INTENDED USE
The appliance must be used to let melted chocolate and similar liquids flow on the
tower’s surfaces, creating a fountain-like effect. During operation it is possibile to dip
various foods in the liquid (eg fruit, cookies, etc).
The appliance has been designed for home use only and must not be used for
commercial or industrial purposes.
Any other use of the appliance is not intended by the Manufacturer who does not
accept any responsibility for damages of any kind caused by improper use of the
appliance itself.
Improper use also results in any form of warranty being forfeited.

Danger of electric shock
11. Make sure that the voltage on the appliance rating plate corresponds

Danger of burns
19. Do not touch the appliance when in operation and for several minutes
after it is turned off since it could cause burns.
20. All cleaning operations must be performed when the hot parts have
cooled.
Danger of damage originating from other causes
21. Never leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the
power supply.
22. Turn on the appliance only when it is in working position.
23. Choose an adequately illuminated and clean room with easily accessible
power outlet.
24. During use, rest the appliance onto a horizontal surface.
25. The appliance must be used and left at rest on a stable surface.
26. The appliance is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are
visible sign of damage. Do not use the appliance if the power cord or
the plug are damaged, or if the appliance is faulty. To prevent any acci-

Use already melted chocolate (or similar liquids). The appliance must not be used to melt

spoon of vegetable oil. The cup can contain about 350 grams of melted chocolate.

Clean plastic parts using a slightly wet, non-abrasive cloth and few drops of a non-
aggressive product.
Cleaning the accessories
ͻ Disassemble and wash individually the tower, the conveyor, the trays and the tower
holder.
ͻ Wash the accessories using warm water, a damp cloth and non-aggressive products.
ͻ Alternatively, the accessories can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
ͻ Dry with a dry cloth.
SETTING THE MACHINE OUT OF SERVICE
ͻ Unplug it from the electric outlet.
ͻ Cut the power cord.
In the case of decommissioning of the appliance, it must be electrically disconnected. To
dispose of the appliance as a waste, cut the power cord.
In case of scrapping you will be required to separate the various materials used in the
construction of the appliance and dispose of them according to their composition and
to the applicable laws in the country of use.

TROUBLESHOOTING

tity is not enough.
You need 350 g of chocolate to form a foun-
tain. Add the amount of chocolate missing.
Chocolate is too liquid. Add melted chocolate or starch to thicken the
mixture, in order to get the proper chocolate
consistency.
Chocolate remains
lumpy.
The chocolate is overheated
or burned.
Add and mix a small quantity of vegetable oil
or cocoa butter in chocolate until you get the
desired consistency.
To avoid burning milk, mix chocolate every 2-3
minutes with a spatula, removing the choco-
late stuck to the bottom of the cup.
Remember that white chocolate and milk
chocolate always tend to overheat.
The chocolate came into
contact with water (or with
substances diluted with
water).
The chocolate must not come into contact
with water (or substances diluted with water).
If you want to use additives (e.g. flavourings
or colourants), use fat-soluble additives.
The chocolate does
not flow but drips.
Chocolate is too thick. Gradually add vegetable oil to dilute, then
wait a few minutes until the mixture is well
blended.
For the fondue use chocolate with a cocoa
content exceeding 60%.
The appliance is not placed
on a horizontal surface.

Turn off the device for about 1 minute so as to
eliminate air from the tower (from the tower).
Turn the device back on. Repeat this opera-
tion as necessary until the air is completely
eliminated and the chocolate flow becomes
regular.
If the chocolate level in the base cup is too
low, air can form in the tower. Be careful to
use a sufficient quantity of chocolate. The
required quantity is 350 g.
Add the quantity of chocolate missing.
The chocolate flow
is jerky, intermittent
or irregular.
