Do czego służy urządzenie
Urządzenie ComfoFond-L Q jest gruntowym glikolowym
wymiennikiem ciepła, który wykorzystuje właściwości gruntu do
podgrzewania lub schładzania powietrza zewnętrznego (zależnie od
potrzeb), przed jego dostarczeniem do budynku.
Zasada działania
System składa się z wielu podzespołów, w tym jednostki
wentylacyjnej ComfoAir Q, urządzenia ComfoFond-L Q i
gruntowego wymiennika glikolowego. Urządzenia sterowane są za
pomocą panelu obsługowego jednostki ComfoAir Q.

Rury gruntowego wymiennika glikolowego są ułożone w ziemi i
podłączone hydraulicznie do urządzenia ComfoFond-L Q. W zimie,
chłodne powietrze z zewnątrz jest podgrzewane, dzięki czemu system
wentylacyjny działa skutecznie nawet w niskich temperaturach.
Urządzenie ComfoFond-L Q jest zaprojektowane do współpracy z
urządzeniami wentylacyjnymi Zehnder typu ComfoAir Q z Option Box
(moduł przyłączeniowy).
Obsługa
Urządzenie ComfoFond-L Q jest sterowane poprzez ComfoAir Q,
do którego jest podłączone. Jego praca jest całkowicie automaty-
czna i odbywa się w zależności od profilu temperatury ustawionego
dla ComfoAir Q.
Konserwacja urządzenia
Urządzenie ComfoFond-L Q powinno być raz w roku przeglądane
i czyszczone przez przeszkolonego instalatora lub serwisanta. Aby
zapewnić jego bezproblemowe działanie przez cały okres użytkowania,
zalecamy podpisanie umowy serwisowej z profesjonalną firmą.

Manometr
Przynajmniej raz w roku należy kontrolować ciśnienie w urządzeniu
ComfoFond-L Q. Jeśli jego wartość jest niższa niż 0,5 bar lub
wyższa niż 2,5 bar, należy skontaktować się z instalatorem. Należy
zapisać wskazanie ciśnienia.
Wielkość ciśnienia może ulegać okresowym wahaniom,
zależnie od zmian temperatury gruntu. Idealna wartość
ciśnienia to 1,5 bar.

What is this unit for?
The ComfoFond-L Q is a fluid-driven ground-source heat exchanger
(also known as a subsoil heat exchanger) which uses ground heat
to preheat or cool outdoor air as required before it is supplied to the
dwelling.
Operating principles
The system comprises a number of components, including a
ComfoAir Q heat recovery unit, a ComfoFond-L Q and ducting.
These devices are controlled using the ComfoAir Q operating panel.

Brine loop pipes are laid in the ground and connected to the dwelling.
In the winter the cold outdoor air is preheated, ensuring the ventilation
system continues to operate effectively even at low temperatures. In
the summer the warm outdoor air is precooled. The ComfoFond-L
Q is specially developed to operate in combination with a Zehnder
ventilation system of type ComfoAir Q with Option Box.
Operation
The ComfoFond-L Q is controlled by the ComfoAir Q to which
it is connected. This works entirely automated based on the set
temperature profile of the ComfoAir Q.
Maintenance
The ComfoFond-L Q should be inspected and cleaned annually by
a specialist. To ensure a hassle-free lifespan for your ComfoFond-L
Q, we recommend you to take out a service agreement with a
specialist company.
Safety instructions
■The unit may only be used when it
is properly installed according to the
instructions and guidelines in the installer
manual of the unit.
■Do not open the casing. The installer makes
sure that all components that can cause
personal injury are safely contained within
the casing.
■The unit can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use
of the unit in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
■Children shall not play with the unit.
■Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
carried out by children without supervision.

The replacement period of the filter depends on local
circumstances. We recommend replacing the filter when replacing
the ComfoAir Q filters.
Replace the filter (at least) once every six months.
1. Disconnect the power to the Option Box and the ComfoAir Q.
2. Remove the handle (A) from the ComfoFond-L Q.

Pressure meter
Inspect the pressure in the ComfoFond-L Q at least once a year.
Contact the fitter if the pressure is below 0.5 bar or above 2.5 bar.
Note the indicated pressure.
The pressure can vary over time due to temperature
changes in the subsoil. The ideal pressure is 1.5 bar.

Wozu dient dieses Gerät?
Der ComfoFond-L Q ist ein Bodenwärmetauscher, in dem sich
Wärmeträgersole befindet. Dieser Erdwärmetauscher wärmt die
Außenluft mit Erdwärme, je nach Wunsch, vor oder kühlt sie ab,
bevor diese in die Wohnung geleitet wird.
Funktionsweise des Systems
Das System besteht aus mehreren Komponenten: unter anderem
aus einer Wärmerück-gewinnungseinheit ComfoAir Q, einem
ComfoFond-L Q und einem Leitungssystem. Die Geräte werden
durch eine Bedieneinheit des ComfoAir Q betätigt.

In das Erdreich wird eine Soleleitung aus geeigneten Rohrmaterial
eingelegt, die an die Wohnung geschlossen werden. Bei sehr
kalten Außentemperaturen wird die sehr kalte Außenluft auf ein
frostfreies Niveau angehoben. Bei sehr heißen Außentemperaturen
wird die sehr heiße Außenluft auf ein angenehmen Niveau gesenkt.
Der ComfoFond-L Q wurde speziell für den Einsatz mit Zehnder
Komforlüftungsgeräten Typ ComfoAir Q mit Option Box entwickelt.
Bedienung
Der ComfoFond-L Q wird durch den ComfoAir Q gesteuert, an den der
ComfoFond-L Q angeschlossen ist. Dieses System läuft vollautomatisch
auf der Basis des eingestellten Temperaturprofils des ComfoAir Q.
Wartung
Der ComfoFond-L Q muss jedes Jahr durch einen Spezialisten
inspiziert und gereinigt werden. Um sicher zu sein, dass der
ComfoFond-L Q jahrelang problemlos funktioniert, empfehlen wir Ihnen
einen Wartungsvertrag bei einem fachkundigen Betrieb abzuschließen.
Sicherheitsanweisungen
■ Das Gerät darf nur bedient werden,
wenn es ordnungsgemäß sowie gemäß
den Anweisungen und Richtlinien im
Montagehandbuch des Geräts montiert wurde.
■ Öffnen Sie nicht das Gehäuse. Der
Monteur sorgt dafür, dass alle Teile, die zu
Personenschäden führen können, hinter
dem Gehäuse gesichert sind.
■ Es kann durch die folgenden
Personengruppen bedient werden: Kinder
ab einem Alter von 8 Jahren, Personen mit
eingeschränkten körperlichen sensorischen
oder geistigen Fähigkeiten, oder Personen
mit mangelnder Erfahrung und mangelnder
Fachkenntnis vorausgesetzt, sie werden
beaufsichtigt oder wurden bezüglich
eines sicheren Umgangs mit dem Gerät
unterwiesen und verstehen die damit
verbundenen Gefahren.
■ Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
■ Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen
von Kindern nicht ohne Beaufsichtigung
durchgeführt werden.

Wie schnell der Filter ersetzt werden muss, hängt von dem Standort
der Anlage und der Außenluftbelastung ab. Am besten wird der
Filter gleichzeitig mit den Filtern des ComfoAir Q ausgetauscht.
Ersetzen Sie (mindestens) einmal halbjährlich den Filter.

ersetzen. Diese können von den Lieferanten der
ComfoFond-L Q bestellt werden.
Manometer
Den Druck des ComfoFond-L Q mindestens einmal jährlich
kontrollieren. Nehmen Sie mit dem Installateur Kontakt auf, wenn
der Druck unter 0,5 bar oder über 2,5 bar liegt. Notieren Sie den
abgelesenen Druck.
Der Druck kann im Laufe der Zeit durch Temperatur-
veränderungen im Untergrund varieren. Der ideale Druck
liegt bei 1,5 bar.

À quoi sert cet appareil?
Le ComfoFond-L Q est un échangeur géothermique à fluide
(également appelé puits canadien) qui, en fonction des besoins,
réchauffe ou refroidit l’air extérieur par géothermie avant qu’il soit
introduit dans l’habitation.
Principe de fonctionnement
Le système est composé de plusieurs éléments, dont une unité
de récupération de chaleur ComfoAir Q, un ComfoFond-L Q et un
système de canalisations. Les appareils sont actionnés à l’aide d’un
panneau de commande situé sur le ComfoAir Q.

Des canalisations servant au fluide sont installées dans le sol en dessous
de l’habitation et sont reliées à cette dernière. En hiver, l’air extérieur
froid est préchauffé et le système de ventilation continue de fonctionner
de façon optimale lors de basses températures. En été, l’air extérieur
chaud est prérefroidi. Le ComfoFond-L Q a été conçu spécialement pour
fonctionner en combinaison avec un système de ventilation Zehnder de
type ComfoAir Q avec Option Box (boîtier d’options).
Actionnement
Le ComfoFond-L Q est actionné par le ComfoAir Q auquel est rac-
cordé le ComfoFond-L Q.Le fonctionnement est assuré de manière
entièrement automatique sur la base du profil di température réglé
pour le ComfoAir Q.
Maintenance
Le ComfoFond-L Q doit être inspecté et nettoyé chaque année par
un spécialiste. Afin d’assurer un fonctionnent sans problèmes de
votre ComfoFond-L Q des années durant, nous vous conseillons de
passer un contrat de maintenance avec une entreprise spécialisée.
Utilisation de l’unité
■ L’unité ne peut être utilisée que lorsque
celle-ci a été installée correctement
et conformément aux consignes et
recommandations indiquées dans le manuel
de l’installateur de l’unité.
■ N’ouvrez pas l’enveloppe. L’installateur doit
s’assurer que toutes les pièces susceptibles
de provoquer des blessures corporelles sont
fixées derrière l’enveloppe.
■L’unité peut être utilisée par: les enfants
âgés de 8 ans et plus, les personnes ayant
des capacités physiques, sensorielles
ou mentales réduites ou qui n’ont pas
l’habitude d’utiliser ce type d’appareil, s’ils
sont supervisés ou ont reçu des instructions
concernant l’utilisation sûre de l’appareil et
comprennent les dangers que cela implique.
■ Il est interdit aux enfants de jouer avec
l’appareil.
■ Le nettoyage et la maintenance pour
l’utilisateur ne doivent pas être réalisés par
des enfants sans surveillance.

Remplacez les filtres uniquement par des filtres
d’origine provenant du fabricant. Ceux-ci peuvent être
commandés auprès du fournisseur de l’ComfoFond-L Q.
Manomètre
Vérifiez la pression du ComfoFond-L Q au moins une fois par an.
Si la pression est inférieure à 0,5 bar ou supérieure à 2,5 bar,
contactez l’installateur. Notez le niveau de pression.
La pression peut varier au fil du temps en raison de
fluctuations de température dans le sol. La pression
idéale est de 1,5 bar.

A cosa serve questo apparecchio?
Il ComfoFond-L Q è uno scambiatore geotermico (anche detto
scambiatore di calore geotermico) che, a seconda delle esigenze,
preriscalda o preraffredda l’aria esterna con il calore geotermico
prima che questa sia immessa all’interno dell’abitazione.
Funzionamento del sistema
L’impianto è costituito da alcuni componenti tra cui un’unità di
recupero calore ComfoAir Q, un ComfoFond-L Q e un sistema di
tubazioni. Questi apparecchi vengono gestiti dal pannello comandi
del ComfoAir Q.

Le tubazioni vengono interrate e collegate all’abitazione. In inverno l’aria
fredda esterna viene preriscaldata e il sistema di ventilazione continua a
funzionare in maniera ottimale in presenza di basse temperature. In estate
l’aria calda esterna viene preraffreddata.
Il ComfoFond-L Q è stato progettato appositamente per funzionare abbi-
nato a un sistema di ventilazione Zehnder del tipo ComfoAir Q con Option
Box.
Funzionamento
Il ComfoFond-L Q è controllato dal ComfoAir Q al quale è collegato
e funziona in maniera completamente automatica in base al profilo
di temperatura impostata del ComfoAir Q.
Manutenzione
Il controllo e la pulizia del ComfoFond-L Q vanno effettuati annual-
mente da parte di uno specialista. Per essere certi che il ComfoFond-
L Q continui a funzionare correttamente per diversi anni, si consiglia
di stipulare un contratto di manutenzione con una ditta specializzata.
Utilizzo dell’unità
■L’unità può essere utilizzata esclusivamente
dopo essere stata correttamente installata
nel rispetto delle istruzioni fornite nel
manuale per l’installatore.
■Non aprire il telaio. L’installatore si
assicurerà che tutti i componenti in grado
di provocare lesioni personali siano
assicurati dietro al telaio.
■L‘unità può essere utilizzata da bambini
di età superiore a 8 anni e da persone
con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o
mentali, nonché da persone inesperte o
incompetenti purché sorvegliate o istruite in
merito all’utilizzo dell’unità in condizioni di
sicurezza e che ne comprendano i rischi.
■I bambini non devono giocare con.

manutenzione senza supervisione.

Nella documentazione di Zehnder si utilizzano i seguenti

Filtro
La frequenza di sostituzione del filtro dipende dalle condizioni. La
soluzione migliore è quella di sostituire il filtro contemporaneamente
ai filtri del ComfoAir Q.
Sostituire il filtro (almeno) una volta ogni sei mesi.

Manometro
Controllare almeno una volta l’anno la pressione del ComfoFond-L
Q. Contattare l’installatore se la pressione scende sotto 0,5 bar o
supera 2,5 bar. Annotare il valore della pressione misurato.
Nel corso del tempo la pressione può variare a causa dei
cambiamenti di temperatura nel sottosuolo. La pressione
ideale è 1,5 bar.

Waarvoor dient dit apparaat?
De ComfoFond-L Q is een vloeistof bodemwisselaar (ook wel
aardwarmtewisselaar genoemd) die de buitenlucht, al naar gelang
wens, met aardwarmte voorverwarmt of afkoelt voordat deze in de
woning wordt ingebracht.
Werking van het systeem
Het systeem bestaat uit enkele componenten waaronder een
warmteterugwinunit, een ComfoFond-L Q en een leidingsysteem.
De apparaten worden bediend middels een bedieningspaneel van
de ventilatieunit.

In de aarde worden vloeistofleidingen gelegd die op de woning
worden aangesloten. In de winter wordt de koude buitenlucht
voorverwarmd en blijft het ventilatiesysteem optimaal ventileren
bij lage temperaturen. In de zomer wordt de warme buitenlucht
voorgekoeld. De ComfoFond-L Q is speciaal ontwikkeld om in
combinatie met een Zehnder ventilatiesysteem te werken van het
type ComfoAir Q met Option Box.
Bediening
De ComfoFond-L Q wordt bedient door de ventilatieunit waaraan de
ComfoFond-L Q is aangesloten. De bediening gaat geheel automatisch
aan de hand van het ingestelde temperatuurprofiel op de ComfoAir Q.
Onderhoud
De ComfoFond-L Q dient elk jaar door een gespecialiseerd persoon
te worden geïnspecteerd en gereinigd. Om er zeker van te zijn dat
de ComfoFond-L Q jarenlang probleemloos werkt, adviseren wij
een onderhoudscontract af te sluiten bij een deskundig bedrijf.

■Het toestel mag alleen worden gebruikt
wanneer het goed is geïnstalleerd volgens
de instructies en richtlijnen die te vinden
zijn in de handleiding van het toestel voor
de installateur;
■Open de behuizing niet. De installateur
zorgt dat alle onderdelen die persoonlijk
letsel kunnen veroorzaken zich veilig in de
behuizing bevinden;
■Kinderen van 8 jaar en ouder, personen met
een fysieke beperking, personen met een
zintuiglijke beperking, personen met een
geestelijke beperking en personen met een
gebrek aan ervaring en kennis mogen het
toestel alleen gebruiken als zij onder toezicht
staan of instructies hebben gekregen over
veilig gebruik van het toestel en begrijpen
met welke risico‘s dit gepaard gaat;
■Kinderen mogen niet spelen met het toestel;
■Kinderen mogen het toestel niet zelfstandig
reinigen en onderhouden.

In de documenten van Zehnder komen de volgende

Filter
Hoe snel het filter moet worden vervangen is afhankelijk van de
omstandigheden. Het beste is om het filter tegelijk met de filters van
de ventilatieunit te vervangen.
Vervang het filter (minimaal) 1 keer per half jaar.
1. Verwijder de spanning van de Option Box en ventilatieunit.
2. Trek de handgreep (A) uit de ComfoFond-L Q.

3. Trek het oude filter (B) uit de ComfoFond-L Q.

4. Schuif het nieuwe filter weer in de ComfoFond-L Q.

Vervang de filters alleen door originele exemplaren
van de fabrikant. Deze kunnen worden besteld bij de
leverancier van de ComfoFond-L Q.
Drukmeter
Inspecteer minimaal één maal per jaar de druk van de ComfoFond-L
Q.
Neem contact op met de installateur als de dru onder de 0,5 bar
of boven de 2,5 bar komt. Noteer de afgelezen druk.
De druk kan in de loop van de tijd variëren door
temperatuursveranderingen in de ondergrond. De ideale
druk is 1,5 bar.

¿Para qué sirve esta unidad?
El ComfoFond-L Q es un intercambiador de calor geotérmico
accionado por líquido (también denominado bomba geotérmica)
que utiliza el calor del suelo para precalentar o enfriar el aire
exterior según proceda antes de su suministro a la vivienda.
Principios operativos
El sistema consta de varios componentes, incluyendo una unidad
de recuperación de calor ComfoAir Q, un dispositivo ComfoFond-L
Q y un sistema de conductos. Estos dispositivos se regulan
mediante el panel operativo ComfoAir Q.

Los conductos del circuito de agua glicolada se colocan en el suelo
y se conectan a la vivienda. Durante el invierno, se precalienta el
aire exterior frío, asegurando el funcionamiento eficaz del sistema
de ventilación incluso a bajas temperaturas. Durante el verano, se
pre-refrigera el aire exterior caliente.
El ComfoFond-L Q ha sido especialmente diseñado para funcionar
junto con un sistema de ventilación Zehnder de tipo ComfoAir Q
con Option Box (cuadro de opción).
Funcionamiento
El dispositivo ComfoFond-L Q está regulado por la unidad ComfoAir
Q, a la que está conectado. Funciona de modo totalmente automático
en base al perfil de temperatura establecido de la unidad ComfoAir Q.
Mantenimiento
Un especialista deberá inspeccionar y limpiar anualmente la unidad
ComfoFond-L Q. Para garantizar una vida útil sin problemas de su
ComfoFond-L Q, recomendamos la contratación de servicios con
una empresa especializada.
Uso de la unidad
■La unidad solamente se puede utilizar una
vez completada su instalación de acuerdo
con las instrucciones y las directrices del
manual del instalador de la unidad;
■No abra la carcasa. El instalador se
asegura de que todas las piezas que
pueden provocar lesiones físicas quedan
confinadas tras la carcasa;
■La unidad puede ser utilizada por: niños
a partir de los 8 años de edad, personas
con discapacidades físicas, personas con
discapacidades sensoriales, personas con
discapacidades mentales o personas sin
experiencia ni conocimientos, siempre bajo
supervisión o si se les ha instruido sobre
el uso de la unidad de forma segura, y
entienden los peligros que conlleva;
■No se debe permitir que los niños jueguen
con launidad;
■No se debe permitir que los niños realicen
sin supervisión la limpieza ni las tareas de
mantenimiento propias del usuario.

Filtro
El plazo de sustitución del filtro depende de las circunstancias
locales. Recomendamos hacerlo al sustituir los filtros de la unidad
ComfoAir Q.
Sustituya el filtro (al menos) cada seis meses.
1. Desconecte la alimentación al Option Box (cuadro de opción)
y a la unidad ComfoAir Q.
2. Desmonte las asas (A) del dispositivo ComfoFond-L Q.

3. Extraiga el filtro antiguo (B) del dispositivo ComfoFond-L Q.

4. Deslice el filtro nuevo dentro del dispositivo ComfoFond-L Q.
5. Ajuste las asas (A) del dispositivo ComfoFond-L Q hasta
escuchar "clic".
6. Devuelva la alimentación al Option Box (cuadro de opción) y a
la unidad ComfoAir Q.
Los filtros deben sustituirse exclusivamente por
recambios originales del fabricante. Puede solicitarlos al
del proveedor del dispositivo ComfoFond-L Q.
Manómetro
Inspeccione la presión de la unidad ComfoFond-L Q al menos una
vez al año. Contacte con el instalador si la presión es inferior a 0,5
bar o supera los 2,5 bares. Anote la presión indicada.
La presión puede variar con el paso del tiempo debido
a los cambios de temperatura del subsuelo. La presión
idónea es de 1,5 bar.
