Cleaning instructions Speed Tank Podium
1. Remove the front cover. 2. Remove the filters.
3. Take out the side chutes.
5. Remove the blade by pulling it towards you.
CAUTION! The blade is very sharp, be careful not to cut yourself.
6. Remove both peel ejectors (sidewise).
7. Unscrew the securing knobs of the pressing units. 8. Remove the pressing units in pairs.
9. Remove the podium chute. 10. Empty waste basket.
4. Slide off the juice tank.
CAUTION! DISCONNECT THE POWER CABLE FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET BEFORE CLEANING

11. Begin reassembling.
13. Mount the pressing units by pairs.
15. Put on the peel ejectors. Push them firmly to assure
their right positioning in order to avoid breakage while using
the machine.
16. Put on the knife. Push until it clicks into place
with a “click”.
17. Mount the juice tank. 18. Mount the side chutes.
19. Insert both juice filters. 20. Put the plastic cover.
14. Place knobs and tighten then well. Missing knobs
are to be replaced immediately. Never operate machine
with a missing knob.
12. Mount the podium chute.

INFORMATION: All pieces, EXCEPT THE FRONT COVER, can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
The juice extraction zone and the front cover should be cleaned using a moist cloth and dish washing liquid.
Rinse with clean water to remove any washing liquid traces.
