Limitedwarranty
ZTEwarrantsthat,foroneyearfromthedateofdeliverybyZTEto
purchaser'sdesignatedcarrier,theEquipmentwillremainfree from
defectsindesign,materialandworkmanshipundernormaluseand
serviceand willconforminall materialrespectstotheapplicable
specificationssetforthinpurchaseorderoragreement;ZTEdoesnot
warrantthatoperation oftheEquipmentwillbeerror-free or
uninterrupted.
InaccordancewithZTE'sstandard,warrantyterms,ZTEshall,atits
option,repairorreplaceanydefectiveornonconformingitem,provided
that(a)purchaser/End UsergivesZTEwrittennoticeofthe defector
nonconformitywithinthewarrantyperiod specifiedabovepromptlyafter
ResellerisnotifiedbytheEnd Userofthesame;and (b)End User
returnsthedefectiveitematitsexpensetoZTE’snominatedCustomer
ServiceDepartmentinaccordancewithZTE’sstandardpartsexchange
procedures.
ThiswarrantydoesnotapplytodefectsorerrorsintheEquipment
causedby:(a)reasonableabrasionofequipments; (b)End User’sfailure
tofollowZTE’sinstallation,operationormaintenanceinstructionsor
procedures;(c)End User’smishandling,misuse,negligence,or
improperinstallation,deinstallation,storage,servicingoroperationof
theEquipment;(d)modificationsorrepairsnotmadebyZTEora
ZTE-certifiedindividual;(e)powerfailures,surges,fire,flood,accident,
actionsof thirdpartiesorothereventsoutsideZTE’sreasonablecontrol.
(f)usageofproductsofthirdParties,orusageconjunctionwiththird
partiesprovidedthatsuchdefectsisduetotheconjunction;(g)any
othercausebeyond therangeofnormalusageforequipments.End
UsershallassurethatEquipmentisinstalledand maintainedbyZTEor
ZTE-certifiedindividualsinaccordancewithZTE’scertification

procedures;providedthatifEnd Usercausesorpermitsservicestobe
providedbyindividualswhoarenotZTE-certified,theWarrantyshallbe
voidastoallEquipment servicedinbreachofthissentence.End User

EquipmentfromZTE.Anyitemrepairedorreplaced byZTEshall
continuetobewarrantedforthe longeroftheremainderoftheoriginal
warrantyperiod or90daysfromthedatetherepairedorreplacedpart
isdeliveredtothecarrier.

lEnsurethattherearenoinflammable,conductiveormoistobjects
around.Checkwhetherthecablesareagedandwhetherother
electricalappliancesareplacedstably.
2Equipmentposition
lBecausetherunningelectricdeviceseasilygenerateheat, please
ensurethatthesedevicesarepositionedinawellventilated
environment.
lThedevicesshouldbeplacedonastableandflatplane.
lNeverexposetheequipmenttodirectsunshine,andneverplaceitona
PCcase.
lKeeptheequipmentawayfromheatandwater.
lCheckwhetherpowersupplyisavailable.Theinputvoltage
fluctuationrangemustbelessthan10%.Thepowerplugshouldnot

EthernetadapterandsupportstheTCP/IPprotocol.
BecauseADSLcanbeusedforbroadbandaccessandinvolvesawiderange
ofmultimediaservices,youarerecommendeduseacomputerwithsuch
