then insert cutters blades in second and third position along the length of 90 cm or 120
cm.
•Pay attention to cutters blades cutting edge direction, as there is a right side and a left
side for any position.
•Insert side disks in the hexagonal hole and block the cutters using the through pin (with a
length variable according to the cutters width) inserting on the other side the washer and screwing the nut M14. The cutters tie
pin must always be introduced from the right side (right side from driving position), in order to avoid fastening nut unscrewing
during machine running. See PICT. 2
•Fit the rear spur already connected with the arm, on the rear part of cutters crankcase support, using the pin and the special
spring.
•Fit the handlebar on the support with the full-side adjustment (rack, wheel system) is fitted with a single pin on the hand lever.
•Fit transmission rod on the lever coming out from left side of transmission, blocking it with the rapid fastening device pre-fitted

STARTING ENGINE
Starting the engine of the machine always follow these instructions very carefully:
•only in version 4 stroke Check the oil in the engine : THE BRAND NEW MACHINE IS DELIVERED
WITHOUT OIL IN THE ENGINE, THEREFORE YOU SHOULD FILL IT UP TO THE LEVEL ON THE DIP
STICK OF THE OIL CUP.
•Start the engine only in open spaces.
•Check that there is fuel in the tank, and add it if necessary.
•Ensure that the gear engagement lever is neutral. Keep your feet away from motor hoe cutters.
•Petrol cock must be open (where fitted).
•Activate valve lifter in diesel engines.
•Pull the choke lever on the engine (on petrol engine).
•Keep the motor stop lever pressed down with left hand (see PICT. 4 ref. A) and at the same time pull to the
bottom the clutch lever (PICT. 4 Ref. “B” ) in order to block the lever (A) in down position.
•Insert clutch blocking device (PICT. 4 Ref. “C”).
•Turn the accelerator lever one quarter (PICT. 4 Ref. “D”). Pull the starting rope by the handle smoothly first than
strongly: when you feel some resistance don’t leave the handle but help the recoiling of the rope with your hand
(PICT. 5 Ref. “F”).
•When the engine runs move the accelerator lever (PICT. 4 Ref. “D”) and warm up the engine sufficiently before
starting work.
•When the engine is warm disconnect the starter (on petrol engine).
-PICT. n°5-
STOPPING ENGINE
•Turn accelerator lever (PICT. 4 Ref. “D”) at the minimum rpm engine.
•Close the petrol cock (where fitted).
•Release the motor stop lever (PICT. 4 Ref. “A”).
•The lever (PICT. 4 - Ref. “A”) also acts as emergency stop device; in such case releasing the lever the engine immediately
stops.
REMEMBER NEVER TO TIE THE MOTOR STOP LEVER TO THE HANDLEBAR KNOB USING THE POWER-HOE.
