The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and
parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects that
occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be
repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion, solely at our option with
no charge for parts and labour. The benefits conferred by this warranty
are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that
the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and
similar state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Read this manual thoroughly before installing the Swing Arm Wall Bracket to
ensure your personal and other people’s safety and to avoid any property loss.
If you do not understand these directions, or have any questions in relation
to the safety of the installation, we recommend you contact a qualified
professional. For all other general inquiries, please contact the after sales
support line on the number at the bottom of the page.
• Before installation, check carefully to ensure that there are no missing or
defective parts. All parts are listed and illustrated on the following page.
• Never use defective parts. Our customer service representatives can
quickly assist you with installation questions and replacement for missing
or defective parts.
• Do not use this product for any purpose that is not explicitly specified
in this manual. Handle and use the bracket strictly according to the
instructions.
• Improper installation may cause damage or serious injury.
• We assume no liability for any eventual damage or injury caused by
incorrect mounting, incorrect assembly or incorrect use.
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• This is not a toy. Keep the Swing Arm Wall Bracket away from infants and
children. Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play
with the product.
• Mount the wall plate far away from any water source and direct sunlight.
WARNING: Choose a structurally-sound wall area that is strong enough
to hold the weight of the TV as well as the wall bracket.
WARNING: DO NOT attach the wall mount to a hollow wall or decorative
room divider. Only use this Swing Arm Wall Bracket in
accordance with the technical specications below:
For TV screen size: 13” up to 47” (33cm -119cm)
Maximum weight load: 40kg
Adjustable tilt angle: -8° to +8° up/down
Adjustable pan angle: 90° left and 90° right
Distance from wall: 64-438mm
Supported VESA dimensions: 75x75, 100x100, 100x200,
200x200 and 400x400.

Getting Started
IMPORTANT!
• Only install this bracket on a structurally-sound wall area that is strong
enough to hold the weight of the TV as well as the wall mount.
• Mount the bracket far away from any water source and direct sunlight.
• DO NOT attach the bracket to a hollow wall or decorative room divider.
• Consult your builder for advice if you want to install the bracket to a wood
stud wall. The wall must be strong enough for the weight of the bracket
and the TV.
• This Swing Arm Wall Bracket consists of a wall plate with a swing arm
and a TV mounting plate at the end. You first affix the wall plate to the
wall, then you will need help to attach your TV to the TV mounting plate.
Before you start installing the wall bracket
• Unpack the product but keep all packaging materials until you have made
sure your new Swing Arm Wall Bracket is undamaged. (In case of damage,
contact our After Sales Support line for advice on examination, repair or
return of the damaged product). Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation
hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are
out of their reach.
• Read this manual to familiarise yourself with all the parts and installation
instructions. Pay particular attention to the safety instructions on page 5.
• All the parts that are supplied for installation are pictured on page 6 with
their respective part identification letter (A to J). Sort the items accordingly
so you know which ones to use during installation.

Installation
Step 1: Attaching the wall plate
a) Remove the plastic cover over the wall mount plate by placing your
fingertips on the bottom edges and pulling it out.
b) Using the wall plate and spirit level, outline the location of the three holes
on the wall. Ensure the holes are aligned.
NOTE: If you want to install the wall mount to a wood stud wall, consult
your builder for advice. The wall must be strong enough for the weight of
the wall mount and the TV.
Ensure the TV mounting plate is detached from the swing arm.
1. Unscrew the locking bolt behind the TV mounting plate using a Phillips
head screwdriver. (See Fig. 1.)
2. Pull the TV mounting plate upwards to detach it from the swing arm.

c) Using the masonry bit, pre-drill three holes;10mm in diameter and 50mm
deep at each marked spot on a concrete or brick wall (see Fig. 2 below).
WARNING: Do not drill into mortar joints.
d) Place the masonry plugs (B) into the holes and gently tap them with a
hammer until they are flush with the wall (Fig. 3).

e) Use the three screws (A) to affix the Swing Arm Wall Bracket (K) into the
anchors in the wall, as illustrated below (Fig. 4), and then tighten the
screws securely. Push back the plastic cover from the top side and then
push the bottom side.

Step 2: Attaching the TV to the TV mounting plate
For TVs with 75x75, 100x100, 100x200 and 200x200 VESA patterns:
a) When the wall plate is properly attached to the wall, pull the swing arm
out as far out from the wall as possible.
b) Lay your TV face-down on a flat surface, and on something soft so as
not to scratch the TV screen. Check the back of your TV to find the
appropriate mounting pattern.
c) On the rear of the TV, locate the screw holes used for attaching a wall
bracket. Position the assembled TV mounting plate over these holes.
Select the appropriate bolts (F/G/H) and washers (C/D/E) that fit the
thread holes at the back of your TV monitor.
NOTE: Due to the many varieties of television, you may need to visit your
local hardware supplier to find the correct bolt and washer sizes.
d) Insert the four selected bolts through the appropriate washers (C/D/E)
and the corresponding holes on the TV mounting plate into the thread
holes on the back of the TV, then tighten the bolts.
e) Carefully lift TV and hook the TV mounting plate over the swing arm. Do
not let go of the TV until the it is securely in place on the swing arm.
f) Tighten the locking bolt using a Philips-head screwdriver to secure the
TV. This will help ensure that your TV does not fall off the wall mount
during use.
NOTE: Ensure you have two people to perform steps (e) and (f) to avoid
damaging the TV or causing injury.

For TVs with 400x400 VESA pattern:
a) When the wall plate is properly attached to the wall, pull the swing arm
out as far out from the wall as possible.
b) Lay your TV face down on something soft so as not to scratch the TV
screen. Check the back of your TV to find the appropriate mounting
pattern.
c) Select Screws (G), Washers (D) and Nuts (J) to attach the TV mounting
plate arms to the TV mounting plate as shown in the diagram below. (See
Fig. 6 below). Use TV mounting plate arms type 1 on the top right and
bottom left corners, and type 2 on the top left and bottom right corners.
NOTE: Use a Phillips-head screwdriver and socket wrench to securely
tighten the TV mounting plate arms to the TV mounting plate.
d) On the rear of the TV, locate the screw holes used for attaching a wall
bracket. Position the assembled TV mounting plate over these holes.
Insert the four selected bolts through the appropriate washers (C/D/E)
and the corresponding holes on the TV mounting plate and into the
thread holes on the back of the TV, as shown in Fig. 5 on page 10. (The
illustration shows the TV mounting plate without the attached swing arm
and wall plate, for better visibility). Then tighten the bolts.
e) Carefully lift TV and hook the TV mounting plate over the swing arm. Do
not let go of the TV until the it is securely in place on the swing arm.
f) Tighten the locking bolt to secure the TV using a Philips-head
screwdriver. This will help ensure that your TV does not fall off the wall
mount during use.
NOTE: Ensure you have two people to perform steps (e) and (f) to avoid
damaging the TV or causing injury.

Step 3: Adjusting the viewing angle
a) The illustration below shows all the parts of the completed Swing Arm
Wall Bracket.
b) To adjust the viewing angle upwards or downwards, loosen the three
adjustment bolts (see below) with the supplied Allen Key (I) and tilt the
monitor on the mounting plate slightly. Tighten the adjustment bolts
securely after you have found the correct viewing angle. Take care not to
overtighten.
c) To adjust the viewing distance and/or the viewing angle to the left or right,
move the swing arm (illustrated on the next page).
IMPORTANT!
Attaching a flat panel TV to a wall mount requires specialist knowledge.
We assume no liability for any injury or material damage incurred due
to incorrect assembly or use. Make sure to follow all instructions in this
manual, and if you require professional advice, please consult a relevant
tradesperson.

WARNING!
• Tighten all bolts necessary for the installation of the Swing Arm Wall
Bracket firmly to ensure the wall plate is securely attached to the wall
and the mounting plate to the TV monitor. Do not overtighten them, or
you could damage them and greatly reduce their holding power.
• Tighten all the screws securely with the supplied Allen key (I).
• Do no remove or loosen any screw or bolt until it is no longer engaged
with the mount. Doing so may cause the screen to fall.

Please be aware that if your product is capable of retaining user-generated data
(such as files stored on a computer hard drive, telephone numbers stored on
a mobile telephone, songs stored on a portable media player, games saved on
a games console or files stored on a USB memory stick) during the process of
repair, some or all of your stored data may be lost. We recommend you save this
data elsewhere prior to sending the product for repair.
You should also be aware that rather than repairing goods, we may replace them
with refurbished goods of the same type or use refurbished parts in the repair
process.
Please be assured though, refurbished parts or replacements are only used
where they meet ALDI’s stringent quality specications.
