The IPC has a DB25 DIO connector, which provides a
12-channel digital input connector and a 12-channel digital
output connector. The denition is as follows:

1. Read these safety instructions carefully.
2. Keep this User Manual for later reference.
3. Disconnect this equipment from any AC outlet before
cleaning. Use a damp cloth. Do not use liquid or spray
detergents for cleaning.
4. For plug-in equipment, the power outlet socket must
be located near the equipment and must be easily
accessible.
5. Keep this equipment away from humidity.
6. Put this equipment on a reliable surface during installa-
tion. Dropping it or letting it fall may cause damage.
7. Make sure the voltage of the power source is correct
before connecting the equipment to the power outlet.
8. Position the power cord so that people cannot step on
it. Do not place anything over the power cord.
9. All cautions and warnings on the equipment should be
noted.
10. If the equipment is not used for a long time, disconnect
it from the power source to avoid damage by transient
overvoltage.
11. Never pour any liquid into an opening. This may cause
re or electrical shock.
12. Never open the equipment. For safety reasons, the
equipment should be opened only by qualied service
personnel.
13. If one of the following situations arises, get the equip-
ment checked by service personnel:
• The power cord or plug is damaged.
• Liquid has penetrated into the equipment.
• The equipment has been exposed to moisture.
• The equipment does not work well, or you cannot get
it to work according to the user’s manual.
• The equipment has been dropped and damaged.
• The equipment has obvious signs of breakage.
14. Do not leave this equipment in an environment where
the storage temperature may go below -25° C (-13°
F) or above 40° C (104° F). This could damge the
equipment. The equipment should be in a controlled
environment.
15. Caution: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly
replaced. Deplace only with the same or equivalent
type recommended by the manufacturer, discard used
batteries according to the manufacturer’s instrcuctions.
16. This equipment has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for Class A digital device. Operation of
this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause
harmful interference to radio communications in which
case the user will be required to correct the interfer-
ence.
17. This equipment is sold without power cord. It is recom-
mended to purchase CCC certicated power cord.
The sound pressure level at the operator’s position accord-
ing to IEC 704-1:1982 is no more than 70 dB (A).

Safety Instructions Safety Precaution - Static Electricity
Follow these simple precautions to protect yourself from
harm and the products from damage.
1. To avoid electrical shock, always disconnect the power
from your PC chassis before you work on it.
2. Disconnect power before making any conguration
changes. The sudden rush of power as you connect
a jumper or install a card may damage sensitive elec-
tronic components.
3. Always disconnect the power cord from your chassis
when you are working on it. Do not connect while the
power is on. A sudden rush of power can damage
sensitive electronic components. Only experienced
electronics personnel should open the chassis. Always
ground yourself to remove any static electric charge
before touching motherboard, backplane or add-on
cards. Modern electronic devices are very sensitive to
static electric charges. Use a grounding wrist strap at
all times. Place all electronic components on a static-
dissipative surface or in a static shielded bag.

1. Take out ITA-3650G from its packing box and remove the 8 screws surrounding the machine, as shown below.
2. Separate the expansion module and heatsink. Take out the PE bag with MXM-1050 label from the accessory box. Attach
the aluminum block on the heatsink and thermal pad to the aluminum block (MXM-1060 needs to use an aluminum block
and thermal pad from PE bag with MXM-1060 label), as shown below.
3. Take out the 4 rubber blocks from the PE bag with MXM-1050 label and assemble onto GPU module (MXM-1060 GPU
module needs 6 rubbers), then use 2 screws to a󰀩x the GPU module as shown below.
4. Finally, the expansion card of the GPU module is combined with the heatsink, then assembled onto the bottom chassis
and re-assembled with the 8 screws surrounding the machine.

电源连接器的定义
本机带有接口为凤凰端子的4路电源输入连接器，为本机提供
9至36V直流电压的宽压输入，具体定义如下：

连接器定义
为了保护您和您的设备免受伤害或损坏，请遵照以下安全
措施：
1. 操作设备之前，请务必断开机箱电源，以防触电。
2. 在更改任何配置之前请断开电源，以免在您连接跳线或
安装卡时，瞬间电涌损坏敏感电子元件。
3. 无论何时进行操作，请务必完全断开机箱电源。不可在
电源接通时进行设备连接，以避免瞬间电涌损坏敏感电
子元件。只有专业技术人员才可以打开机箱。接触产品
的母板、底板或附加卡前，请先确保您接地来移除身上

1. 从包装箱拿出ITA-3650G整机，拆除整机周边的8颗螺丝，再将扩展GPU模块的部分拆开如下图。
2. 将上图扩展模块的红框的8颗螺丝拆除，并分开扩展模块和散热片。从附件盒里面取出带有MXM-1050标示PE袋，将其中的铝
片锁附在散热片上，散热膏贴在铝块上面（MXM-1060需要使用对应PE袋内的铝块和散热膏），如下图。
3. 将MXM-1050标示PE袋里里面取出4个橡胶垫安装在GPU模块上（MXM-1060 GPU模块需要安装6个橡胶垫），再将GPU模块安装
在扩展卡上并用2颗螺丝锁附，如下图。
4. 最后将GPU模块的扩展卡与散热片组合好，再安装到到底座上，锁附好8颗螺丝即可。

除身上附帶的靜電。由於現在的電子設備對靜電十分敏
感，為了安全起見，請使用接地腕環。請將所有電子元
件放在無靜電的表面或靜電屏蔽袋中。
1. 請仔細閱讀此安全操作說明。
2. 請妥善保存此用戶手冊供日後參考。
3. 用濕抹布清洗設備前，請從插座拔下電源線。請不要使
用液體或去汙噴霧劑清洗設備。
4. 對於使用電源線的設備，設備周圍必須有容易接觸到的

6. 請在安裝前確保設備放置在可靠的平面上，意外跌落可

- 設備無法正常工作，或您無法通過用戶手冊來使其
正常工作；
- 設備跌落或者損壞；
- 設備有明顯的外觀破損。
15. 請不要把設備放置在超出我們建議的溫度範圍的環境，
即不要低於-25°C（-13°F）或高於 40°C（104°F）
，否則可能會損壞設備。
16. 注意：電腦配置了由電池供電的即時時鐘電路，如果電
池放置不正確，將有爆炸的危險。因此，只可以使用製
造商推薦的同一種或者同等型號的電池進行替換。請按
照製造商的指示處理舊電池。
17. 使用過度恐傷害視力。
18. 使用 30 分鐘請休息十分鐘。
19. 未滿 2 歲幼兒不看螢幕，2 歲以上每天看螢幕不要超
過 1 小時。
20. 本產品為國內裝置使用時，其電源僅限使用架構電源模
組所提供電源直流輸入，不得使用交流電源及附加其他
電源轉換裝置提供電源者，其電源輸入電壓及電流請依
說明書規定使用。
根據 IEC 704-1:1982 的規定，操作員所在位置的聲壓級不
可高於 70dB(A)。

1. 從包裝箱拿出ITA-3650G整機，拆除整機周邊的8顆螺絲，再將擴展GPU模組的部分拆開如下圖。
2. 將上圖擴展模組的紅框的8顆螺絲拆除，並分開擴展模組和散熱片。從附件盒裡面取出帶有MXM-1050標示PE袋，將其中的鋁
片鎖附在散熱片上，散熱膏貼在鋁塊上面（MXM-1060需要使用對應PE袋內的鋁塊和散熱膏），如下圖。
3. 將MXM-1050標示PE袋裡裡面取出4個橡膠墊安裝在GPU模組上（MXM-1060 GPU模組需要安裝6個橡膠墊），再將GPU模組安裝
在擴展卡上並用2顆螺絲鎖附，如下圖。
4. 最後將GPU模組的擴展卡與散熱片組合好，再安裝到到底座上，鎖附好8顆螺絲即可。
