Make sure that the support strap is
separated.
Take each leg section (A) of the
sling and slide under each leg.

Lean the patient forward and place
the sling around their lower back,
5 cm (2 inches) above their waste
line.
NOTE
Do not use the leg

hook and loop strap (if available)
together.
Tighten the strap so that it is
comfortable for the resident.

Move Sara 3000 into position.

Apply the clips to the attachment
points. Pull the clips as shown to

Attach each attachment loop (A)
on each leg-side (left and right) on
the central lug (B).

chest support strap and pull the
clips of the sling upward to unlock
them from the Sara 3000 resident
support arms.
