Gefeliciteerd met de nieuwe voetensteun voor je Babboe Slim Mountain bakfiets! Hieronder vind je de
instructie voor de bevestiging van de voetensteun. Voor het demonteren, volg je het proces in omgekeerde
volgorde.
Benodigdheden:
• Rolmaat
• (Hout)boormachine, maat 6,5
• Schroevendraaier
• Potlood
• Meegeleverd zakje (inclusief 4 schroeven, 8 platte ringen)
Instructie:
Voor het monteren van de voetenteun gebruik je de twee
bestaande gaten aan de voorzijde van de fiets in het hout
(zie rood omcirkeld in afbeelding 1). Daarnaast dien je 2
extra gaatjes te boren, 1 aan elke kant (zie groene pijlen in
afbeelding 1).
1. Haal de schroeven en ringen uit het bestaande gat die
aan de stuurzijde van de fiets in het hout zitten
(zie afbeelding 2)
2. Teken met potlood af waar het andere gat moet komen.
Het nieuwe gat moet 2 cm vanaf de kant komen en 22 cm
vanaf het bestaande gat, gemeten vanaf het hart
(het midden) van het bestaande gat.
3. Boor voorzichtig op de plek waar je net hebt afgetekend.
Monteer eerst aan de ene kant de voetensteun. Haal de
schroef vanaf de onderkant met ring door het nieuwe
gat en aan de bovenkant komt ook eerst een ring en
vervolgens de voetensteun (zie afbeelding).
4. Maak de schroeven en ringen vast met de
schroevendraaier.
5. Doe vervolgens hetzelfde aan de andere kant.

Congratulations on the purchase of a new foot rail for your Babboe Slim Mountain! Below you
will find instructions on how to install the foot rail.
Tools required:
• Tape measure
• (Wood) drill, 6.5 drill bit
• (Cross-head) Screwdriver
• Pencil
• Enclosed bag (containing 4 screws, 8 flat washers)
Installation:
To mount the foot rails, you use the two predrilled holes in
the wood at the front of the bike (see red circle image). You
also need to drill 2 additional holes on each side.
1. Remove the screws and washers from the existing holes
in the wood at the handlebar-side of the bike.
2. Use the pencil to mark where the other holes need to be.
The new holes have to be 2 cm from the side and 22 cm
from the predrilled holes, measured from the centre of
the existing hole.
3. Carefully drill the holes where you put the marks. First
mount a foot rail on one side of the bike. Put a washer on
the screw and then put the screw through the new hole
from underneath. Put another washer on the screw from
the top and then the foot rail (see image).
4. Fasten the screws and washers with the screwdriver.
5. Repeat this on the other side of the bike.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu deiner neuen Trittbrett Sicherheitsstange für dein Babboe Slim Mountain.
Nachfolgend findest du alle Informationen, die du zur Montage benötigst.
Benötigtes Werkzeug:
• Rollmaßband
• Bohrmaschine mit Holzbohrer 6,5
• Schraubenzieher
• Bleistift
• Mitgelieferter Beutel (enthält 4 Schrauben, 8 Unterlegscheiben)
Anleitung:
Zur Montage der Sicherheitsstangen die zwei vorhandenen
Bohrlöcher im Holz an der Vorderseite des Fahrrads nutzen
(in der Abbildung rot umrandet). Außerdem sind zwei
zusätzliche Löcher zu bohren, eines pro Seite.
1. Die beiden Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben aus den
vorhandenen Bohrlöchern im Holz auf der Lenkerseite
des Fahrrads lösen (siehe Abbildung).
2. Mit Bleistift die zusätzliche Stelle anzeichnen, an der
gebohrt werden muss. Der Abstand des zusätzlichen
Bohrlochs muss 2 cm von der Außenkante und 22
cm vom bestehenden Bohrloch (vom Mittelpunkt des
bestehenden Bohrlochs aus gemessen) entfernt sein.
3. Dann an der angezeichneten Stelle vorsichtig
bohren. Zunächst nur eine Seite der Fußschiene
Sicherheitsstange montieren. Die Schraube durch eine
Unterlegscheibe und durch das neu gebohrte Loch
schieben; zwischen Fußschiene und Schraube wird
ebenfalls eine Unterlegscheibe gelegt (siehe Abbildung).
4. Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben mit dem
Schraubenzieher anziehen.
5. Nun die andere Seite der Fußschiene wie eben
beschrieben montieren.

Vous trouverez ci-dessous les insturctions d’installation.
Outils nécessaires :
• Mètre
• Perceuse (à bois), format 6,5
• Tournevis
• Crayon
• Sachet inclus (avec 4 vis, 8 rondelles plates)
Montage :
Pour installer les repose-pieds, utilisez les deux trous
existants dans le bois à l’avant du vélo (voir le cercle
rouge sur l’image). A côté, vous devez percer 2 trous
supplémentaires, un de chaque côté.
1. Enlevez les vis et les rondelles du trou existant dans le
bois du côté du guidon du vélo (voir image).
2. Au crayon, marquez l’emplacement de l’autre trou. Le
nouveau trou doit être percé à 2 cm du côté et à 22 cm
du trou existant, mesuré à partir du centre (milieu) du
trou existant.
3. Percez doucement à l’endroit que vous venez de
marquer. Installez d’abord le repose-pieds d’un côté.
Passez la vis avec la rondelle par le bas à travers le
nouveau trou et passez d’abord une rondelle puis le
repose-pieds par le haut (voir image).
4. Serrez les vis et les rondelles à l’aide d’un tournevis.
5. Puis faites la même chose de l’autre côté.
