l Insertacoinorotherflatobjectintotheslotatthebottomofthebatterycompartmentcover
andliftthecoverupgently.
l Insertthebattery,contactsendfirst,andgentlypressthebatteryintoplace.
l Replacethebatterycompartmentcover,makingsureallthetabsaresecureandthereare
nogapsaroundthecover.
Note:Whenyouinsertthebattery,yourphonemaypoweronautomatically.
2. Chargeyourbattery.
l PlugtheUSBconnectorintothecharger/accessoryjackonthelowerleftsideofyour
phone.

YoushouldsetupyourVoicemailandpersonalgreetingassoonasyourphoneisactivated.Always
useapasswordtoprotectagainstunauthorizedaccess.Yourphoneautomaticallytransfersall
unansweredcallstoyourvoicemail,evenifyourphoneisinuseorturnedoff.

Flickingthescreenissimilartoswiping,exceptthatyouneedtoswipeyourfingerinlight,quick
strokes.Thisfingergestureisalwaysinaverticaldirection,suchaswhenflickingthecontactsor
messagelist.

Formostscreens,youcanautomaticallychangethescreenorientationfromportraittolandscape
