Congratulations on the purchase of your Babboe Carve cargo bike! Below you will find
instructions on how to install the cargo bike cover. To remove the cover, please follow
the steps in reverse order.
Contents of the box
• Tent
• Frame
• Torx spanner
• Sachet (4 screws, 4 cap nuts, 4 lock washers, 8 washers)
You will also need:
• Phillips screwdriver
• Spanner (size 10)
• Allen key (size 4)
Step 1 Attaching the frame to the box
1. Before placing the frame, unscrew the bolts in the box.
2. Using the torx spanner and Allen key, unscrew the two bolts on
the left-hand side on the inside of the box. Keep the bolts (you
will need them when you’re no longer using the tent). Repeat this
step for the bolts on the right-hand side.
3. Place the frame on the box and secure it as follows: insert a bolt
through a washer, then insert it through the frame, add another
washer, then a lock washer and finish with a cap nut. Loosely fasten it.
4. When all bolts are in place, tightly fasten them.
Step 2 Installing the tent onto the frame
1. Lay the tent over the frame.
2. Attach the velcro tabs over the moveable bracket.
3. Clip the hooks on the side around the edge of the box.
4. Finally, attach the strap at the back of the tent around the steering tube. The rain tent
is now ready to use.
