Important Notice
Thank you for buying our AGPTEK music player. For the best user
experience, please read this user manual carefully before use and
keep it for further reference. Specifications are subject to change
without prior notice.
Charge the Player
1. Charge via the computer USB port.
2. Use a 5V/500mA or 5V/1A charger to charge (charger not
included).
Connect to the PC & Download audio files
1. Open the Windows Explorer or “This PC”.
2. Connect the player to a USB port on your PC using the USB cable.
3. Open the new “AGP-A30X”folder in “This PC”.
4. Copy music files to the “AGP-A30X”.
5. In the right sidebar, right-click the “AGP-A30X”folder and select
“Eject”from the menu.
6. Wait until the computer confirms a safe ejection before you unplug
the USB cable.
Notes: Please do not disconnect the USB plug during file
transferring, as it may cause a malfunction of the player and the files.
Warm Tips
Due to product upgrade, the music player itself has no built-in
memory and must be inserted into a TF card for normal use. This
music player comes with a 32GB TF card (already inserted in the
card slot).

Basic Operation
1. Power On/Off Button: Press the button to turn on/off the player.
2. Screen Display: Press the Power On/Off button to activate
screen.
3. Return Button: On any interface, press the Return button to go
back; long press to enter the home menu directly.
4. VOL +/- Button: On the non-list menu, press the buttons to adjust
volume.
5. Previous/Next Track Button: You can switch songs no matter
the screen is on or off; but if there’s no music playing, there will be
no effect pressing the buttons.
6. One Button to Enter the Music Playback Interface: On any
interface, long press the button to enter the music playback
interface.

Main Functions
Home Menu
The home menu is the starting point of each application, and has 12
functions including Music, Video, Recording, FM Radio, Bluetooth,
Setting, Alarm Clock, Photo, Wallpaper, E-Book, Folder, and Tool.
Music
Find Music on the home menu interface, click to enter, and a related
list will display:
1. All songs.
2. Resume/Now Playing.
3. Artists/Albums/Genres
4. Favorites. There are 3 default favorites on the player: Favorites
1/2/3.
5. Update Playlist. Update music files.
Play Music
/ Button: On the music playing interface, long press the
button to fast forward, while short press to the next track; long
press the button to rewind, while short press to the previous
track.
Note: Under the off-screen state, short press the buttons to switch
to the next track or previous track, but can not long press to fast
forward or rewind.
Button: Press to play or pause. Long press to enter music
playback interface.
Music Playback Interface Introduction
1. Song name display.
2. Album picture, music rhythm, lyrics display area.
3. Variable speed playback icon: -8, -7, -6, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 8.
4. Submenu
A. Equalizer. Off, Rock, Funk, Hip Hop, Jazz, Classic, Electric,
Custom (Customize and set your favorite equalizer).
B. Delete. Delete the music files displayed on the playback
interface.

mode.

Recorder
Find Recorder on the home menu interface, and click to enter the
recording interface.
1. Click or button to start recording, and click again to pause.
2. Click to cancel recording.
3. Click to select whether to save the recording file.
4. Click to enter the submenu: Recording Library, Recording File
Format, Recording Bit Rate, FM Recording Bit Rate.
A. Recording Library. View recording files.
B. Recording File Format. MP3/WAV.
C. Recording Bit Rate. 256kbps, 512kbps, 768kbps, 1024kbps,
1536kbps.
D. FM Recording Bit Rate. 128kbps, 192kbps, 256kbps.
1. Click to switch to the previous video.
2. Click to pause/play the video.
3. Click to switch to the next video.
4. Play Modes
A. Shuffle . Randomly play all videos.
B. Single Repeat . Play one video repeatedly.
C. Repeat All . Play all videos repeatedly.
D. Sequential Play . Play the list videos sequentially.
5. Progress Bar. You can fast forward or rewind by pulling the
progress bar during playback.
FM Radio
Find FM Radio on the home menu interface, and click to enter. Note:
Please first plug in the wired headphone as an antenna before you
start the FM Radio.
1. Click to enter the submenu: Auto Tuning, Radio Frequency
Band, Backend Switch, Preset Radio Station, Clear the Presets,
Clear All Presets, Save to Preset Station, FM Recording File, Start
FM Radio Recording.
A. Auto Tuning. Automatically search for radio channels with
signals.
B. Radio Frequency Band. Normal frequency bands, Japanese

frequency bands, European frequency bands.
C. Backend Switch. Select to turn on/off the backend of the
radio.
D. Preset Radio Station. Display the searched radio channels
with signals.
E. FM Recording File. View the recording file.
F. Start FM Radio Recording.
(1). Click or button to start recording, and click again to
pause.
(2). Click to cancel recording.
(3). Click to select whether to save the recording file.
Bluetooth
Find Bluetooth on the home menu interface, click to enter, and a
related list will display: Bluetooth Switch Control (Bluetooth On/Off),
Search Devices, and Paired Devices.
After you turn on Bluetooth, click Search Devices, and the player
will automatically search for connectable Bluetooth devices. Only
supports Bluetooth speakers and Bluetooth headphones.
Note: When listening to the radio by Bluetooth, a wired headphone is
needed as a radio antenna.
Setting
Find Setting on the home menu interface, click to enter, and a related
list will display: Language, Display Setting, Power-saving Shutdown,
Power Off, Date and Time, Information, and Format Device/Factory
Settings.
1. Language. Choose player display language.
2. Display Setting. Set brightness, backlight timer and screensaver.
3. Power-saving Shutdown. If there is not any operation, the player
will automatically shut down when the set time reaches (3mins,
5mins, 10mins, 15mins, 20mins).
4. Power Off. The player will automatically shut down when the set
time reaches (1-99mins).
5. Date and Time. Manually set time and date.

6. Information. Check the information and disk space about your
player and Bluetooth information.
7. Format Device/Factory Settings. Format the player or restore to
factory default settings.
Note: Before formatting the player, please back up your files so as
not to lose them.
Clock
Find Clock on the home menu interface, click to enter, and a related
list will display: Alarm On/Off, Alarm Time, Alarm Cycle (Once/Daily/
Work Day), Alarm Music, and Alarm Volume. Set according to your
preference.
Photo
Find Photos on the home menu interface, and click to enter.
1. When you browse pictures, click in the upper right corner to
choose to delete the picture.
2. Click or to switch to the previous or next picture.
3. Click or button to enter slideshow mode.
Wallpaper
Find Wallpaper on the home menu interface, and click to switch
between 4 wallpapers, and select according to your preference.
E-book
Find E-book on the home menu interface, and click to enter.
1. Click to enter the submenu: Auto Play Time Setting (2-30s),
E-book Background, Page Selection, Add Bookmark, Bookmark,
Delete.
2. Auto Play. Under the E-book interface, click the on the screen
or button to play the E-book automatically.
Folder
Find Folder on the home menu interface, click to enter, and all files in
the player will be listed.

Tool
Find Tools on the home menu interface, click to enter, and a related
list will display: Calendar, Stopwatch, Pedometer, Calculator.
1. Calendar. Click the button to switch between Year/Month/
Day, and click or on the screen to select a specific Year/
Month/Day.
2. Stopwatch.
A. Click or button to start the stopwatch, and click again to
pause or continue.
B. Click to start a new operation, and the stopwatch list is up
to 3.
C. Click to clear all timing data.
3. Pedometer.
A. Enter the pedometer. Click or button to start counting
your daily steps, click again to stop counting steps; then, click
or press the Return button to select Whether to save steps
and quit.
B. Personal Information. Height/weight/steps.
C. History. All your saved step records will be listed here, and you
can save up to 7 records.
D. Clear History. You can choose to clear the history records you
want or clear them all.
FAQ
Q1: How to reset the language?
1. Find Setting on the home menu, click to enter, then enter the
languages list, and select the language you want.
2. Find Setting on the home menu, click to enter, scroll down to
Factory Setting, click and select Confirm to restore to factory
setting. The player will then restart automatically, and you can
select the language again.
Q2: Can’t turn on the player; the screen of the player goes blank/
black; the player is crashed or has a firmware bug.
1. Power off the player and try again.
2. Update the firmware. Please contact our customer service or

check our website at https://www.agptek.com to download the
firmware.
Q3: Can’t download files from the computer.
1. Please confirm whether it’s connected properly;
2. Please check whether the storage space of the internal memory is
full;
3. Please check whether the USB cable is damaged.
Q4: Can’t recognize the player when connected to the computer
via USB cable.
1. Reconnect it.
2. Restart the computer and reconnect it.
3. Connect your player to another USB port.
4. Charge the player for about 10 minutes first and try again.
Q5: The memory card is not recognized by the player; can’t
insert the memory card into the player.
1. The player only supports memory cards in FAT 32 format. You
can check whether the memory card is in FAT 32 format on the
computer.
2. You can buy a genuine Kingston or SanDisk TF card.
3. Some players have deep card slots, and you may use a fingernail
or a hard gadget to assist in inserting the memory card.
Q6: How to play the music of the music player on car audio?
1. It’s recommended to use a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to
transmit audio.
2. The USB cable that comes with the music player only has the
function of charging and transmission, without audio function.
3. It’s not recommended to connect the car audio via Bluetooth,
there will be an incompatibility.
Q7: Song files and audiobook files messed up.
1. When naming, it’s recommended to rename songs in numerical
or alphabetical order, for example, for 1000 songs, name them
“0001+Song Name to 0999+Song Name”.

Q8: The music player can not search for Bluetooth devices or
can search for Bluetooth devices but keeps showing connection
failure.
1. It is necessary to check if the Bluetooth function of music player
and Bluetooth devices is turned on. If so, please search for pairing.
2. Check if the Bluetooth device is in pairing state, if so, please
disconnect it first, and then re-search for pairing.
3. Check if the music player has been connected to multiple devices
before. If so, you can delete them all, and then reconnect.
4. Check if the Bluetooth version of the Bluetooth headphone or
Bluetooth speaker is above 2.1. Sometimes if you can’t find it, it
may be because of incompatibility.
Q9: Frequent disconnection and reconnection after successful
Bluetooth connection.
1. First of all, please confirm the use environment of the music player.
If it is used in close proximity to other 2.4G signal sources or under
obstacles, such as indoor wall penetration, signal base stations,
routers, high-speed rail, subway, etc., it will be interfered by the
signal and thus cause disconnection, and you can try it in an open
place.
2. If the direct distance between the music player and Bluetooth
device exceeds 8-10m, or the distance from the back to the
obstacle exceeds 4-5m, the connection will be disconnected.
Please use the Bluetooth function within the Bluetooth range of
the product.

Notes On Battery Charging
1. Please use the PC USB port or a 5V/1A power adapter to charge
the device.
Note:
A. When using the PC USB port to charge, the current output
capability of the USB port of different PCs is different and the
charging time will be slightly different. It is recommended that
when using the PC USB port to charge, try to power off the
device to speed up the charging.
B. The charger and the MP3 player will heat up to a certain extent
during charging, which is a normal phenomenon.
2. New battery needs to go through several charging and
discharging processes to achieve the best performance.
3. Under normal circumstances, the player can be fully charged in
about 3h. It is recommended to pull out from the USB port after
charging, and do not connect to the power supply for a long time.

The battery of this device is a polymer lithium battery, which can
be recharged and used.
4. The polymer lithium battery must be replaced by a professional,
and the user must not replace it by himself (Note: If the battery
is replaced improperly, there will be a danger of explosion, and
it can only be replaced with the same type or equivalent type of
battery); in order to protect the environment, please hand over the
waste batteries to a professional organization for recycling.
5. The lifespan of the battery may vary with the conditions of use
and production time.
6. The battery should not be exposed to sunlight, fire or similar
overheating environment.
Tips for Hearing Conservation
7. It is recommended to turn down the volume of the device before
using the earphones, and gradually increase until it is suitable
when you start to listen.
8. In order to protect hearing, please do not turn up the volume too
high (doctors pointed out that listening at high volume for a long
time will damage the listener’s hearing).
9. When tinnitus occurs, please lower the volume or stop using it.
Caution
1. Before formatting the device, it is recommended to back up the
personal data stored in it in time.
2. Ensure that the product is placed safely to avoid accidents and
drops caused by children touching.
3. Do not overvoltage, strain the power cord, bend it or be squeezed
by heavy objects, so as not to cause overheating or fire.
4. Please keep the product away from the electromagnetic
environment; keep away from excessive humidity, smoke and dust
and other harsh environments.
5. Do not immerse the device in water; do not use any corrosive or
abrasive cleaners to clean it.
6. Do not expose the product to moisture or rain, it may cause the
device to malfunction or even be difficult to repair due to the
penetration of water and moisture.

Charge le Lecteur
1. Chargement par le port USB de l’ordinateur.
2. Utilisez le chargeur 5V/500mA ou 5V/1A (chargeur non inclus).
Connexion au PC & Télécharger des fichiers
audio
1. Ouvrez l’Explorateur Windows ou “Ce PC”.
2. Utilisation du câble USB, connectez le lecteur à un port USB de
votre PC.
3. Ouvrez le nouveau dossier “AGP-A30X”sous “Ce PC”.
4. Copier les fichiers musicaux sur le “AGP-A30X”.
5. Dans la barre latérale droite, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la
souris sur le dossier “AGP-A30X”et sélectionnez “Ejecter”dans le
menu.
6. Attendez que l’ordinateur confirme une éjection sûre avant de
débrancher le câble USB.
Note: Ne débranchez pas la prise USB pendant le transfert de
fichiers, car cela pourrait entraîner un dysfonctionnement du lecteur
et des fichiers.
Explication
En raison de la mise à jour du produit, le lecteur de musique lui- même
n’a pas de mémoire intégrée et doit être inséré dans une carte TF
pour une utilisation normale. Ce lecteur de musique est livré avec une
carte TF de 32 Go (déjà insérée dans le logement de la carte).

Opération de Base
1. Allumer/Éteindre: Maintenez le bouton pour allumer/éteindre le lecteur.
2. Affichage de l’écran: Appuyez sur le bouton Allumer/Éteindre
pour activer l’écran.
3. Bouton de Retour: Sur n’importe quelle interface, appuyez sur le
bouton Retour pour revenir en arrière; appuyez longuement pour
accéder directement au menu d’accueil.
4. Volume +/- : Dans le menu hors liste, appuyez sur le bouton pour
régler le volume.
5. Précédent/Suivant: Vous pouvez changer de chanson lorsque
l’écran est allumé/éteint; mais s’il n’y a pas de musique en cours de
lecture, il n’y aura aucun effet en appuyant sur les boutons.
6. Bouton pour entrer dans l’interface de lecture de musique :
Sur n’importe quelle interface, appuyez longuement sur le
bouton pour entrer dans l’interface de lecture de musique.

Le menu d’accueil est le point de départ de chaque application et
comporte 12 fonctions : Musique, Vidéo, Enregistrement, Radio,
Bluetooth, Définir, Réveil, Photos, Fond d’écran, E-book, Dossiers et
Outil.
Musique
• Toutes les musiques.
• Lecture en cours.
• Artistes/Albums/Genres
• Favoris. Il y a 3 favoris par défaut sur le lecteur : Favoris 1/2/3.
• Mettre à jour la liste de lecture. Mise à jour des fichiers musicaux.
Jouer de la Musique
/ Bouton: Sur l’interface de lecture de musique, appuyez
longuement sur le bouton pour avancer rapidement, tout en
appuyant brièvement sur la piste suivante; appuyez longuement sur
le bouton pour rembobiner, tout en appuyant brièvement sur la
piste précédente.
Note: appuyez brièvement sur les boutons pour passer à la piste
suivante ou à la piste précédente, mais ne pouvez pas appuyer
longuement pour avancer ou rembobiner rapidement.
Bouton: Appuyez pour lecture ou pause. Appuyez longuement
pour accéder à l’interface de lecture de la musique.

1. Affichage du nom de la musique.
2. Image d’album, rythme musical, zone d’affichage des paroles.
3. Icône de lecture à vitesse variable: -8, -7, -6, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
4. Sous-menu
A. Égaliseur. Désactivé, Rock, Funk, Hip Hop, Jazz, Classique,
Techno.
B. Personnalisé. Personnalisez et réglez votre égaliseur préféré.
C. Supprimer. Supprime les fichiers musicaux affichés sur
l’interface de lecture.

point de départ de la répétition, Cliquez sur pour sélectionner
le point de fin de la répétition, puis la section A-B sera
automatiquement lue à plusieurs reprises, et cliquez sur pour
reprendre la lecture normale.
