Overview
This appliance is intended to be used
to hold food at temperature for an
extended period of time but NOT for
the production or cooking of food.
Before Use
This manual contains safety, instal-
lation, and operating procedures
for the unit. Read and understand it
completely before installing or oper-
ating the unit. Keep this document for
reference. If the unit changes owner-
ship, this manual must accompany it.

Installation

Failure to follow the instructions in

Do not modify the power supply
cord plug. If it does not t the out-
let, have a proper outlet installed
by a qualied electrician.

this appliance.

is properly grounded.

The egg station should be ground-
ed according to local electrical
codes to prevent the possibility
of electrical shock. It requires a
grounded receptacle with sepa-
rate electrical lines, protected
by fuses or circuit breaker of the
proper rating.
Operation
yThe unit is furnished with
a properly grounded cord
connector. Do not attempt to
defeat the grounded connector.
yDo not operate the unit if it has
been damaged or dropped, if
it has a damaged cord or plug,
or if it is not working properly.
yDo not block or cover any
openings on the equipment.
yDo not immerse the cord,
unit, or plug in water.
yKeep the cord away from
heated surfaces.
yDo not allow the cord to hang over
the edge of a table or counter.
Maintenance
yDo not use abrasive materials;
they can damage the unit’s
stainless steel nish.
yDo not use corrosive chemicals
in this equipment.
yChlorides or phosphates in
cleaning agents (e.g., bleach,
sanitizers, degreasers, and
detergents) can permanently
damage stainless steel equipment.
The damage is usually in the form
of discoloration, dulling of the metal
surface nish, pits, voids, holes, or
cracks. This damage is permanent
and is not covered by warranty.
yAlways use a soft, damp cloth
for cleaning. Rinse with clear
water and wipe dry. When
required, always rub in the
direction of metal polish lines.
yRoutine cleaning should
be performed daily with
soap and water.

smears using soap and water.

Service

Installation
Unpacking
1. Remove the egg station and all
packing materials from the shipping
carton.
NOTE: If any parts are missing or dam-
aged, contact Antunes Customer
Service immediately at +1-877-
392-7856 (toll free).
2. Remove the information packet.
3. Remove all packing materials and
protective coverings from the egg
station.
4. Place egg station where it will be
used.
NOTE: When installing the egg station,
use the bubble level on the back
of the unit to ensure that the
table/cart is level and that the
egg station is level when placed.
If necessary, adjust the legs to
level it. Failure to level the table
or egg station may result in un-
evenly cooked product. Wipe all
surfaces of the egg station with
a hot damp cloth. Do NOT use
a dripping wet cloth. Wring it out
before use.
5. Clean the, Top Cover, Egg Rack,
Scraper, and Scrap Tray in hot,
soapy water. Rinse in clear water
and allow to air dry.
6. Reassemble all parts to egg station.
See Figure 1.
Equipment Guidelines
yWhen placing the egg station
into service, pay attention to
the following guidelines:
yMake sure power is o󰀨 and the egg
station is at room temperature.
yDo NOT block or cover any
openings on the egg station.
yDo NOT immerse cord
or plug in water.
yKeep cord away from
heated surfaces.
yDo NOT allow cord to hang
over edge of table or counter.
yPlace the egg station on a sturdy,
level table or other work surface.
yEnsure that the line voltage
corresponds to the stated voltage
on the egg station’s specication
label. If unsure, have an electrician
conrm correct line voltage
before connecting egg station.
Equipment Startup
Touch the power button to start up
the egg station for 2-3 seconds. Sev-
eral screens will ash during startup:
The rst screen lists an identication
number.
The second screen displays the soft-
ware number.
The third screen displays the
software Version.
The fourth and fth screens display
“Sp” and the Set Point (listed in Fahr-
enheit or Celsius)
While the egg station is warming up
the screen displays HEAT. When
the operating temperature has been
reached the display will change to
USE.

Operation
Preparing the Egg Station
Press and hold the power button for 2-3
seconds until the display changes to turn
the egg station on. Allow the egg station
to warm up (usually less than 20 min-
utes).
In the display, a light will blink to indicate
that power is present to the unit but the
unit is not actively on. (See Figure 3)
NOTE: Touch T4 while the unit is heating
to view the current temperature .
If necessary, install the Egg Rack by
holding it vertically and sliding the pins of
the Egg Rack into the slots on the back of
the unit. Install the Top Cover in the same
manner.
Ensure that the Egg rack and Top Cover
are in the down position while the cooker
warms up.
Slide the Scrap Tray on to the right side
of egg station and ensure that the tray is
engaged under the egg station lip.
Egg Cooking Procedure
Read these instructions prior to cooking
eggs.
1. Make sure the grill is clean and
free of all extra butter, oils, or egg
product.
2. Raise the Top Cover and spray or
brush the egg wells and grill surface
with melted butter or equivalent.
3. Pour egg product into egg wells from
left to right as shown in Figure 2,
starting at the row closest to the front
of the egg station.
4. Fill egg wells up to the notch on
inside of well. Ideal procedure is to
use a 2 oz. ladle, with the notches as
the secondary option.
5. When done lling the egg wells,
close the Top Cover of the grill.
6. Touch one of the Time buttons (T1,
T2, T3, T4) to begin the desired
cooking cycle.
7. The display counts down the cooking
time.
8. When the audible signal sounds
touch any button to turn o󰀨 the timer.
The display will change from DONE
to USE.
9. Fold egg sections into squares. Use
spatula to lift one half of section and
fold it over other half.
10. Flip each folded egg over and then
immediately remove all eggs from
egg station. Folded eggs should be
rm but tender and moist.
11. Raise the Egg Rack completely o󰀨
the eggs and use a plastic spatula to
remove the eggs.
NOTE: Do NOT use a metal spatula
on the grill surface. Doing so
will cause damage to the grill
surface.
NOTE: Refer to Figure 2. Remove
eggs starting with the rst egg
added and nish with the last egg
added. This ensures even cook-
ing for all eggs.
12. Scrape any waste from Platen grill
surface into the Scrap Tray by using
the supplied plastic scraper.
NOTE: To cancel a timer, touch and hold
any of the timer buttons for 3 sec-
onds. The display will cancel the
timer and return to USE.

Wi-Fi Connectivity
Next to the "Power" button is a network
status indicator that blinks to indicate that
Wi-Fi is enabled.
The unit must be powered on for at least
1 minute while the Wi-Fi module is con-
necting to the network.
The Wi-Fi light is On only when the dis-
play reads:

yUSE
yOr during a Time Cycle

Wi-Fi Updates
When connected to Wi-Fi, the unit can
download and store updates. The unit
will automatically install a downloaded
update when the unit has completed a
cool down and is o󰀨.
Installation of an update may take up to
2 minutes. During this time, the unit will
NOT respond.
NOTE: While updating, the Wi-Fi light
may icker.
Once an update is complete the screen
will read UPdt until it is powered on
again.

View Mode allows access to view the
current program settings.

When working in View Mode, the
timer buttons function as navigation
buttons. Reference Figure 4 for

To enter View Mode:
1. Touch and hold the T4 button for
approximately 5 seconds until the
egg station reads “T1” . Release the
button.
2. The egg station enters the View
Mode at the View Timers option for
Timer 1. Navigate through the menu
using the T1 and T3 as Up and
Down arrow buttons. (See Figure 4).
3. Touch the T2 button to select the
menu option.
4. View the setting or scroll through op-
tions using the T1 and T3 as Up and
Down arrow buttons.
5. Touch the T2 button to return to the
menu.
6. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, View Setpoint Temperature.
Touch the T2 button to select the
menu option.
NOTE: After 10 seconds of inactivity, the
View Mode will time out.
7. The default is 275°F (135°C). Touch
the T2 button to return to the menu.
8. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, Current Language. Touch the
T2 button to view this option and,
when done, return to the menu.
9. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, Current Temperature Unit.
Touch the T2 button to view this
option and, when done, return to the
menu.
10. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, Current Beeper volume.
Touch the T2 button to view this
option and, when done, return to the
menu.
11. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, View Error Codes.
12. The View Errors option shows any
errors that have occurred. Up to 8
errors are stored at a time. Touch
the T2 button to view this option and,
when done, return to the menu.
13. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, View Internal Board Tem-
perature.
14. The View Internal Board Tempera-
ture shows the current ambient tem-
perature of the control board. Touch
the T2 button to view this option and,
when done, return to the menu.
15. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, View Power Line Information.
16. The View Power Line Information
option shows power usage informa-
tion. Touch the T2 button to view this
option and, when done, return to the
menu.
17. Touch T3 to move to the next menu
option, Grill Surface Temperature.
18. The Grill Surface Temperature shows
the current temperature reading for
the platen (grill surface). Touch the
T2 button view this option. Touch T2
again to exit to the main menu.
19. From here, you can select another
menu item to view or wait 10 sec-
onds for the egg station to return to
operation mode.
Factory Reset
If the egg station must be returned
to the factory settings, follow these
steps:
1. Start this process with the egg sta-
tion powered OFF.
2. While the egg station is o󰀨, TOUCH
and HOLD the T1 and T3 buttons.
3. While continuing to HOLD the T1
and T3 buttons, touch and HOLD the
power button for 3 seconds to power
the unit back on.
4. Continue to HOLD the T1 and T3
buttons until the screen reads "Fr".
This indicates the egg station has
completed a factory reset.
5. Release the T1 and T3 buttons. The
egg station will power down.

Maintenance
WARNING
Turn the power o󰀨, unplug the
power cord, and allow the egg
station to cool down before
performing any service or main-
tenance.
WARNING
Grill surfaces will be hot. Care
should be taken when operating
this piece of equipment. Wear
heat resistant gloves when oper-
ating or performing maintenance.
NOTE: Chlorides or phosphates in
cleaning agents (e.g., bleach,
sanitizers, degreasers, or deter-
gents) can permanently damage
stainless steel equipment. The
damage is usually in the form of
discoloration, dulling of metal sur-
face nish, pits, voids, holes, or
cracks. This damage is perma-
nent and not covered by warran-
ty. When cleaning stainless steel
equipment, always use a soft,
damp cloth for cleaning, rinse
with clear water and wipe dry.
When applicable, rub in direction
of metal polish lines. Use soap
and water to remove nger marks
and smears.
NOTE: Do NOT Pour water onto the grill
surface when it is hot. This can
cause damage to the grill.
6. Wipe down the exterior of the
unit with a separate clean, damp
sanitized towel sprayed with KAY
QSR Super Contact Cleaner. Use
a separate clean, damp, sanitized
grill cloth to rinse the exterior of the
unit to remove all traces of deter-
gent solution. Use a separate clean,
water-soaked grill cloth to rinse the
grill surface. Discard the soiled cloth
into the soiled cloth bucket immedi-
ately after use.
7. Plug in the power cord. Turn the
power switch on. Return the unit to
use.
CAUTION
The egg station may turn o󰀨 dur-
ing cleaning. This is normal. The
grill surface will still be hot after it
initially powers down so clean the
unit with caution.
Daily Cleaning
To ensure continued operation
of the egg stations, follow these
maintenance procedures.
1. Turn the egg station o󰀨 and allow
it to cool down before proceeding.
While it is hot it will display “HOT”
and “OFF” alternately It will display
“CLn” when it has cooled su󰀩ciently
to begin the cleaning process.
2. Put on heat resistant gloves.
3. Wearing Heat-Resistant Gloves, re-
move the Top Cover, Egg Rack, and
Scrap Tray from the unit. Take them
to the three compartment sink.
NOTE: DO NOT PUT INTO DISHWASHER.
4. Wash, rinse, and sanitize the Top
Cover, Egg Rack, and Scrap Tray.
Allow to air dry. Reinstall parts when
complete.
5. Spray a clean, damp, sanitized grill
cloth with KAY QSR Super Contact
Cleaner. Wipe the entire grill surface
until it is clean. Use a separate
clean, sanitizer-soaked grill cloth to
rinse the grill surface to remove all
traces of Sink Detergent Solution.
Use a separate clean, water-soaked
grill cloth to rinse the grill surface.
Discard the soiled grill cloths into the
soiled towel bucket immediately after
use.
NOTE: If a scraper is needed during
cleaning, use a plastic scraper.
DO NOT USE A METAL SCRAPER.

Monthly Cleaning
Checking Grill Surface
Temperature
NOTE: A thermocouple surface probe is
required for this procedure.
1. Turn the unit on and allow 30 min-
utes for the unit to warm up.
2. Once the unit displays USE, car-
feully lift the cover.
3. Using a thermocouple surface
probe, measure the temperature
at the middle of the Grill Surface.
The temperature should be 270°F–
280°F (132°C–138°C).
yIf temperature is within
range, proceed to Step 4.
yIf temperature is above or
below range, call Antunes
Technical Service at +1-
877-392-7854 toll free.
4. Close the cover and turn the unit o󰀨.

Best Practices/Troubleshooting
For Under cooked Eggs:
1. Level egg station - adjust feet if
necessary. The egg station must be
level before use. Before using the
egg station, adjust the legs of the
egg station as needed and use the
bubble level located on the back of
the egg station.
(See Figure 6 and Figure 7.)
2. Make adjustments as required. Turn
legs clockwise to shorten or counter-
clockwise to lengthen.
3. Touch the appropriate timer button
promptly after the egg wells are lled
and the lid is closed.
4. Clean the grill surface after each
cooking cycle.
5. Use the correct amount of butter/oil
on grill surface.
6. Conrm that “USE” is displayed be-
fore starting another cooking cycle.
7. Check grill temperature according
to the section titled Checking Grill
Platen Temperature in the Mainte-
nance section of this manual.
8. Regularly check the grill surface to
ensure there are no scratches or
imperfections that could inhibit
proper cooking.

WARNING
To avoid personal injury or damage to the egg station, inspection,
testing, and repair of electrical equipment must be performed only by
qualied service personnel. Unplug the egg station when servicing.

This section describes the error codes that may appear on the dis-
play.
NOTE: For the errors below, attempt to turn the unit o󰀨 and turn it back on
again to see if the problem is xed. If the problem persists, contact
Antunes Technical Service at [phone] (toll free) for assis-
tance.

Hi Limit Control
If the Hi Limit trips, the display will show:
yE101 Hi-Limit
A tripped Hi Limit shuts off power to the
unit. To reset a tripped Hi Limit switch:
1. Allow the unit to cool for 10 - 15
minutes
2. Remove the black protective cap
from the Hi Limit Switch. Press and
release the button.
3. Reinstall the protective cap.
4. Turn the unit back on.
NOTE: If the Hi Limit Control requires
continuous resetting, contact
Antunes Technical Service at +1-
877-392-7854 (toll free).

Limited Warranty
Equipment manufactured by Antunes has been constructed of the nest materials available and manufactured to high
quality standards. These egg stations are warranted to be free from electrical and mechanical defects for a period of
one (1) year from date of purchase under normal use and service, and when installed in accordance with manufacturer’s
recommendations. To insure continued operation of the egg stations, follow the maintenance procedures outlined in the
Owner’s Manual. During the rst 12 months, electromechanical parts, non-overtime labor, and travel expenses up to 2
hours (100 miles/160 km), round trip from the nearest Authorized Service Center are covered.
This warranty does not cover cost of installation, defects caused by improper storage or handling prior to placing of the
equipment or improper use of the equipment. This warranty does not cover overtime charges or work done by unauthor-
ized service agencies or personnel. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance, calibration, or regular adjustments
as specied in operating and maintenance instructions of this manual, and/or labor involved in moving adjacent objects to
gain access to the equipment. This warranty does not cover consumable/wear items. This warranty does not cover dam-
age to the Load Cell or Load Cell Assembly due to abuse, misuse, dropping of egg station/shock loads or exceeding maxi-
mum weight capacity (4 lbs). This warranty does not cover Travel Time & Mileage in excess of 2 hours (100 miles/160
km) round trip from the nearest authorized service agency.
Antunes reserves the right to make changes in design or add any improvements on any product. The right is always
reserved to modify equipment because of factors beyond our control and government regulations. Changes to update
equipment do not constitute a warranty charge.
If shipment is damaged in transit, the purchaser should make a claim directly upon the carrier. Careful inspection should
be made of the shipment as soon as it arrives and visible damage should be noted upon the carrier’s receipt. Damage
should be reported to the carrier. This damage is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty charges do not include freight or foreign, excise, municipal or other sales or use taxes. All such freight and
taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN-
CLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EACH
OF WHICH IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN
NO EVENT SHALL ANTUNES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR THE
BREACH OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF THIS WARRANTY.
The warranty does not extend to:
yDamages caused in shipment or damage as result of improper use.
yInstallation of electrical service.
yInstallation, calibration, or adjustment.
yNormal maintenance outlined in this manual.
yMalfunction resulting from improper service or maintenance.
yDamage caused by improper installation, abuse, or careless handling.
yDamage from moisture getting into electrical components.
yDamage from tampering with, removal of, or changing any preset control or safety device.
yDamage caused by accessories unapproved by Antunes.
