1. Anwendung

„Retrot“- Unterwasser-Scheinwerfer zum nachträglichen Umrüsten

bei bestehendem Beleuchtungsanlagen und montiertem Einbauge-

häuse (WIBRE Serie 4.0268/4.0274)

Der Scheinwerfer ist für einen Einsatz bis 5,0 m Wassertiefe geeignet. Die

Konstruktion ist komplett aus V4A-Edelstahl 1.4571 gefertigt und

zusätzlich epoliert. Die Verwendung des Scheinwerfers in Süßwasser,

chloriertem Schwimmbadwasser und in Meerwasser ist möglich.

Die Umrüstung bei bereits installierten Einbaugehäuse eines Fremd-

fabrikats ist möglich, dabei jeweilges Manual des Einbaugehäuses

beachten und ggf. zur Montage eine Adapterplatte verwenden oder

nach Absprache.

Scheinwerfer ist vor Einfrieren zu schützen, das Wasser muss frei von

Metall angreifenden Bestandteilen sein.

Vorhandenes Einbaugehäuse ist zur Installation erforderlich

Zubehörteile (z.B. Betriebsgeräte) sind optional lieferbar.

Achtung! Betrieb nur Unterwasser.

Von jeglichen Kabelverbindungen im Einbaugehäuse bzw. im

Kabelrohr wird abgeraten.

Für die gesamte lichttechnische Anlage wird eine Überspannungs-

schutzeinheit und die Verwendung eines Trenntrafos zur sicheren

elektrischen Trennung (Schutztrennung) empfohlen.

2. Technische Daten/Konstruktion

1. Application

„Retroﬁt“- underwater spotlight for retroﬁt modiﬁcation of existing

lighting systems and mounted installation housing (WIBRE series

4.0268/4.0274)

The spotlight is suitable for use in water up to 5.0 m deep. It is made

entirely of V4A stainless steel 1.4571 and is also electropolished. The

spotlight can be used in fresh water, chlorinated swimming pool water

and in salt water.

Retroﬁtting is possible even with an already installed installation housing

from another manufacturer, but follow the manual of the installation

housing and use an adapter plate, if necessary, or in consultation.

The spotlight must be protected from freezing, and the water must be free

of metal-corroding components.

An existing installation housing is required for installation.

Accessories (e.g. operating devices) can be supplied optionally.

Attention! Operation only underwater.

Cable connections in the installation housing or conduit are not recom-

mended.

A surge protection unit and use of an isolating transformer for secure

electrical disconnection (protective separation) are recommended for the

entire technical lighting system.

Special designs/applications on request.

1. Application

Projecteurs immergeables « Retroﬁt » de complément pour installations

d‘éclairage existantes et boîtier d‘encastrement monté (WIBRE série

4.0268/4.0274)

Le projecteur convient pour une installation jusqu‘à une profondeur de

5 m. Construction entièrement réalisée en acier inoxydable électropoli V4A

1.4571. Le projecteur peut être utilisé dans l‘‘eau douce, l‘eau de piscine

chlorée et dans l‘eau de mer.

Le rajout d‘un produit d‘origine extérieure dans un boîtier d‘encastrement déjà

installé est possible, sachant alors qu‘il faut respecter le manuel concerné du

boîtier d‘encastrement et utiliser éventuellement une plaque d‘adaptation

ou nous consulter.

Protéger le projecteur contre le gel, l‘eau doit être exempte d‘éléments

agressifs contre les métaux.

Le boîtier de montage existant est indispensable pour l‘installation.

Les accessoires (p. ex. blocs d‘alimentation) sont disponibles en option.

Attention! Fonctionnement immergé uniquement.

Les raccords de câbles dans le boîtier d‘encastrement ou dans la gaine de

câbles sont déconseillés.

Une unité anti-surtension et l‘utilisation d‘un transformateur sectionneur

permettant un sectionnement électrique sûr (sectionnement de protection)

sont recommandées pour l‘ensemble de l‘installation d‘éclairage technique.

3. Installation/Montage

Zur Installation sind die nationalen Sicherheitsvorschriften zu

beachten. Es wird keine Haftung für unsachgemäßen Einsatz oder

Montage übernommen. Bei nachträglichen Änderungen an den

Leuchten wird keine Haftung übernommen.

Montage des Scheinwerfers in bereits installierte Einbaugehäuse

bei Umrüstung oder Austausch für den Wand- und Bodeneinbau in

Betonbecken mit Fliesenauskleidung Edelstahlbecken, Becken mit

eingelegter Folie oder dünnwandige Becken (Druckansch) und

Becken mit Klebe-/Folienanstrich (Klebeansch) möglich.

Beachte jeweils das Manual des installierten Einbaugehäuses.

Montage des Scheinwerfers Serie 4.0281

„Aufsatzblende“

Vorhandenen Scheinwerfer demontieren und an Wasseroberäche

bringen. 3.1.

Das installierte Kabel am vorhandenen Scheinwerfer entfernen und

neu auf ca. 2-3 cm abisolieren.

Hinweis: Bei Austausch eines Scheinwerfers zu Scheinwerfer

mit RGB LED (6 poliges Kabel) muss neues Spezialunterwasserkabel

9.6150.04.40 verlegt werden.

Achtung: Vorhandenes Kabel muss für den Einsatz geeignet sein

und sollte vor Austausch auf Porosität oder Verletzung des Außen-

mantels, Feuchtigkeit an/in den Adern oder allgemeiner Abnutzung

und schlechtem Zustand untersucht werden.

Ggf. muss zusätzlich zum Scheinwerfer auch das „alte“ Kabel durch

neues Spezialunterwasserkabel ersetzt werden. Bei Missachtung

besteht die Gefahr, den Austauschscheinwerfer dauerhaft zu schädi-

gen. Hierzu bitte unbedingt Rücksprache. 3.10.

Überschüssiges Kabel in vorhandenes Einbaugehäuse einwickeln

und Scheinwerfer in Einbaugehäuse wie gehabt ausrichten und mit

beigelegten, neuen Edelstahlschrauben direkt am Befestigungs-

bügel 9.0274.00.10 oder Druckansch anschrauben.

Der Befestigungsring 9.0271.00.15 der Serie 4.0271 entfällt, ebenso

muss der Befestigungsbügel 9.0268.00.10 der Serie 4.0267 durch

Befestigungsbügel 9.0274.00.10 ausgetauscht werden. 3.8.

Kabelanschluß am Scheinwefer siehe Punkt 4.

Einzelanschlussader entsprechend den Vorschriften an den Netz-

teilen elektrisch anschließen. 3.9.

Die maximale Anzahl von Leuchten und Anschlußart siehe auch

Manual des entsprechenden Netzteiles oder RGB(W) Controlers

3. Installation/Mounting

When installing, observe the national safety regulations. We are not liable

for any improper use or installation. No liability will be accepted in case of

subsequent modiﬁcation to the lights.

For modication or replacement of wall and ﬂoor installations,

the spotlight can be mounted in existing installation housings in concrete

pools covered with tiles, stainless steel pools, pools with ﬁtted foil or

thin-walled pools (pressure ﬂange) and pools with adhesive/foil coatings

(adhesive ﬂange).

Follow the manual of the installed installation housing.

Mounting of series 4.0281 spotlight

„Attachment cover“

Remove existing spotlight and bring it to the water surface. 3.1.

Remove the installed cable at the existing spotlight and remove approx.

2-3 cm of insulation.

Note: When replacing a spotlight with an RGB LED (6 pin cable) spot-

light, a new special underwater cable 9.6150.04.40 must be installed.

Attention: The existing cable must be suitable for use and should

be checked prior to replacement for porosity of or damage to the outside

sheath, moisture on/in the wires or overall wear and poor condition.

If necessary, in addition to the spotlight, the „old“ cable must be replaced

by a new special underwater cable. If this is ignored, there is a danger that

the replacement spotlight can be permanently damaged. It is essential that

you consult with us on this. 3.10.

Wrap excess cable inside the existing installation housing, orient spotlights

in the installation housing as usual, and screw them with the accompa-

nying new stainless steel screws directly to the mounting attachment

9.0274.00.10 or pressure ﬂange.

The attachment ring 9.0271.00.15 of series 4.0271 is not used; likewise,

the mounting attachment 9.0268.00.10 of series 4.0267 must be replaced

with the mounting attachment 9.0274.00.10. 3.8.

Cable connection at the spotlight, see point 4.

Connect individual wires to the power supply according to the regulations.

3.9.

For the maximum number of lights and connection type, also see the

manual of the corresponding power supply unit or RGB(W) controllers

3. Installation/Montage

Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour l’utilisation ou le montage non con-

forme. De même, nous réfutons toute responsabilité pour les modiﬁcations

réalisées sur les luminaires.

Montage du projecteur dans des boîtiers d‘encastrement déjà installés

possible en cas de complément ou d‘échange pour montage au mur et au

sol dans des bassins en béton carrelés, des bassins en inox, des bassins à

revêtement intérieur ou des bassins minces (ﬂasque de pression) et des

bassins à revêtement collé/liner (ﬂasque de collage).

Se conformer chaque fois au manuel du boîtier d‘encastrement installé.

Montage du projecteur de série 4.0281

«Enjoliveur»

Démonter le projecteur existant et l‘amener à la surface de l‘eau. 3.1.

Retirer le câble installé sur le projecteur existant et le ré-isoler sur 2 à 3 cm.

Remarque: En cas de changement d‘un projecteur contre un

projecteur à LED RVB (câble à 6 pôles), il faut poser un nouveau câble spécial

immersion 9.6150.04.40.

Attention: Le câble existant doit convenir pour cet usage et il faut,

avant de le changer, contrôle sa porosité ou le bon état de l‘enveloppe

extérieure, l‘absence d‘humidité sur les conducteurs ou d‘usure générale et

de mauvais état.

Eventuellement, en plus du projecteur, il faudra aussi remplacer le « vieux »

câble par un nouveau câble spécial immersion. Si on le ne fait pas, il y a un

risque de détérioration durable du projecteur changé. Veuillez impérative-

ment nous contacter à ce sujet. 3.10.

Enrouler le câble excédentaire dans le boîtier d‘encastrement existant et

orienter le projecteur dedans comme d‘habitude puis le visser directement

sur l‘étrier de ﬁxation 9.0274.00.10 ou le ﬂasque de pression à l‘aide des

nouvelles vis à tête en inox fournies

La bague de ﬁxation 9.0271.00.15 de la série 4.0271 n‘a plus lieu d‘être et il

faut également changer l‘étrier de ﬁxation 9.0268.00.10 de la série 4.0267

contre l‘étrier de ﬁxation 9.0274.00.10. 3.8.

Pour le raccordement du câble au projecteur, voir le point 4.

Raccorder les diﬀérents conducteurs aux blocs d‘alimentation conformément

aux prescriptions. 3.9.

Pour le nombre maximal d‘ampoules et le type de raccordement, voir aussi le

manuel du bloc d‘alimentation concerné ou les contrôleurs RVB(B)
