CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the pre-drilled small holes on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure
the Cam Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole at the end of the panel with the Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole in the panel. Make sure the arrow on the Cam Lock is
pointed towards the Cam Bolt.
3. Once the Cam Bolt is connected inside the Cam Lock, take a Phillips screwdriver (not included) and
tighten the Cam Lock clockwise.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

Please read this user guide before installing and using your Low Voltage Lighting Systems
1．THE COMPONENTS LIST

2．INSTALLATION
1>Screw the buckles onto the top of furniture;
2>Clip the LED light bar into the buckles;
3>Screw the LED controller on furniture, the controller can’t be installed in closed metal parts;
4>Connect the connecting line between the parts;
5>Insert the Power supply plug to the socket;
6>Operate the Remote control to control the light bar (pull out the battery insulation before use).

1.Turn On/Standby
Press this key to turn on unit or switch to standby mode. At power
on. Unit will automatically turn on and restore to previous status.
2/9.Dynamic Mode Adjust
Switch to dynamic mode from static color, or switch between
dynamic modes.
3/10.Dynamic Speed Adjust
Adjust dynamic playing speed. Press SPEED+ to increase speed
and press SPEED- to decrease. The unit will switch to dynamic
mode if press this key at static color mode.
4/5.Static Color Adjust
Switch to static color mode from dynamic mode, or switch
between static colors.
6.Direct Color Select
Shortcut key to static colors. When press the specific color
key, LED will play the same static color. The direct colors
are included in ‘COLOR+’and ‘COLOR-’operation.
7/8.Brightness Adjust
Adjust static color brightness, press BRIGHT+ to increase
brightness and press BRIGHT- to decrease.
11.Demo Mode
Press this key will switch to Demo mode. At demo mode, it
plays red green and blue color dynamic modes in loop.

Operation
1.Using Remote Controller
Please pull out the battery insulate tape before using. The RF
wireless remote signal can pass through barrier, so it’s not
necessary to aim at the main unit when operating.
For proper receiving remote signal, please do not install the
main unit in closed metal parts.
2.Pairing New Remote
The remote and main unit is 1 to 1 paired as default. Further
more, main unit can be paired to 3 remote controllers and
each remote controller can be paired to any main unit.
Please do the following steps to pair new remote controller:
1) Plug off the power of main unit and plug in after 5 seconds.
2) Press ‘SPEED-’and ‘SPEED+’ key together in 5 seconds
after power on.
After this operation, the main unit will recognize the new
remote controller.
Warning: This action cannot be undone!
3.Free Remote Pairing Mode
In some specific cases; the main unit may need to be paired
to any remote controllers, please do following steps for free
Remote pairing mode:
1) Plug off the power of main unit and plug in after 5 seconds.
2) Press ‘ON/OFF’ and ‘MODE+’ key together in 5 seconds
after this operation, the main unit will recognize any
remote controller, to pair the main unit back to specific
remote, please repeat the ‘Pairing New Remote’ operation.
4.Switch Output Color Sequence
The controller’s default output signal sequence is
Common-Green-Red-Blue. If the LED application is in different
cable sequence, the direct color keys will not match the LED
color. In this case, user can adjust the output signal sequence
With following steps;
1) Plug off the power of main unit and plug in after 5 seconds,
2) Press ‘RED’ and ‘BLUE’ color key together in 5 seconds after
power on.
With this operation, the output sequence will switch between
6 possible combinations, the sequence will be memorized
and it won’t change before next same operation.

First of all, thanks sincerely for buying this product.
For your safely, please read this manual carefully before using this product.
The first: To protect people from harm and property loss, we make a clear explanation
on what you do should obey:
A. Warning! There are concerning the possibilities of death and severe wound: People who
use heart-birth-maker should consult your doctor before you use this product; And please
leave it at a distance of 50cm from the place where you install your heart-birth-maker, the

1) Do not put it into water or any other liquid, Do not make it wet;

12) Do not make any breakage on the AC adapter, please make sure you connect the
AC adapter fully and take the AC adapter off the plug when it's not used;
13) Do not use travel converter;

Installing the battery
The battery is supplied with the remote control. The first thing to do with the remote control is to remove the plastic
sheet insulated the battery. For replacement battery, use lithium-based CR2025 battery. Please follow the sequence
below to replace the battery.
□Take out the battery bracket.
□Insert the battery with the button side into the battery bracket, making sure the battery is firmly seated.
□Press the battery bracket into the remote control, making sure it snaps into position.
□Turn the remote over and aim it towards the lighting systems unit.
□If nothing appears to happen, check to make sure the battery is installed correctly, and try again.
WARNING:Do not ingest batteries.
1. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
2. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
3. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
4. Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
5. Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
6. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
7. Remove batteries from equipment with is not to be used for an extended period of time.

Left Side Desk Assembling
NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back
and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Attach the Left Outer Frame (D) to the Left Top Frame (A) with two 32 mm Bolts (3) and two
Washers (4 and 5).
3. Attach the Left Middle Frame (E) to the Left Top Frame (A) with four 12 mm Bolts (1) and four
Washers (4 and 5).
