

Care and Maintenance
 Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
 Use of furniture polishes is not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes, test first in an inconspicuous area.
 Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.
 Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
 Stains or marks from crayons or ink markers will be difficult to remove.
 Do not use any harsh abrasives or chemicals to clean any metal surfaces as it may damage the protective
coating.
 Metal will rust if the finish is scratched or if your furniture is exposed to excessive humidity, particularly
in salt water locations.
 Most metal furniture has a protective coating to prevent rust, however rust may occur if the finish is
marred or wears away over time.
 In the event that your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, we recommend that you call a
professional to repair your furniture.
 Check beam rivets periodically and tighten them if necessary.

ATENCIÓN
Racas de almacenamiento no están recomendadas para uso en exteriores.
1. Utilice algún tipo de lubricante para facilitar la unión de los postes de ángulo y las vigas.
2. Use un bloque de tela o de madera para proteger el acabado de la superficie del producto cuando se utiliza
un martillo.
3. Los remaches deben sentarse en la parte inferior de las ranuras. Golpear la sección plana de la viga Z.
4. Monte la unidad sobre una superficie firme y nivelada. Evite el montaje en la alfombra.
5. Cargue pequeños elementos estables en los estantes superiores, los elementos más pesados y voluminosos
deberán ser almacenados en los estantes más bajos.
OPCIÓN # 1 Raca de almacenamiento
Nota: Para facilitar el montaje se recomienda tener dos personas para montar la unidad. Si no entiende estas
instrucciones, o si tiene alguna duda sobre la seguridad de la instalación, por favor llame a un contratista calificado o

tiene alguna pieza defectuosa por favor, no usar, la instalación incorrecta puede resultar en daños o lesiones.
Pasos de Ensamble
Iniciar el ensamble uniendo un poste-z corto (parte C) en
los dos orificios de la parte inferior de un poste angular
(parte A). Instale el poste-z en posición vertical, como se
muestra en la ilustración. Introduzca los remaches de la
parte inferior en las ranuras de la cerradura golpeando la
viga cerca de la articulación con un mazo de goma para
fijar las piezas.
Repetir el último paso a la segunda línea del poste angular
(parte A) para crear una formación de montaje final.
Monte un poste-z largo (parte B) a los otros dos
orificios de la parte inferior del ensamble. Asegurar
que todos los postes-z se montan en posición vertical.
Como se muestra en la ilustración. Golpee la viga
cerca de la articulación con un mazo de goma para
unir y asegurar el montaje correcto de las piezas.
Nota: No golpee muy duro para no dañar o doblar
las vigas al usar el mazo con ellas.
Repita el paso último parar añadir otro poste-z largo
al otro extremo y dos postes de ángulo al ensamble
para crear la parte inferior del marco de este
ensamble.
Nota: Siga el orden del 1ro al 5to como se muestra
en la ilustración para facilitar el montaje. Golpee
los postes cerca de las articulaciones para fijar las
piezas en su lugar.

Ahora coloque un poste-z corto (parte C) y se una en la
parte superior en los dos orificios de los otros 2 postes
angulares (parte A) para crear el extremo superior del
ensamble. Golpee la viga cerca de la articulación con un
mazo de goma para unir con un mazo. Asegúrese de que
el lado plano del poste-Z quede apuntando hacia arriba del
ensamble.
Repetir el último paso para el lado opuesto.
Antes de unir el ensamblaje superior al inferior poner un
inserto para poste (parte F) en los postes de ángulo
(parte A) del ensamblaje inferior como se muestra.
Proceder a montar el ensamblaje superior sobre el
inserto para poste (parte F) como se muestra en la
ilustración.
Repetir los últimos 2 pasos para el extremo opuesto.
Añadir un poste-z corto (parte C) a la sección media de la
articulación mediante la inserción del remache superior del
poste-z en la ranura parte inferior del ensamblaje superior,
y un remache en el ensamblaje inferior. Asegúrese de que
todos los postes estén en posición vertical. Unir los
remaches de la parte inferior de los orificios golpeando
poste cerca de las articulaciones para asegurar las piezas.
Repita el paso último para agregar un poste-z corto (parte
C) y dos largos (parte B).
Proceda a añadir dos nuevos postes-z largos (parte B)
para los dos primeros orificios de los postes de ángulo
(parte A) como se muestra en la ilustración. Instale los
postes en posición vertical. Asegurar los remaches en
los agujeros antes de golpear a los potes cerca de las

Montar el resto de postes largos y cortos (parte B y C) a la
ubicación deseada en los postes de ángulo (parte A) para
crear dos estantes adicionales como se muestra en la
ilustración. Asegúrese de instalar los postes en posición
vertical. Golpee los postes cerca de las articulaciones para
fijar las piezas juntas.
Nota: Los mensajes se pueden ajustar en 1-1/2"
incremento Puede ajustar los estantes a la altura deseada
Ahora coloque los entrepaños (parte D) entre los postes.
Inserte las tapas para postes (parte E) en la parte superior
de los postes de ángulo (parte A) como se muestra en la
ilustración.
Repita los pasos 1 y 2 para crear un ensamble.
Ahora inserte dos postes cortos y dos postes largos (parte C
y B) a los orificios en la parte superior de los postes de
ángulo. Golpee los mismos cerca de las articulaciones con
un mazo de goma para fijar las piezas juntas. Como se
muestra en la ilustración.
Añadir otros dos postes cortos y dos postes largos (parte C y
B) para crear una plataforma en el nivel deseado. Asegurar
que todos los postes se montan en posición vertical.
Ahora inicie a agregar la unidad que colocara a los
primeros postes cortos (parte C) en la parte superior y sus
los orificios de los postes angulares (parte A). El segundo
poste corto-z debe ser montado en los orificios 7mo y 8vo
de la parte inferior de los postes de ángulo. Como se
muestra en la ilustración. Golpee el poste cerca de las
articulaciones con un mazo de goma para fijar las piezas y
unirlas adecuadamente.
Repita el procedimiento para la unión de los extremos
opuestos.

Completar la unidad añadiendo dos postes-z largos (parte B)
en los orificios de la parte superior de los postes de ángulo
(parte A) y la inserción de dos postes largos (parte B) en los
orificios de 7 y 8 de la parte inferior de los postes de ángulo.
Como se muestra en la ilustración. Asegure todos postes
cerca de la articulación con un mazo de goma para fijar las
articulaciones en su lugar.
Ahora coloque los entrepaños (parte D) entre los postes
como se muestra en la ilustración.
Para asegurar los marcos alinear los cuatro postes
angulares (parte A) medios, como se muestra. Comience
con los dos posteriores. Alinear las pestañas de los seguros
para poste (parte G) con dos orificios de los postes de
ángulo de la parte posterior. Firmemente coloque la
abrazadera de los seguros y los dos postes de ángulo.
Repita el paso para fijar los dos puestos delante del poste
angular medio.
Nota: Para quitar los seguros usar un destornillador.
Inserte la tapa del poste (parte E) en la parte superior de los
postes de ángulo (parte A) como se muestra.
Inspeccione periódicamente la unidad para asegurar que
todos los postes-z estén instalados correctamente y
firmemente conectados a los postes de ángulo.

Cuidado y Mantenimiento
 Utilice un paño suave y limpio que no rayará la superficie cuando quite el polvo.
 Uso de lustradores de muebles no es necesario. Si decide utilizar ceras, primeramente realice una prueba en un área
oculta.
 El uso de disolventes de algún tipo sobre sus muebles, puede dañar el acabado de sus muebles.
 Nunca utilice agua para limpiar sus muebles, ya que puede causar daño al terminado.
 Manchas o marcas de crayones o marcadores de tinta será difícil de quitar.
 No utilice productos abrasivos o productos químicos para limpiar las superficies metálicas, ya que puede dañar la
capa protectora.
 Metal se oxida si el acabado está rayado o si sus muebles son expuestos a la humedad excesiva, especialmente en
lugares de agua salada.
 La mayoría de muebles de metal tiene una capa protectora para prevenir la oxidación, sin embargo la oxidación se
puede producir si el terminado es estropeado o se desgasta con el tiempo.
 En el caso de que sus muebles se manchen o se dañen durante el uso, le recomendamos que llame a un profesional
para reparar sus muebles.
 Compruebe remaches de viga y apriete periódicamente en caso necesario.
