thecenterofthe installedtoilet.
Adjust the water level in the
toilet's tank if neccessary by
rotaধng the adjustment
screwto increase (+) or
decrease (-) a level of water
in the toilet's tank.

Shutoff mainwater supplyprior toinstallation!
REMOVE OLD TOILET
1.Shutoffwater supplyline.If youdo nothaveshut-offvalvenearthetoilet shutoffmain watersupplyline.
2.Flushtheold toiletandmakesure thattankis empty.
3.Disconnectandremovewatersupply lineconnectedto the toilet'stank.
4.Removeold toilet,bolts,nuts fromtheclosetflange.
5.Cleanclosetflange areafromold waxringandputty sealantusingputty knifefromthebase area.
6.Cleananyremainingdebris andwipeanywaterat theinstallationarea
7.Temporarilyplugflangeon afloorwith aflangeplugor toweltopreventgassesfrom escaping

INSTALL WAX RING
Important: safetyglasses mustbewornbythe installer
andallbystanders.
Coverthefloor withasoft-close blanket. Carefullyturn
thetoiletonit's sideorupside-down ontheblanketwith
assistanceofasecond person.Installwax ringoverthe
horndischargelocatedon thebottomof thetoilet'sbowl.

Note:Ceramicisa fragilematerial.Youmustalwayscover
thefloorwitha soft-clothblanketifyouwant toputthe
toiletonthefloor onanysideotherthan thebottomof
thetoilet.Ifyoudo notcoverthefloorwitha soft-close
blanket contact ofthetoilet withthefloormayand will
causeminorormoderatescratcheson thetoilet'ssurface.

waxringmustbe keptin
aroomtemperature
between70-75ºF.

CONNECTTOILET'S TANK
TO WATER SUPPLY LINE
Connectthewatersupply linebetweenthe tankandwater
shut-offvalveusingatoilet hose(notsupplied). When
connectingtoilethosetighten couplingnutto thetankby
1/4turnbeyondthehandtight.
Turnon valveonwatersupply lineandallowtank tofill.
Checkallconnectionsfor leakagesandtighten asneeded.
Oncetankisfilled withwaterflush it4-5timesto perform
atestofthe flushingsystem.At thesametimecheck the
bottomofthetoilet forleaksto makesure thatthewax
ringisproperlyinstalled andsealed.
Ifthereareno leaksyouareready finalizetheinstallion.If
anyshims areinstalledat the bottomofthe toilet'sbowl
youmaytrim them.Applysiliconearound baseofthe
toilet's.Allow24hours forsiliconeto drybeforestart
usingthetoilet.See Figure6
Important:Leaksmaynotoccur duringorright afterthe
installation.Makesureto checkforleakseverycouple
hoursfirstdayinstalledand andoccasionallycheckit
everydayforthe nextweekto ensurethattoiletis properly
installedandnoleaks occur.If anyleaksoccurimmediately
shutoffthewater supplylinevalveand contactyourlocal
plumbertofixall leaks.

INSTALL NEW TOILET
Step 1. Liftandcarefully putthetoilet overthecloset
flangesothecloset boltscango throughthemounting
holesinthetoilet's base.Oncethe bowlisinthe position
pressthebowldown withslighttwisting motioninlevel
positiontowardsthefloor.Apply yourbody weightto
evenlycompressthe waxringto createwatertightseal.
Make sure thatthebowl isasleveledaspossibleto havea
nicesealtight.
Donotrockthe toiletbackand forthandsideto sideasit
mayand willbreaka sealandyouwillneed toreplacethe
waxringagainand starttheinstallation processover.

Step 2. Oncethetoilet issetand leveledinstallwashers
andnutsovertheclosetbolts. Tightennuts.Do not
overtightenthenuts. Itmayandwillcause damagetothe
toilet'sceramicbase.

3. FILLVALVE INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT:Donotuseordropanychlorineoranyother chemicals. Useofchemicalproductswillresultindamagetothefill
valveand flush valvecomponentsand maycausefloodandpropertydamage.Do not overtightenbolts/nuts as it mayandwill
causedamagetothetoiletpartsandcomponets.
