Compressorreworkinstruction.

1. Usinga"Phillipshead"screwdriver,removetheprotectinggrillfromthesidefacingthe
pressurevalve.
 BeVERYcarefulnottodroptwoscrewsshownbelow.









2.Carefullylaythecabinetdownwiththecompressorexposedasshownbelow.










3.Rotatethefanbyhandtoalignthesetscrewwiththeaccesshole.
Thesetscrewshouldbevisiblethroughtheholewhenaligned.Anextralight,likeaflashlight,is
alsoveryhelpful.










4.Throughtheaccesshole,usingamagnetic4MM"Allenwrench"carefullyremoveM8setscrew.Be
extremelycarefulnottodropthescrewinsideofthecompressorbody.Setscrewshouldlooklikeon
theillustrationbelow.










5.Apply"Threadlocker”PX#24250asshownbelow.




6.Insertthesetscrewbackinplace.Torqueitto20INLB.
7.Repeatsteps3‐6fortheoppositesideofthecompressor.
8.Putcompressorcabinettopsideup.
9.Installprotectinggrillbackinplace.
Allstepscanbedonebeforecompressorunitisinstalledintocabinet.

