before loading laminate rolls.

Match bottom and top roll with
the yellow and green dots on
machine. On each one of the
ends it will tell you top roll or
bottom roll.

Take the ends of the top roll,
weave it under the Teflon bar,
pull the sheet toward you,
grabbing all the way on each
end. Make sure you pull out
enough so it hangs just
below the bottom roller.

Take the ends of the bottom
roll weave it under the Teflon
bar pull the sheet toward you,
grabbing all the way on each
end. This time, pull out
enough to stick firmly to the
material from the top bar

Using the foot pedal (direction,
FORWARD; feed' FOOT; speed
control, 3) start feeding it
through so you can see about
3” coming out between rubber
rollers in the back.

To remove the wrinkles
from the material, press the
foot pedal and use the load
plate, or a scrap piece of
cardboard and feed it
through the machine until
the wrinkles disappear.
6.

Replace the media support tray and you are now
ready to begin use of the XYRON 4400.
