theheightmustn'tbelowerthan2.2m.Inaddition,bothdoorlocksandkeysmustbe
available.

Number,positionandsizeofinwardtubes,groundslotsandholesmustcomplywith
engineeringdesigndiagram.
Damp-proofmeasuresmustbetakentovarioustroughswithcornersmoothand
groundandplatemustmatchclosely.

Checkifpowercableisavailableinthetroughandhole.Ifso,takecareofitin
construction.

Patternedmaterialsarenotadoptedforoorandclear,simpleandelegantcolorsare
appropriateforwallsandceiling.Asforthecoating,atpaintorpaintnotcontaining
siliconemustbeused.
Anti-staticraisedoorisrequiredtobelaid.
Heightofraisedoormustbe300mmor330mm.Floorblocksmustbelaidclosely
andrmlywithhorizontalerrorperm2lessthan2mm.
Whenraisedoorisnotavailable,thestaticconductiveoormustbelaid(thevolume
resistancemustbe1.0x107Ω~1.0x1010Ω).Thestaticconductiveoororraisedoor
mustbegroundedforstaticdischarge,whichcanbeconnectedwithgroundingfacility
throughacurrent-limitresistorandconnectioncable.Thecurrent-limitresistanceis
1MΩ.
3.2IndoorEnvironmentofNOCRoomInspection
TheNOCroommustbecleanandfreeofdust,corrosivegases,wastegasesorchemical
gases.Nosupplyorsewagewaterpipesareallowedtopassthroughthelabandany
contactwithwatermustbeavoided.Incaseheatingfacilitiesareinstalledinthelab,no
valveorairoutletcanbeleftinthelab.Airconditionermustcomplywithindoortemperature
andhumidityrequirements.Inaddition,damagestoequipmentcausedbystaticelectricity
andinterferenceonequipmentbytheelectromagneticeldmustbeavoided.
lAnti-StaticRequirements
Equipmentmustbegroundedwellandthelabmustbelaidwithantistaticooror
semi-conductiveoorleather.Inaddition,copperfoilsmustbeusedforgroundingat

lDust-ProofRequirements
àThedensityofdustparticlewhosediameterislargerthan5μmmustbelessthan
30000/m3.
àDustparticlesmustbenon-conductive,non-magneticinductive,and
non-corrosive.
Thefollowingmeasuresarerecommendedfordust-proofinthelab:
àDoorsandwindowsmustbesealed.Theexternalwindowsmustbesealedwith
double-layerglassandthedoorsmustbesealedwithdust-proofsealingstrips.
Theidealconditionistosealthelabwithashutterequippedwithadustlter
device.
àWorkclothesandslippersmustbekeptcleanandchangedregularly.
àItisrecommendedtoplaceoperationequipmentinouterroom,thusavoiding
frequentaccessandopening/closingoflabdoor.
àKeepahigherrelativehumiditywithinthepermissiblerangeinthelabtoreduce
staticelectricityadsorptionofdust.
àWallsandceilingofthelabmustbepaintedorpastedwithwallpaper.Itisbetter
touselusterlesspaint.

0.4minfrontofequipment(theymustbemeasuredwhenthereisnoprotection
plateinfrontandbackofcabinet).
àShort-termworkingconditionsrefertolessthan48continuoushoursandless
than15accumulateddaysperyear.
Toreachadequatetemperatureandhumidity,airconditioningdevicesarenecessary.
Large-scalelabmustbeequippedwithairconditionerswithhumidityadjustment
functionwhilesmalllabsneedonlytobeequippedwithcabinetorwindowair
conditioners.
ZXR10routeralsodissipatesheatitself,inusualcasescentralizedairconditioneris
notused.Forlabsalreadyequippedwithcentralizedairconditioners,infactitisalso
necessarytomountseparateairconditioners.
Itissuggestedtoperformthefollowingmeasures:
àUsetwocircuitsofACmainsorself-providedelectricgeneratortosupplystable
powerforairconditioner.
àCentralizedairconditioneroratleasttwosetsofsmall-modelairconditioners
needtobeconguredforthelabtoprovideappropriatetemperateforlong-term
operationofdevices.
lLightingandIlluminationRequirements
Measuresagainstdirectsunshinemustbetakentoavoidaginganddeformationof
elementslikecircuitboardcausedbylong-term.exposuretosunshine.
Theaverageluminancemustbe150lx~200lx.Fluorescentlampsembeddedintothe
ceilingareadopted.
Anemergencyilluminationlamp(DClamp)canbemountedforbuildingswithfrequent
powerfailure.
Batteryroommustbeequippedwithexplosion-prooflampsandthelightshallnotbe
toointense.Inaddition,directsunshinemustbeavoided,forwhichpaperorpaintcan
bepastedonexternalwindows.
