INSTALLAZIONE
Fissare la pompa tassativamente in verticale in zona adeguata all’interno della macchina, lontana
da parti aventi temperature superiori a 50°C.
COLLEGAMENTO IDRAULICO
Detergente - Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 (non in dotazione) al raccordo di aspirazione
pompa e alla valvola di fondo (non in dotazione).
Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 (non in dotazione) al raccordo di mandata pompa e al
raccordo entrata in vasca (non in dotazione).
Brillantante - Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 (non in dotazione) al raccordo di aspirazione
pompa e alla valvola di fondo (non in dotazione).
Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 (non in dotazione) al raccordo di mandata pompa e al raccordo
a “T” con valvola non ritorno (non in dotazione).
COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO 230V – 50/60HZ
IMPORTANTE: è obbligatorio collegare i due morsetti di terra contrassegnati dal simbolo
mediante i terminali maschio da mm. 6,3x0,8.
Quando le pompe sono alimentate i led si illuminano.
FUNZIONAMENTO
Regolare la portata della pompa detergente e della pompa brillantante agendo sui trimmer,
secondo le caratteristiche della macchina.
ATTENZIONE
Prima di procedere alla manutenzione della doppia pompa, togliere tensione (i led si spengono).
Ogni qualvolta si renda necessaria la sostituzione del tubo, utilizzare grasso siliconico.
Evitare di installare la pompa in zone eccessivamente umide o addirittura che possa essere investita da
acqua.

INSTALLATION
Fix absolutely the pump in vertical position in a suitable place inside the machine, far from parts
with temperatures above 50°C.
HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
Detergent - Fix the tube Ø 5x7 or Ø 4x6 (not included) to the pump suction union and to the foot
valve (not included).
Fix the tube Ø 5x7 or Ø 4x6 (not included) to the pump delivery union and to the inlet tank union
(not included).
Rinse Additive - Fix the tube Ø 5x7 or Ø 4x6 (not included) to the pump suction union and to the
foot valve (not included).
Fix the tube Ø 5x7 or Ø 4x6 (not included) to the pump delivery union and to the union tee with
nonreturn valve (not included).
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION 230V – 50/60HZ
IMPORTANT: it’s compulsory connect both the ground terminals marked with the symbol
through the male connectors of 6,3x0,8 mm.
When the pumps are supplied, the leds switch on.
WORKING
Regulate the delivery of the detergent pump and of the rinse additive pump operating on the
trimmers, according to the characteristics of the machine.
PAY ATTENTION
Before proceeding to the maintenance of the double pump, cut off the electricity (tension) (the leds
switch off).
When it’s necessary the substitution of the tube, please use silicone grease.
Avoid installing the pump in places excessively damp and avoid wetting the pump with water jets.

INSTALACIÓN
Con los tornillos y las espigas en dotación, fijar la bomba en la pared en posición vertical.
Conectar los cables asegurando una adecuada conexión al borne de tierra.
Si durante la utilización los cables tuvieran que dañarse, es necesario cambiarlos con otros
analogos que se encuentran en la fábrica productora.
CONEXIÓN HIDRAULICA
Detergente - Fijar el tubo ø 5x7 o ø 4x6 al racor de aspiración de la bomba y a la válvula de pie.
Fijar el tubo ø 5x7 o ø 4x6 al racor de descarga de la bomba y al racor de entrada en la cuba.
Abrillantador - Fijar el tubo ø 5x7 o ø 4x6 al racor de aspiración de la bomba y a la válvula de pie.
Fijar el tubo ø 5x7 o ø 4x6 al racor de descarga de la bomba y al racor en “T” con la válvula de
retención.
CONEXION ELECTRICA 230V – 50/60HZ
Cuando las bombas resulten alimentadas, los leds se encienden.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
Regular la capacidad de la bomba detergente y de la bomba abrillantador por medio de los trimers,
según las características de la máquina.
CUIDADO
Antes de proceder a la manutención de la doble bomba, quitar la tensión (los leds se apagan).
Cada vez que sea necesaria la sustitución del tubo, utilizar la grasa de silicona.
Evitar instalar la bomba en lugares demasiado húmedos y mojarla con chorros de agua.

INSTALLAZIONE
Con le viti e i tasselli in dotazione, fissare la pompa a muro in posizione verticale.
Collegare i cavi avendo cura di assicurare un adeguato collegamento al morsetto di terra.
Se durante l’utilizzo i cavi dovessero danneggiarsi, sostituirli con altri analoghi disponibili presso il
costruttore.
COLLEGAMENTO IDRAULICO
Detergente Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 al raccordo di aspirazione pompa e alla valvola di
fondo.
Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 al raccordo di mandata pompa e al raccordo
entrata in vasca.
Brillantante Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 al raccordo di aspirazione pompa e alla valvola di
fondo.
Fissare il tubo ø 5x7 oppure ø 4x6 al raccordo di mandata pompa e al raccordo a “T”
con valvola non ritorno.

INSTALLATION
Fix the pump on the wall with the screws and dowels (supplied with the machine), keeping it in
vertical position.
Connect the cables taking care of ensuring an adequate connection to the ground terminal.
If during the use the cables should be damaged, replace them with similar cables which are
available at the manufacturing company.
HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
Detergent Fix the tube Ø 5x7 or Ø 4x6 to the pump suction union and to the foot valve.
