MODEL 300-HST HOT FOOD SHELF
Exterior of 18 gauge non-magnetic stainless steel. A
double-sided, smoked, tempered glass sneeze guard
covers ten (10) 100 watt, safety coated bulbs
controlled by two (2) ON/OFF switches.
The heated stainless steel base is controlled by one (1)
adjustable thermostat with a range of 1 through 10,
and one (1) indicator light. The hot food shelf is
mounted on 6" (152 mm) flanged legs for counter-top
applications, and is available with stainless steel
exterior panels as standard.
Optional mobile decorator carts are available in
18 gauge non-magnetic stainless steel construction,
mounted on 5" (127mm) heavy duty casters. Three
different versions are available. Your choice of
painted panel package or stainless steel panel
package must be specified when placing your order.
