Wir gratulieren Ihnen zum Kauf unserer Dog-Box und wünschen
Ihnen viel Freude damit. Dieses hochwertige Produkt wurde nach
neusten Erkenntnissen aus Technik, Sicherheit und Design kon-
struiert.
Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Montage, den sachgerechten
Gebrauch und wichtige Sicherheitshinweise. Deponieren Sie
diese Gebrauchsanleitung an einem für alle Benutzer jederzeit
zugänglichen Ort.
Hinweis: Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerk-
sam und vollständig durch und halten Sie sich an die An-
gaben.
• Die Dog-Box darf ausschliesslich für den Hundetransport ver-
wendet werden.
• Es dürfen keine Kinder in der Box mitgeführt werden.
• Das Zubehör «Strap-Fix» dient der Befestigung im Fahrzeug
und muss ordnungsgemäss und sicher angebracht werden.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Rückbanklehne unbedingt
sauber und fest eingerastert ist.
• Sollten die Zurrgurte nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten sein,
empfehlen wir Ihnen, nur Zurrgurte mit entsprechender Bruch-
last zu verwenden.
• Bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung und geschlossenen Türen
kann sich der Innenraum des Fahrzeugs stark erwärmen und
sich unangenehm auf die Tiere auswirken. Bitte öffnen Sie bei
höheren Aussentemperaturen das nächst gelegene Fenster.
Im Sommer oder bei hohen Temperaturen dürfen Hunde nicht
länger als 15 Minuten im stehenden Fahrzeug gelassen wer-
den.
• Beachten Sie die Angaben im Handbuch ihres Autoherstel-
lers.
• Die Angaben zur Nennlast nden Sie auf der Rückseite der
DOG BOX.
• Kein Transport auf offener Ladeäche.

• An der Dog-Box dürfen keine unsachgemässen Manipulatio-
nen und nachträglichen Veränderungen vorgenommen sowie
Anbauten irgendwelcher Art montiert werden, sofern dies
nicht ausdrücklich vom Hersteller genehmigt ist. Vom Herstel-
ler verschraubte Teile dürfen nur vom Werk oder einer auto-
risierten Fachperson gelöst bzw. ersetzt werden. Für Unfälle
und Defekte aller Art, die durch nicht bestimmungsgemässe
Verwendung entstehen, lehnt der Hersteller jede Haftung ab.
• Die Angaben an der Box, betreffend maximaler Zuladung,
(Nennlast) Transport von Tieren und Verwendungsmöglichkeit
des jeweiligen Landes, sind verbindlich.
• Die Angaben zur Nennlast nden Sie auf dem Produktekleber,
auf der Rückseite der Box.
• Sicherheitscheck:
Vor jeder Fahrt ist die Ladung auf ordnungsgemässe Ladungs-
sicherung zu kontrollieren. Die Fahrweise muss stets auf die
Verkehrsverhältnisse angepasst werden. Für den gesamten
Gebrauch sind die Vorschriften der STVZO und der StVO einzu-
halten. Das zulässige Gesamtgewicht darf nicht überschritten
werden (Leergewicht + Zuladung). Für die Beladung sind die
Vorschriften der StVO einzuhalten.
• Informieren Sie sich zusätzlich über die jeweiligen landesspe-
zischen Vorschriften, wenn Sie mit der Dog-Box grenzüber-
schreitende Ausüge oder Reisen unternehmen wollen.

Um eine einwandfreie Betriebssicherheit auch nach Jahren zu
gewährleisten, beachten Sie unbedingt folgende Hinweise:
Aluminiumteile
Beschädigte Teile sind sofort zu ersetzen.
Bruchgefahr: Biegen Sie deformierte oder verbogene
Aluminiumteile keinesfalls zurecht!
Holzteile
Versprödete oder angerissene Teile sind sofort zu ersetzen.
Kunststoffteile
Defekte Bauteile sind sofort auszuwechseln.
Stahlteile
Stark korrodierte Teile sind zu ersetzen.
• Die Box ist wartungsfrei.
Tipp: Schlossriegel bei Bedarf mit Silikonspray einsprühen.
Verlängert die Lebensdauer.
• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung nur Wasser mit Spülmittel und
ein weiches Tuch oder einen Schwamm.
Warnung: Um Materialbeschädigungen zu vermeiden, ver-
wenden Sie keinesfalls Reinigungsmittel mit Scheuerwirkung
oder lösungsmittelhaltige Mittel wie Aceton, Toluol etc.
Garantieansprüche: Für die Dog-Box übernimmt der Hersteller
zwei Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Die Picht des Herstellers
unter dieser Garantie ist beschränkt auf Ersatz und/oder Repa-
ratur von Teilen, die sich bei einer Prüfung durch den Hersteller
als mangelhaft hinsichtlich des Materials und der Herstellung
erweisen. Diese Garantiepicht des Herstellers hat die fach-
männische Handhabung, Benützung und Einstellung der mit
Garantie versehenen Teile zur Voraussetzung. Die Garantie ist
nicht anwendbar auf Teile, an denen Reparaturen oder Verän-
derungen ohne ausdrückliche Bewilligung durch den Hersteller
vorgenommen wurden. Die Garantie ist insbesondere beschränkt
auf folgende Bedingungen:

• Die Dog-Box muss als Hundebox verwendet werden.
• Beschädigte Teile müssen gereinigt und komplett an den Her-
steller gesendet werden.
• Benutzen Sie ausschliesslich Original Ersatzteile, welche Sie
bei Ihrem DOG-BOX-Händler beziehen können.
Die Leistung beschränkt sich in jedem Fall auf Ersatz der de-
fekten Teile, ohne Re- und Demontage und Transport. Diese
Garantie gilt anstelle aller anderen ausdrücklichen oder still-
schweigenden Zusicherungen und Verpichtungen und schliesst
weitere Verpichtungen aus. Der Kunde ist nicht befugt, Dritten
gegenüber eine Garantieerklärung abzugeben, welche über die
vorstehende Garantie hinausgeht. Tut er dies dennoch, so lehnt
der Hersteller jede Haftung ab. Der Kunde ist überdies verpich-
tet, für alle Umtriebe und Nachteile Ersatz zu leisten. Diese Auf-
zählung ist abschliessend.
Haftungsbeschränkung
Der Hersteller lehnt jegliche Haftung für Schäden ab, die aus der
Haltung, dem Besitz, dem Gebrauch oder dem Betrieb der ge-
lieferten Boxen entstehen. Der Kunde ist für die am Betriebsort
gültigen Sicherheitsvorschriften verantwortlich. Der Hersteller
ist nicht für allfällige Verkehrszulassungen in den betreffenden
Ländern zuständig. Entsprechende Abänderungen gehen zu Kos-
ten und Lasten des Kunden. Der Hersteller lehnt insbesondere
die Haftung für jegliche Folgeschäden ab, soweit zwingende
produktehaftpicht-rechtliche Bestimmungen dem nicht entge-
genstehen.
Anwendung
Die Dog-Box darf nur als Hundebox verwendet werden, ansons-
ten wird jegliche Haftung abgelehnt.
Gerichtsstand
Für sämtliche Streitigkeiten sind ausdrücklich die ordentlichen
Gerichte am Sitz des Herstellers (Arbon) zuständig. Der Herstel-
ler ist auch berechtigt, am Hauptsitz des Kunden zu klagen.
Anwendbares Recht
Die Vereinbarung untersteht dem schweizerischen Recht.

Nous vous félicitons pour l’achat de notre Dog-Box (box pour
chiens) et vous souhaitons beaucoup de plaisir à l’utiliser. Ce
produit d’une grande qualité intègre les progrès les plus récents
en matière de technique, de sécurité et de design.
Le présent guide décrit le montage, l’utilisation conforme à la
destination du produit ainsi que les consignes de sécurité qu’il
importe de respecter. Veuillez conserver le présent guide dans
un endroit accessible à tous les utilisateurs et à tout moment.
Remarque: Lisez attentivement et complètement le pré-
sent guide et veuillez en respecter toutes les consignes.
• Le Dog-Box est destiné exclusivement au transport de chiens.
• Le transport d’enfants dans le Dog-Box n’est pas autorisé.
• L’attirail «Strap-Fix» serve à attacher le Dog-Box dans le vé-
hicule, l’arrimage devant être réalisé de manière adéquate et
sûre. Une fois arrimé, que le dos de la banquette arrière est
absolument verrouillé en place.
• Ne devrait pas s’en sangles inclus, nous vous recommandons
d’utiliser uniquement avec des sangles de retenue appropriés
charge de rupture.
• Par temps chaud et ensoleillé et avec les portes fermées, la
température dans l’habitacle du véhicule peut grimper forte-
ment et rendre les animaux mal à l’aise. Lorsque la tempéra-
ture extérieure est élevée, ouvrir la fenêtre la plus proche de
l’animal et mettre en place le verrouillage Fresh-Air (acces-
soire) sur la porte arrière. En été et par température élevée,
les chiens ne doivent pas rester en fermés plus de 15 minutes
dans un véhicule à l’arrêt.
• Suivez les instructions dans le manuel de leur fabricant auto-
mobile.
• Ne pas transporter sur une surface de chargement ouverte.

• Les informations concernant de la charge nominale, trouvez
vous sur l’arrière de la DOG-BOX.
• Il est interdit de réaliser des bricolages sur le Dog-Box, d’y
apporter des modications ou encore d’y ajouter des éléments
de quelque sorte que ce soit lorsque le fabricant n’en a pas
donné l’autorisation expresse. Les pièces vissées par le fabri-
cant peuvent être dévissées ou remplacées uniquement en
usine ou par une personne qualiée et autorisée. Le fabricant
décline toute responsabilité pour des accidents ou défauts de
toutes sortes occasionnés par une utilisation non conforme à
la destination.
• Les informations concernant la charge nominale, trouvez vous
sur l’adhésife, à l’arrière de la DOG-BOX.
• Les indications sur le Dog-Box et qui portent sur le charge-
ment maximal (charge nominal), le transport d’animaux et les
possibilités d’utilisation selon le pays sont obligatoires.
• Renseignez-vous en outre sur les prescriptions en vigueur
dans les autres pays si vous comptez faire une excursion
transfrontalière ou des voyages à l’étranger.
• Contrôle de sécurité:
Avant chaque voyage, la cargaison doit être vériée pour la
charge correcte de xation. Le style de conduite est toujours
d’adapter, aux conditions de circulation. Pour l’utilisation
intégrale des dispositions de la régulation du trac routier
et code de la route pour se conformer stvzo/stvo. Le poids
nominal brut du véhicule ne doit pas être dépassée (Poids à
vide+charge utile). Pour le chargement, les réglementations
de circulation, doivent être respectées (stvo).

Pour garantir la sécurité de fonctionnement durant de longues
années, il est impératif de respecter les consignes suivantes:
Pièces en aluminium
Les pièces endommagées sont à remplacer sans tarder.
Risque de rupture: Ne redressez en aucun cas une pièce en alu-
minium déformée ou pliée!
Pièces en bois
Les pièces fêlées ou endommagées dans leur structure sont à
remplacer sans tarder.
Pièces en plastique
Les pièces défectueuses sont à remplacer sans tarder.
Pièces en acier
Les pièces fortement corrodées sont à remplacer.
• Le Dog-Box ne nécessite aucune maintenance.
Astuce: Au besoin, pulvériser un spray de silicone sur le ver-
rou. Sa durée de vie s’en trouvera allongée.
• Pour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement de l’eau avec un liquide
vaisselle, et pour frotter, un torchon souple ou une éponge.
Avertissement: Pour ne pas abîmer les matériaux, n’utilisez
en aucun cas un produit de nettoyage contenant un agent de
récurage, ni un produit à base de solvant, tel que l’a cétone
ou le toluène.
Conditions de garantie: Le fabricant garantit le Dog-Box pour une
durée de deux ans à compter de la date d’achat. Pour cette ga-
rantie, les obligations de fabricant se limitent au remplacement
et/ou à la réparation des pièces qui, après examen réalisé par
fabricant, présentent des défauts de matière et de fabrication. La
garantie offerte par fabricant n’entre en jeu que dans la mesure
où les pièces sous garantie ont été maniées, utilisées et réglées
comme il se doit. La garantie exclut toutes les pièces réparées
ou modiées sans l’autorisation expresse de fabricant. Pour faire
jouer la garantie, il faut en particulier que soient remplies les
conditions suivantes:

• Le Dog-Box doit être utilisé comme box pour chiens.
• Les pièces endommagées doivent être envoyées au fabricant
nettoyées et dans leur intégralité.
• Utilisez uniquement des pièces de rechange originales, qui
peuvent être achetés de votre revendeur DOG-BOX.
Les prestations de garantie se limitent dans tous les cas au rem-
placement des pièces défectueuses, le démontage, le remontage
et le transport étant exclus. La présente garantie se substitue ex-
pressément à toute autre garantie et à des promesses et obliga-
tions tacites, et elle exclut toute autre obligation. Le client n’est
pas autorisé à émettre à un tiers une déclaration de garantie qui
déborde du cadre de la présente garantie. S’il n’obtempère pas,
le fabricant décline toute responsabilité. Le client sera en plus
tenu d’indemniser pour toute gêne occasionnée et pour les dé-
savantages encourus. La présente énumération est exhaustive.
Limitation de la responsabilité
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages qui
surviennent du fait de la détention, de la possession, de l’utilisa-
tion ou de la mise en oeuvre des Dog-Box fournis. Le client est
responsable des prescriptions de sécurité applicables sur le lieu
de mise en oeuvre des Dog-Box.
Les autorisations de circulation dans les divers pays ne sont pas
du domaine de compétence de fabricant. Les changements à
apporter en vue de l’obtention d’une autorisation sont aux frais
et à la charge du client. Le fabricant décline en particulier la
responsabilité pour tout dommage consécutif, dans la mesure où
ne s’y opposent pas des dispositions légales et obligatoires sur
la responsabilité des produits.
Usage
Le Dog-Box doit être utilisé uniquement comme box pour chiens,
autrement toute responsabilité est déclinée.
Tribunal compétent
Pour tout litige, la compétence revient expressément aux tribu-
naux ordinaires au siège du fabricant (Arbon). Le fabricant est
aussi en droit d’intenter une action au tribunal du siège principal
du client.
Droit applicable
La présente convention relève du droit suisse.

Si tratta di un prodotto di ottima qualità realizzato secondo i più
recenti ritrovati della tecnica, della sicurezza e del design.
Le presenti istruzioni descrivono il montaggio, l’uso adeguato e
contengono importanti osservazioni relative alla sicurezza. Con-
servi queste istruzioni per l’uso in un luogo accessibile a tutti gli
utilizzatori.
Osservazione: legga attentamente e completamente
queste istruzioni per l’uso e si attenga ad esse.
• Il Dog-Box deve essere utilizzato esclusivamente peril traspor-
to di cani.
• Il trasporto di bambini nel box non è consentito.
• L’accessorio «Strap-Fix» serve per il ssaggio al veicolo e de-
vono essere applicate correttamente e in modo sicuro. Pre-
stare attenzione che la parte schienale del sedile posteriore,
è assolutamente bloccato in posizione.
• Non dovrebbero essere cinghie di ancoraggio inclusi, vi con-
sigliamo di utilizzare solo con le cinghie di ritenuta adeguati
carico di rottura.
• In caso di forte irradiazione solare e porte chiuse, l’interno
del veicolo può surriscaldarsi eccessivamente e avere effetti
deleteri sugli animali. In caso di elevate temperature esterne
si prega di aprire il nestrino più vicino e di applicare il siste-
ma di bloccaggio per la serratura posteriore Fresh-Air (acces-
sorio). In estate o con temperature elevate non è permesso
lasciare i cani oltre 15 minuti nella vettura ferma.
• Seguire le istruzioni contenute nel manuale, del produttore
automobile.
• Le informazioni concernenti del carico nominale, si trovano sul
retro della DOG BOX.
• Vietato il trasporto sulla supercie di carico aperta.

• Senza l’esplicita approvazione del produttore, non è consen-
tito intraprendere manipolazioni inadeguate o modiche suc-
cessive al Dog-Box o montare su di esso strutture di qualsiasi
tipo. Le parti avvitate dal produttore possono essere staccate
o sostituite solo dalla fabbrica o da uno specialista autoriz-
zato. Per gli incidenti e i difetti di qualsiasi genere, causati
dall’uso non conforme allo scopo, il produttore declina ogni
responsabilità.
• Le indicazioni sul Box concernenti il carico utile massimo, (ca-
rico nominale) il trasporto di animali e le possibilità d’uso nel
rispettivo paese sono vincolanti.
• Le informazioni concernenti del carico nominale, si possono
trovare sui adesivi, sul retro della DOG-BOX.
• Controllo di sicurezza:
Prima di ogni viaggio, la merce deve essere controllata per
il corretto ssaggio del carico. Lo stile di guida è sempre
adattato alle condizioni del trafco. Per il pieno utilizzo delle
disposizioni del regolamento trafco stradale e codi ce della
strada a rispettare STVZO/STVO. Il peso lordo del veicolo, non
deve essere superata (Peso a vuoto+carico utile). Per il carico
regolare devano essere rispettato le nor me stradale STVO.
• Si informi inoltre sulle rispettive prescrizioni nazionali spe-
ciche, quando con il Dog-Box intende eseguire escursioni o
viaggi oltre frontiera.

Per garantire una sicurezza d’esercizio ineccepibile anche dopo
anni, è necessario attenersi scrupolosamente alle seguenti av-
vertenze:
Elementi in alluminio
Gli elementi danneggiati devono essere sostituiti immedia-
tamente.
Pericolo di rottura: astenersi assolutamente dal raddrizzare parti
in alluminio deformate o piegate!
Elementi in legno
Sostituire immediatamente le parti screpolate o fessurate.

• Il Box non richiede manutenzione.
Consiglio: se necessario spruzzare dello spray ai siliconi nel
chiavistello. Ciò permette di aumentarne la durata.
• Per la pulizia usare solo acqua con detersivo e un panno mor-
bido o una spugna.
Avvertenza: per evitare di danneggiare i materiali, non usare
in nessun caso detersivi abrasivi e nemmeno detersivi conte-
nenti solventi quali acetone, toluolo, ecc.
Diritti alla garanzia: per il Dog-Box, il restauratore concede due
anni di garanzia a partire dalla data d’acquisto. L’obbligo di re-
stauratore derivante da questa garanzia è limitato alla sostitu-
zione e/o alla riparazione di pezzi che, dopo essere stati control-
lati da restauratore, risultano difettosi per quanto concerne il
materiale e la produzione. Premessa a tale obbligo di garanzia
di restauratore è che la manipolazione, l’utilizzazione e la re-
golazione dei pezzi in garanzia siano eseguiti a regola d’arte.
La garanzia non è applicabile a pezzi sui quali sono state ese-
guite riparazioni o modiche senza l’esplicita autorizzazione di
restauratore. La garanzia è limitata in particolare alle seguenti
condizioni:

• Il Dog-Box deve essere utilizzato come Box per cani.
• Le parti danneggiate devono essere spedite al produttore pu-
lite e complete.
• Utilizzare solo ricambi originali, che possono essere acquistati
dal vostro rivenditore DOG BOX.
La prestazione si limita in ogni caso alla sostituzione dei pezzi
danneggiati, senza rimontaggio e smontaggio e senza trasporto
La garanzia sostituisce tutte le altre promesse e obblighi espliciti
o taciti ed esclude ulteriori obblighi. Il cliente non è autorizzato
a rilasciare dichiarazioni di garanzia nei confronti di terzi, che
vanno oltre la presente garanzia. Se lo fa ugualmente, il restau-
ratore declina ogni responsabilità. Il cliente è inoltre obbligato
a risarcire ogni lavoro supplementare e inconveniente. Questa
enumerazione è denitiva.
Limitazione della responsabilità
Il restauratore declina ogni responsabilità per danni derivanti dal
mantenimento, dal possesso, dall’uso o dall’esercizio dei Box
forniti. Il cliente è responsabile del rispetto delle prescrizioni di
sicurezza valide presso il luogo d’esercizio.
Il restauratore non è competente per l’eventuale immatricola-
zione nei rispettivi paesi. Le relative modiche sono a carico del
cliente. Il restauratore declina in particolare la responsabilità per
ogni danno che ne deriva, qualora non si oppongano disposizioni
di legge imperative, concernenti la responsabilità del produttore
per danni da prodotti.
Applicazione
Il Dog-Box può essere utilizzato esclusivamente come Box per
cani, altrimenti si declina ogni responsabilità.
Foro competente
Per ogni vertenza sono competenti esplicitamente i tribunali or-
dinari presso la sede del produttore (Arbon). Il restauratore è
anche autorizzata a intentare causa presso la sede principale
del cliente.
Diritto applicabile
La convenzione è regolata dalla legge svizzera.

INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations on your purchase of our Dog-Box. We hope it
brings you great pleasure. This high quality product was con-
structed according to the latest technical, safety and design
knowledge and experience.
These instructions describe the assembly, proper use and im-
portant safety information. Keep these instructions in a location
accessible to all users at all times.
Note: Read these instructions carefully and fully and
comply with the information contained.
• The Dog-Box is to be used exclusively for dog transport.
• No children are to be carried in the box with the dog.
• The supply «Strap-Fix» is for xing in the vehicle and must be
correctly and safely tted. Care is to be taken that the back-
rest of the rear bench, is absolutely locked in place.
• Should not be lashing staps included, we recommend you to
use only with appropriate restraint straps breaking load.
• The interior of a vehicle can become very hot and unpleasant
for animals in the event of strong sunlight and with the doors
closed. In the case of high outside temperatures please open
the nearest window and t the Fresh Air rear locking device
(accessory). Dogs are not to be left for longer than 15 minutes
in a parked vehicle in summer or in high temperatures.
• Note the information in the manual for your car manufacturer.
• The information concerning the nominal load can be found on
the back of the DOG BOX.
• Do not transport on an open atbed.

• The Dog-Box is not to be incorrectly handled, no retrospective
changes are to be made or any kind of add-on parts mounted
unless this is expressly permitted by the manufacturer. Parts
screw-mounted by the manufacturer are only to be unscrewed
or replaced by the factory or an authorised tradesman. The
manufacturer waives all liability for accidents and defects of
all kinds occurring through improper use.
• The notices on the box concerning maximum load (Nominal
load), transport of animals and possible use are binding for
the country in question.
• The information concerning the nominal load can be found on
the adhesive, at back of the box.
• Obtain additional information concerning the regulation of the
relevant country or countries when you wish to make excur-
sions or journeys with the Dog-Box across national frontiers.
• Safety instructions:
Prior to every trip, check the load to make sure it is proper-
ly secured. The manner of driving must always con from to
the road conditions. Always comply with the road trafc li-
censing regulations (stVZO) an the trafc regulations (stVZO).
The admissible total weight must not be exceeded: compo-
nents+laoad (e.g.tools). Follow the directives of the StvZO
for loading (permanently installed components an cargo).

GUARANTEE
AND LIABILITY
The following instructions must be complied with to guarantee
safety and reliability even after years of use:
Aluminium parts
Damaged parts are to be replaced immediately.
Risk of fracture: Never attempt to straighten misshaped or bent
aluminium parts!
Wood parts
Splintered or scratched parts are to be replaced immediately.
Plastics parts
Faulty components are to be replaced immediately.
Steel parts
Heavily corroded parts are to be replaced.
• The box requires no maintenance.
• Tip: As required, treat lock bolts with a silicone spray. It
lengthens their life.
• To clean use only water and a rinse agent with a soft cloth or
sponge.
Warning: To avoid damage to materials never use detergents
with an abrasive action or those containing solvents such as
acetone, toluene, etc.
Guarantee claims: the manufacturer guarantees the Dog-Box
for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The obli-
gation of manufacturer under this guarantee is limited to the
replacement and/or repair of parts which on inspection by the
manufacturer prove to be defective with respect to material and
manufacture. A condition of this guarantee obligation of manu-
facturer the professional handling, usage and adjustment of the
parts provided with guarantee. The guarantee is not applicable
to parts which have been repaired or modied without explicit
approval from the manufacturer. The guarantee is in particular
limited to the following conditions:

• The Dog-Box must be used as a dog box
• Damaged parts must be returned to the manufacturer, clean
and complete
• Use only original spare parts, which can be purchased from
your DOG BOX-dealer.
The guarantee performance is restricted in all cases to the re-
placement of defective parts not including their removal, retting
and transport. This guarantee is applicable in place of all other
explicit or implied assurances and obligations and excludes fur-
ther obligations. The customer is not authorised to make guar-
antee declarations vis-à-vis third parties which go beyond this
guarantee. Should he do so however, the manufacturer waives
all liability. The customer additionally undertakes to compensate
for all machinations and detriment. This list is conclusive.
Limitation of liability
The manufacturer waives all liability for damages arising from
the keeping, ownership, use or operating of the supplied boxes.
The customer is responsible for compliance with the safety re-
gulations applicable at the location of use. The manufacturer is
not responsible for any road licenses in the countries in question.
Costs and burdens for appropriate modications are met by the
customer. In particular manufacturer waives liability for any con-
sequential damages where this is not impaired by compulsory
provisions of product liability law.
Use
The Dog-Box is only to be used as a dog box. Otherwise all lia-
bility is waived.
Place of jurisdiction
Only the ordinary courts at the location of the manufacturer’s
registered ofce (Arbon) are responsible for any disputes. The
manufacturer is also authorised to bring an action at the place
of domicile of the customer.
Applicable law
The agreement is subject to Swiss law.

EN VEILIGHEIDS-
INSTRUCTIES
Wij feliciteren u met de aankoop van onze hondenbox en wensen
u veel gebruiksplezier. Dit hoogwaardige product is vervaardigd
volgens de laatste stand van zaken op het gebied van techniek,
veiligheid en design.
Deze handleiding beschrijft de montage, het correcte gebruik en
belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies. Bewaar deze handleiding op
een voor alle gebruikers toegankelijke plaats.
Opmerking: lees deze montage- en bedieningshandlei-
ding zorgvuldig en in haar geheel door en neem de in-
structies in acht.
• De hondenbox mag uitsluitend gebruikt worden voor het ver-
voer van honden.
• Er mogen geen kinderen in de hondenbox vervoerd worden.
• Het accessoire ‘Strap-Fix’ dient ter bevestiging van de hon-
denbox in het voertuig en moet correct en stevig bevestigd
worden. Het is absoluut noodzakelijk dat de leuning van de
achterbank schoon is en stevig vergrendeld is.
• Als de spanbanden niet in de leveringsomvang inbegrepen
zijn, adviseren wij om uitsluitend spanbanden met een ge-
schikte breukbelasting te gebruiken.
• Bij felle zon en gesloten deuren kan de temperatuur in het
voertuig sterk toenemen en een negatief effect op de dieren
hebben. Open bij een hoge buitentemperatuur het dichtst-
bijzijnde raam. In de zomer of bij hoge temperaturen mogen
honden niet langer dan 15 minuten in een stilstaande of ge-
parkeerde auto gelaten worden.
• Neem de instructies uit het instructieboekje van de autofabri-
kant in acht.
• Op de achterkant van de hondenbox staan de gegevens over
de nominale belasting.
• De hondenbox mag niet vervoerd worden op een open laad-
bak.
