Thank you for placing your trust in a Bauerfeind product. The LumboLoc Forte ES you have purchased
is a high-quality medical product.
Read the instructions carefully and in full, as they contain important information on the use,
indications, contraindications, set-up, care and disposal of the LumboLoc Forte ES. Please keep these
instructions in case you need them again in the future. Consult your physician or medical retailer with
any questions you may have.
Intended use
The LumboLoc Forte ES is a medical device. It is an orthosis1for optimal spinal column statics and
relief of the lumbar spine.
Indications
• Non-specific lower back pain (lumbago)
• Weak back /abdominal muscles (muscular insufficiency)
• Slight vertebral displacement (spondylolisthesis)
• Ligament/tendon / muscle irritation (ligamento-tendomyopathies)
Risks of using this product
Caution*
LumboLoc Forte ES must only be worn in accordance with the specifications contained in these
instructions and used for the areas of application (places of use) listed. To guarantee the best
possible fit of the LumboLoc Forte ES, it is essential to check whether the product is adequately
shaped and whether it needs to be anatomically reshaped by a specialist2. Only a specialist may
carry out the (initial) fitting of the orthosis and provide instruction.
The sewn-in label of the LumboLoc Forte ES, which contains information on the product name, size,
manufacturer, washing instructions and CE mark, is located on the upper edge of the knitted part
LumboLoc Forte ES must be applied over a T-shirt or undershirt.
Use in combination with other products, e.g. as part of compression treatment (compression
stockings), must be discussed beforehand with your physician.
If you notice any unusual changes (e.g. increased symptoms), please contact your physician without
delay.
No product liability is accepted in the event of improper use.
Avoid the use of ointments, lotions or any substances including grease or acids.
Do not make any alterations to the product. Failure to comply with this requirement may adversely
aect product performance, thereby voiding any product liability.
Side eects involving the body as a whole have not been reported to date. Correct fitting is assumed.
Do not put LumboLoc Forte ES on too tightly as this could lead to local pressure symptoms. In rare
cases, constriction of blood vessels and nerves may occur. If this happens, loosen the straps of the
LumboLoc Forte ES and, if neccesary, check the size of your LumboLoc Forte ES.
Contains natural rubber latex (elastodiene), which can cause skin irritation in persons with an
allergy. Take o the
orthesis if you notice any allergic reaction.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity reactions harmful to health have not been reported to date. In the following
conditions such aids should only be fitted and worn after consultation with your physician:
• Skin disorders /injuries in the relevant part of the body, particularly if inflammation is present.
Likewise, any raised scars with swelling, redness and excessive heat build-up.
• Impaired sensation and circulatory disorders in the arm/ hand (e.g. diabetes mellitus)
• Impaired lymph drainage, including soft tissue swellings of uncertain origin located away from
where the orthosis is worn.
• Significant restriction of cardiopulmonary performance (risk of raised blood pressure if strenuous
physical exertion is undertaken while wearing a fitted LumboLoc Forte ES).
Application instructions
Fitting the LumboLoc Forte ES
A – Fastening with finger pockets, B – Tension straps,
C – Abdominal pad, D – Back pad
1Open the LumboLoc Forte ES. Slide your hands into the finger pockets on the fastening and
position the orthosis at waist height in the middle of the pelvis. The abdominal pad is located on the
left. 2Guide the left fastening inwards slightly below the abdomen. 3Close the orthosis. 4Take
hold of the tension straps and pull them simultaneously forward and sideways until a level of
stability is reached that is comfortable for you. 5Fasten the left tension strap first.
6Then fasten the right strap. The two straps can also be placed on top of each other.
Removing the LumboLoc Forte ES
Start by unfastening the tension straps. Then open the large fastening.
Take o the LumboLoc Forte ES.
Cleaning instructions
Note: Never expose the LumboLoc Forte ES to direct heat (e.g. heaters, sunlight, in your car, etc.)!
This may damage the material, which can impair the eectiveness of the LumboLoc Forte ES.
Fasten all Velcro straps before washing to avoid damage. Wash the LumboLoc Forte ES and the pads
separately by hand with a mild detergent.
Usage location
In accordance with the indications (back). See purpose.
Maintenance instructions
With correct handling and care, the product is practically maintenance-free.
Assembly and fitting instructions
The LumboLoc Forte ES is supplied in a standard size and ready for use.
The pads are equipped with a Velcro strip and can be variably positioned on the knitted part, making
it possible to individually adjust the orthosis to fit the patient’s anatomy.
Technical specifications/parameters
The LumboLoc Forte ES consists of a knitted fabric part as well as back and abdominal pads. Both
pads are already pre-assembled. No spare parts are available.
Notes on reuse
The LumboLoc Forte ES is intended for your treatment only. It has been adapted specifically for you. It
is therefore important that you do not pass the LumboLoc Forte ES on to other people.
Warranty
Warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions as well as the terms of supply and
contractual terms of Bauerfeind AG (AGB), as long as all the points mentioned above are observed.
If you have any complaints, please contact your medical retailer only.
Please note that only clean goods can be dealt with.
Duty to report
Due to regional legal regulations, you are required to immediately report any serious incident
involving the use of this medical device to both the manufacturer and the responsible authority. Our
contact details can be found on the back of this brochure.
Disposal
You can dispose of the product in accordance with national legal requirements.

Specialists2
• Check the optimal and individual fit of the LumboLoc Forte ES after the first fitting. Make any
corrections if necessary.
• Practice the correct procedure for putting on the orthosis with the patient.
• The product must not be changed in any improper way. Failure to comply with this requirement may
adversely affect product performance, thereby voiding any product liability.
• The LumboLoc Forte ES is intended for the treatment of one patient only.
The corset stays are anatomically contoured, but they still need to be individually adjusted to suit the
patient’s anatomy.
Shaping the stays
Carefully remove the stays on the outside of the orthosis from the insertion pockets and shape them
to the anatomy of the patient. Reinsert the stays into the pockets provided.
Positioning the pads
Unfasten the pads from the knitted section of the orthosis. Position the pads at the anatomically
correct points and refasten them.

Produkt erworben, welches einem hohen medizinischen und qualitativen Standard entspricht.
Lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung vollständig und sorgfältig durch, denn Sie enthält wichtige
Informationen zu Anwendung, Indikationen, Gegenanzeigen, Anlegen, Pflege und Entsorgung der
LumboLoc Forte ES. Heben Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung auf, vielleicht möchten Sie diese später
noch einmal lesen. Wenden Sie sich bei auftretenden Fragen an Ihren behandelnden Arzt oder Ihr
Fachgeschäft.
Zweckbestimmung
Die LumboLoc Forte ES ist ein Medizinprodukt. Sie ist eine Orthese1zur Optimierung der
Wirbelsäulenstatik und Entlastung der Lendenwirbelsäule.
Indikationen
• Unspezifischer tiefer Rückenschmerz (Lumbalgien)
• Schwache Rücken- /Bauchmuskulatur (muskuläre Insuffizienz)
• Geringgradiges Wirbelgleiten (Spondylolisthese)
• Band-/ Sehnen- /Muskelreizungen (Ligamento-Tendomyopathien)
Anwendungsrisiken
Vorsicht*
LumboLoc Forte ES ist nur gemäß den Angaben dieser Gebrauchsanweisung und den aufgeführten
Anwendungsgebieten (Einsatzort) zu tragen. Um einen optimalen Sitz der LumboLoc Forte ES zu
gewährleisten muss überprüft werden, ob das Produkt ausreichend angeformt ist und ggf.
köpergerecht vom Fachpersonal2nachgeformt werden muss. Die (erstmalige) Anpassung und
Einweisung darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen.
Das Einnähetikett der LumboLoc Forte ES mit Informationen zu Produktnamen, Größe, Hersteller,
Waschanleitung und CE-Kennzeichnung befinden sich am oberen Rand des Gestrickteils
Tragen Sie die LumboLoc Forte ES über einem T-Shirt oder Unterhemd.
Sprechen Sie eine Kombination mit anderen Produkten, z.B. im Rahmen einer Kompressionstherapie
(Kompressionsstrumpfhosen) vorher mit Ihrem behandelnden Arzt ab.
Nehmen Ihre Beschwerden zu oder stellen Sie außergewöhnliche Veränderungen an sich fest, suchen
Sie bitte umgehend Ihren Arzt auf.
Bei unsachgemäßer oder zweckentfremdeter Anwendung ist eine Produkthaftung ausgeschlossen.
Lassen Sie das Produkt nicht mit fett- und säurehaltigen Mitteln, Salben und Lotionen in Berührung
kommen.
Nehmen Sie keine Veränderung am Produkt vor. Bei Nichtbeachtung kann die Leistung des Produktes
beeinträchtigt werden und eine Produkthaftung ausgeschlossen werden.
Nebenwirkungen, die den gesamten Organismus betreen, sind bis jetzt nicht bekannt. Das
sachgemäße Anwenden/ Anlegen wird vorausgesetzt. Legen Sie die LumboLoc Forte ES nicht zu fest
an, da es sonst zu lokalen Druckerscheinungen kommen kann. In seltenen Fällen ist eine Einengung
von Blutgefäßen und Nerven möglich. Lockern Sie in diesem Fall die Gurte der LumboLoc Forte ES
und lassen Sie ggf. die Größe Ihrer LumboLoc Forte ES überprüfen.
Enthält Naturkautschuklatex (Elastodien); dies kann bei Überempfindlichkeit zu Hautreizungen
führen. Legen Sie die Orthese ab, wenn Sie allergische Reaktionen bemerken.
Kontraindikationen
Überempfindlichkeiten von Krankheitswert sind bis jetzt nicht bekannt. Bei nachfolgenden
Krankheitsbildern ist das Anlegen und Tragen eines solchen Hilfsmittels nur nach Rücksprache mit
Ihrem Arzt angezeigt:
• Hauterkrankungen / -verletzungen im versorgten Körperabschnitt, besonders bei entzündlichen
Erscheinungen, ebenso aufgeworfene Narben mit Anschwellung, Rötung und Überwärmung
• Empfindungs- und Bewegungsstörungen des Arms/der Hand,
z.B. bei Zuckerkrankheit (Diabetes mellitus)
•
Lymphabflussstörungen, auch unklare Weichteilschwellungen körperfern der angelegten Orthese.
• Stärkere Einschränkung der Leistungsfähigkeit von Herz und Lunge (Gefahr der Blutdrucksteige-
rung bei angelegter LumboLoc Forte ES und stärkerer körperlicher Leistung).
Anwendungshinweise
Anziehen/ Anlegen der LumboLoc Forte ES
A – Verschluss mit Fingertaschen, B – Zuggurte,
C – Bauchpelotte, D – Rückenpelotte
1Önen Sie die LumboLoc Forte ES. Schieben Sie die Hände in die Fingertaschentaschen des
Verschlusses und positionieren Sie die Orthese in Taillenhöhe mittig auf dem Becken. Die
Bauchpelotte befindet sich links. 2Führen Sie den linken Verschluss etwas unter dem Bauch nach
innen. 3Schließen Sie Orthese. 4Nehmen Sie die Zuggurte in beide Hände und ziehen Sie diese
seitlich nach vorn bis die für Sie angenehme Stabilität erreicht ist. 5Schließen Sie zuerst den linken
Zuggurt. 6Kletten Sie nun den rechten Gurt auf. Beide Gurte können auch übereinander liegen.
Ausziehen/Ablegen der LumboLoc Forte ES
Önen Sie zuerst die Zuggurte. Danach öen Sie den großen Verschluss.
Legen Sie die LumboLoc Forte ES ab.
Reinigungshinweise
Hinweis: Setzen Sie die LumboLoc Forte ES nie direkter Hitze (z.B. Heizung, Sonneneinstrahlung,
Lagerung im Pkw) aus! Dadurch sind Schäden am Material möglich. Dies kann die Wirksamkeit der
LumboLoc Forte ES beeinträchtigen.
Schließen Sie vor dem Waschen alle Klettgurte um Beschädigung zu vermeiden. Waschen Sie die
LumboLoc Forte ES und die Pelotten separat mit einem Feinwaschmittel per Hand.
Einsatzort
Entsprechend den Indikationen (Rücken). Siehe Zweckbestimmung.
Wartungshinweise
Bei richtiger Handhabung und Pflege ist das Produkt praktisch wartungsfrei.
Zusammenbau- und Montageanweisung
Die LumboLoc Forte ES wird in Standardgröße, gebrauchsfertig geliefert.
Die Pelotten sind mit einem Klettstreifen versehen und können variabel auf dem Gestrickteil
verschoben werden, dadurch ist eine individuelle Anpassung an die Anatomie des Patienten möglich.
Technische Daten /Parameter
Die LumboLoc Forte ES besteht aus einem Gestrickteil sowie Rücken- und Bauchpelotte. Beide
Pelotten sind bereits vormontiert. Es sind keine Ersatzteile erhältlich.
Hinweise zum Wiedereinsatz
Die LumboLoc Forte ES ist allein für Ihre Versorgung vorgesehen. Sie wurde an Sie persönlich
angepasst. Geben Sie die LumboLoc Forte ES daher nicht an Dritte weiter.
Gewährleistung
Gewährleistung wird gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sowie den Liefer- und
Vertragsbedingungen der Bauerfeind AG (AGB) gewährt, wenn alle vorweg genannten Punkte
eingehalten wurden.
Bei Reklamationen wenden Sie sich bitte ausschließlich an Ihr Fachgeschäft. Wir weisen Sie darauf
hin, dass nur gereinigte Ware bearbeitet werden kann.
Meldepflicht
Aufgrund regionaler gesetzlicher Vorschriften sind Sie verpflichtet, jeden schwerwiegenden Vorfall bei
Anwendung dieses Medizinproduktes sowohl dem Hersteller als auch dem BfArM (Bundesinstitut für

Allgemeine Hinweise
• Überprüfen Sie nach der ersten Versorgung den optimalen und individuellen Sitz der
LumboLoc Forte ES. Nehmen Sie ggf. Korrekturen vor.
• Üben Sie das richtige Anlegen mit dem Patienten.
• Eine unsachgemäße Änderung am Produkt darf nicht vorgenommen werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung
kann die Leistung des Produktes beeinträchtigt werden, so dass eine Produkthaftung ausgeschlos-
sen wird.
• Die LumboLoc Forte ES ist zur Versorgung nur eines Patienten vorgesehen.
Die Korsettstäbe sind anatomisch (körpergerecht) vorgeformt, müssen jedoch an die individuelle
Anatomie des Patienten angepasst werden.
Anformen der Stäbe
Nehmen Sie die Stäbe auf der Außenseite der Orthese vorsichtig aus den Einstecktaschen heraus
und formen Sie diese an die Anatomie des Patienten an. Stecken Sie die Stäbe wieder in die dafür
vorgesehenen Taschen.
Positionieren der Pelotten
Kletten Sie die Pelotten vom Gestrickteil der Orthese ab. Positionieren Sie die Pelotten an die anatomisch
korrekten Punkte und kletten Sie diese wieder auf.

Utilisation
LumboLoc Forte ES est un produit médical. Il s’agit d’une Orthèse1pour optimiser la statique des
vertèbres et décharger la colonne vertébrale lombaire.
Indications
• Douleurs dorsales basses non spécifiques (lombalgies)
• Faiblesse de la musculature du dos/ventre (insuffisance musculaire)
• Glissement en avant d’une vertèbre par rapport à une autre, de faible degré (spondylolisthésis)
• Irritations des ligaments/tendons / muscles (ligamento-tendomyopathies)
Risques d’utilisation
Attention*
LumboLoc Forte ES doit être porté conformément aux recommandations de cette notice d’utilisation
et dans le respect des indications données (positionnement). Pour garantir un positionnement
optimal de LumboLoc Forte ES, il faut vérifier si le produit est susamment ajusté et le cas échéant
s’il doit être adapté anatomiquement par un professionnel formé2. Seul un professionnel formé est
habilité à procéder à l’adaptation (initiale) et à la mise en place.
L’étiquette cousue de LumboLoc Forte ES comprenant des informations sur le nom du produit, sa
taille, le fabricant, les consignes de lavage et le sigle CE se trouve sur le bord supérieur du tricot.
Portez LumboLoc Forte ES par dessus un t-shirt ou un maillot de corps.
Une combinaison avec d’autres produits, parex. dans le cadre d’un traitement de compression
médicale veineuse (bas de compression), doit préalablement faire l’objet d’une consultation auprès
de votre médecin traitant.
Si vous deviez constater une aggravation des problèmes ou des modifications exceptionnelles,
veuillez consulter immédiatement votre médecin.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas d’utilisation impropre ou inadaptée.
Le produit ne doit pas être utilisé au contact de substances grasses ou acides, de crèmes ou de
lotions.
N’eectuez aucune modification sur le produit. En cas de non-respect, les propriétés du produit
peuvent en être aectées et notre responsabilité dégagée.
Aucun eet secondaire sur l’organisme en général n’est connu à ce jour. Il est cependant
indispensable que ce dispositif soit correctement mis en place et utilisé. LumboLoc Forte ES ne
doit pas être porté trop serré afin d’éviter des pressions locales excessives. Une compression des
vaisseaux sanguins et des nerfs est possible dans de rares cas. Dans ce cas, desserrez les sangles
de LumboLoc Forte ES et faites vérifier, le cas échéant, la taille de votre LumboLoc Forte ES.
Contient du caoutchouc naturel (élastodiène) qui peut provoquer des irritations cutanées en
cas d’hypersensibilité. Veuillez retirer le orthèses si vous observez des réactions allergiques.
Contre-indications
Aucune hypersensibilité cliniquement significative n’est connue à ce jour. En cas d’existence ou
d’apparition des symptômes cités ci-après, l’utilisation de ce produit doit préalablement faire l’objet
d’une consultation auprès de votre médecin habituel :
• dermatoses/lésions cutanées dans la zone en contact avec l’orthèse, notamment en cas d’inflam-
mations et en présence de cicatrices avec gonflement, rougeur et hyperthermie
• troubles sensoriels et troubles moteurs des bras/ mains, parex. en présence d’un diabète sucré
• troubles de la circulation lymphatique, également tuméfactions inexpliquées des masses molles
éloignées de l’orthèse portée.
• Forte limitation de la capacité fonctionnelle du coeur et des poumons (risque d’élévation de la ten-
sion artérielle lors d’un effort physique marqué, l’orthèse LumboLoc Forte ES étant mise et l’effort
physique soutenu).
Conseils d’utilisation
Mise en place/ ajustement de LumboLoc Forte ES
A – Fermeture avec passant, B – Sangles de tractions,
C – Pelote ventrale, D – Pelote dorsale
1Ouvrez l’orthèse LumboLoc Forte ES. Passez les mains dans les passants de la fermeture et
placez l’orthèse autour de la taille au milieu du bassin. La pelote ventrale se trouve à gauche.
2Passez la fermeture gauche un peu en dessous du ventre vers l’arrière. 3Fermez l’orthèse.
4Prenez maintenant les deux sangles de traction dans vos deux mains et tirez-les latéralement et
simultanément vers l’avant en même temps jusqu’à obtenir la stabilisation souhaitée et agréable.
5Fermez d’abord la sangle de traction gauche.
6Fixez maintenant le «velcro» de la sangle droite dessus. Les deux sangles peuvent également être
superposées.
Retirer LumboLoc Forte ES
Ouvrez d’abord les sangles de traction. Ouvrez ensuite la grande fermeture.
Retirez l’orthèse LumboLoc Forte ES.
Conseil de nettoyage
Remarque : N’exposez jamais LumboLoc Forte ES à la chaleur directe (par ex. chauage, soleil, dans
une voiture) ! La chaleur peut endommager le matériau. Cela peut limiter l’ecacité de LumboLoc
Forte ES.
Avant le lavage, fermez le « velcro » pour éviter tout dommage. Lavez LumboLoc Forte ES et les
pelotes à la main et séparément avec une lessive pour linge délicat.
Position d’utilisation
Conformément aux indications (dos). Voir Indications.
Conseils d’entretien
Le produit n’exige pratiquement pas de maintenance particulière lorsqu’il est manipulé et entretenu
correctement.
Instructions d’assemblage et d’adaptation
LumboLoc Forte ES est livrée en taille standard, prête à l’emploi.
Les pelotes sont pourvues d’une bande «velcro» et peuvent être fixées de manière variable sur le
tricot, permettant ainsi une adaptation à l’anatomie individuelle du patient.
Données techniques/paramètres
LumboLoc Forte ES est composé d’un élément en tricot ainsi que d’une pelote dorsale et d’une pelote
ventrale. Les deux pelotes sont préfixées. Aucune pièce de rechange n’est disponible.
Conseils pour une réutilisation
LumboLoc Forte ES vous est destinée personnellement. Elle a été adaptée à votre pathologie. C’est
pourquoi vous ne devez pas transmettre LumboLoc Forte ES à une tierce personne.
Garantie
La garantie est accordée conformément à la réglementation en vigueur et aux conditions de livraison
ainsi qu’aux conditions générales de Bauerfeind AG (CGV), dans la mesure où tous les points
susmentionnés sont respectés.

Généralités
• Vérifiez, lors de la première prise en charge, le positionnement optimal et individuel de LumboLoc
Forte ES. Procédez éventuellement à des corrections.
• Cherchez le bon positionnement avec le patient.
• Aucune modification inadéquate du produit n‘est autorisée. En cas de non-respect, les propriétés du
produit peuvent en être affectées et notre responsabilité dégagée.
• LumboLoc Forte ES n’est prévue que pour la prise en charge d’un patient.
Les baleines du corset sont préformées anatomiquement, elles doivent cependant être adaptées à
l’anatomie particulière du patient.
Ajustement des baleines
Sortez les baleines prudemment des espaces d’insertion sur l’extérieur de l’orthèse et ajustez-les à
l’anatomie du patient. Réinsérez les baleines dans les poches prévues à cet eet.
Positionnement des pelotes
Retirez les pelotes fixées par «velcro» du tricot de l’orthèse. Positionnez les pelotes aux points
anatomiquement corrects et fixez les extrémités auto-agrippantes.

producto terapéutico de extraordinaria calidad.
Lea atentamente las instrucciones de uso, ya que contienen información importante sobre el
empleo, las indicaciones, las contraindicaciones, la colocación, los cuidados y la eliminación de
LumboLoc Forte ES. Conserve estas instrucciones de uso, ya que tal vez necesite consultarlas más
adelante. Si tiene alguna duda, póngase en contacto con su médico o su tienda especializada.
Ámbito de aplicación
LumboLoc Forte ES es un producto médico. Una ortesis1para la optimización de la estática de la
columna y para la descarga de la columna lumbar.
Indicaciones
• Intenso dolor de espalda no específico (lumbalgias)
• Musculatura abdominal o de la espalda debilitada (insuficiencia muscular)
• Deslizamiento de bajo grado de una vértebra sobre otra (espondilolistesis)
• Irritaciones de ligamentos/tendones / músculos (ligamentopatía / tendomiopatía)
Riesgos de aplicación
Precaución*
LumboLoc Forte ES debe llevarse solo siguiendo las instrucciones aquí mencionadas y para las
indicaciones descritas (lugar de aplicación). Para garantizar la óptima colocación de LumboLoc Forte
ES, se debe comprobar si el producto está suficientemente adaptado o si se debe encargar a un
especialista su readaptación a la anatomía del paciente. La (primera) adaptación del producto y su
instrucción solo puede ser realizada por personal competente2.
La etiqueta cosida de LumboLoc Forte ES, que contiene datos como el nombre del producto, la talla,
el fabricante, instrucciones de lavado y símbolo CE, se encuentra en el borde superior del tejido.
Lleve LumboLoc Forte ES sobre la camiseta o prenda interior.
El uso en combinación con otros productos, p.ej. en el marco de una terapia de compresión (panties
de compresión), solo puede realizarse previo consejo médico.
Si detecta alteraciones fuera de lo normal o un aumento de las molestias, consulte inmediatamente a
su médico.
En caso de utilización inadecuada o para otro uso denegamos toda responsabilidad.
Evite el uso de pomadas o ungüentos que contengan grasas o ácidos.
No manipule indebidamente el producto. De no observarse esta advertencia, el rendimiento del
producto puede verse afectado y la garantía perder su validez.
Hasta ahora no se conocen efectos secundarios que afecten a todo el organismo, siempre que el
producto esté colocado y se use correctamente. No apriete demasiado LumboLoc Forte ES, ya que
puede producir presión local o, rara vez, constricción en los vasos sanguíneos y los nervios. En tal
caso, afloje las cintas de LumboLoc Forte ES y, si es necesario, encargue que comprueben la talla de
su LumboLoc Forte ES.
Contiene látex de caucho natural (elastodieno) que puede producir irritación cutánea en
personas hipersensibles. Si observa reacciones alérgicas, quítese el ortesis.
Contraindicaciones
No se han constatado reacciones de hipersensibilidad hasta la fecha. En el caso de existir alguno de
los cuadros clínicos que se indican a continuación, las ayudas técnicas únicamente podrán utilizarse
previa aprobación de su médico :
• Afecciones/ lesiones cutáneas en la zona correspondiente del cuerpo, especialmente inflamaciones.
También cicatrices abiertas con hinchazón, enrojecimiento y acumulación de calor
• Pérdida de sensibilidad y alteraciones en los movimientos del brazo o la mano, p.ej en la diabetes
mellitus
• Trastornos del flujo linfático, así como hinchazón de origen incierto en partes blandas localizadas
lejos de la zona de aplicación de la ortesis.
• Limitaciones importantes de la eficacia cardiopulmonar (peligro de aumento de la presión sanguí-
nea al realizar grandes esfuerzos con LumboLoc Forte ES colocada).
Indicaciones
Colocación de LumboLoc Forte ES
A – Cierre con aberturas para los dedos, B – Cinturones de tracción,
C – Almohadilla abdominal, D – Almohadilla lumbar
1Abra LumboLoc Forte ES. Pase las manos por las aberturas para los dedos practicadas en el
cierre y coloque la ortesis a la altura de la cintura, centrada sobre la pelvis. La almohadilla abdominal
está a la izquierda. 2Pase el cierre izquierdo hacia el interior, ligeramente por debajo del abdomen.
3Cierre la ortesis. 4Sujete los cinturones de tracción con ambas manos y tire de ellos
lateralmente hacia delante hasta lograr una estabilidad agradable para usted. 5Cierre primero el
cinturón de tracción izquierdo. 6Ahora cierre el cinturón derecho. Ambos cinturones pueden estar
superpuestos.
Cómo quitarse LumboLoc Forte ES
Abra primero los cinturones de tracción. Después, abra el cierre grande.
Quítese LumboLoc Forte ES.
Indicaciones de limpieza
Recomendación: No deje nunca LumboLoc Forte ES sobre calor directo (como calefacción, al sol, en el
coche) ya que se puede dañar el producto y esto puede mermar la efectividad de LumboLoc Forte ES.
Cierre todas las cintas de Velcro antes de lavar el producto para evitar daños en el mismo. Lave
LumboLoc Forte ES y las almohadillas a mano por separado con un detergente para prendas
delicadas.

Según las indicaciones (espalda). Ámbito de aplicación.
Instrucciones de mantenimiento
Si se maneja y cuida de modo apropiado, el producto apenas exige mantenimiento.
Indicaciones de montaje
LumboLoc Forte ES se suministra en talla estándar, listo para ser utilizado.
Las almohadillas cuentan con una cinta de Velcro y pueden desplazarse sobre la parte de tejido,
permitiendo la adaptación individual a la anatomía del paciente.
Datos y parámetros técnicos
LumboLoc Forte ES consta de una pieza de tejido y de almohadillas lumbar y abdominal. Ambas
almohadillas están premontadas. No existen piezas de repuesto.
Información sobre su reutilización
LumboLoc Forte ES está previsto únicamente para uso personal. Ha sido ajustado personalmente
para usted. Por tanto, no pase LumboLoc Forte ES a terceras personas.
Garantía
Bauerfeind AG garantiza este producto conforme a la legislación vigente así como a sus condiciones
de suministro y contrato (AGB), siempre que se respeten todos los puntos citados.
En caso de reclamaciones, póngase en contacto únicamente con su comercio especializado. Le
advertimos que sólo pueden aceptarse productos limpios.
Obligación de informar
De conformidad a las normas legales regionales vigentes, usted tiene la obligación de informar

Recomendaciones generales
• Tras el primer tratamiento, compruebe la óptima adaptación individual de LumboLoc Forte ES.
Realice las posibles correcciones necesarias.
• Practique con el paciente la correcta colocación del producto.
• No se permite realizar ninguna alteración inadecuada del producto. Si hace caso omiso a esta
advertencia, la eficacia del mismo puede verse afectada y la garantía perder su validez.
• LumboLoc Forte ES está previsto para el tratamiento de un solo paciente.
Las varillas de corsé tienen una forma anatómica, sin embargo, deben adaptarse a la anatomía
individual del paciente.
Adaptación de las varillas
Retire las varillas cuidadosamente de la parte exterior de la ortesis y adáptelas a la anatomía del
paciente. Vuelva a introducir las tres varillas en las fundas correspondientes.
Colocación de las almohadillas
Separe las almohadillas de la pieza de tejido de la ortesis. Coloque las almohadillas en los puntos
anatómicamente correctos y vuelva a fijarlas.
