Mode control
Short press
1. , until LCD displays SQ and then displays X.X, X.X stands for SQ
level, the bigger value stands for high squelch level.
Short press [
2. UP ] or [ DN ] to change SQ level.
Hold [
3. UP ] or [ DN ] can fast change SQ level.
Hold
4. or wait for 3 seconds to store and exit.
Note:The higher SQ level selected, the stronger signal required to open
speaker and hear the calling.
Hold
1. key, until LCD displays AQ, the ASQ function turned on. The LCD will
displays "A.X", "X" stands for the ASQ level, the bigger value stands for high
squelch level.
Short press microphone [
2. UP ] or [ DN ] to change SQ level
Hold microphone [
3. UP ] or [ DN ] can fast change ASQ level.
Hold
4. or wait for 3 seconds to store and exit.
Note:The higher ASQ level selected, the stronger signal required to open
speaker and hear the calling.
Short press
1. key to switch between AM /FM mode.
The LCD displays the selected mode.

1. UP ] or [ DN ] to change working channel.
Hold [
2. UP ] or [ DN ] can fast change working channel.
HOW TO USE THIS RADIO
Power On/Off the radio
Volume control
Turn VOL switch clockwise to power on the radio, the LCD displays the Norms

and then displays channel number.
Turn VOL switch anti-clockwise, until hear Ka Ta, the radio is powered off.

Turn clockwise to increase volume, anti-clockwise to decrease volume.
Note:When RFG function is on the LCD displays R if RFG level is 6 means the
attenuation is 6dBm.
Note:In lock Mode all keys except PTT is valid.

Install external speaker
Resume factory default
Hold
1. to start scan function, "SC" falshes in the LCD;
Press [
2. UP ] or [ DN ] to change scan direction during scan;
Press
3. or [PTT] key to exit scan function.
Short press
1. key, LCD displays R and the present RF gain level ashes.
Short press microphone [
2. UP ] or [ DN ] to change level.
Short press
3. key to exit RF gain level control.
Short press
1. key to choose CH9, the channel number ashes.
Short press
2. key again to choose CH19, the channel number ashes.
Short press
3. key third time to return to last normal channel.
Hold
1. key for over 2 seconds to lock the keys, LCD displays "LC".
Hold
2. key for over 2 seconds again to unlock the keys, LCD displays OF.
Hold
1. to power on radio, until LCD displays the norms;
Press [
2. UP ] or [ DN ] to choose wanted norms;
Power off and power on again.

Choose a 8Ω external speaker with 3.5mm mono connector.
Hold
1. key to power on radio, until the LCD displays "RT", the resume work
nish.
All channel and function setting will resume factory default after above operation.
