Nelle presenti istruzioni è rappresentata l’installazione sul
motoriduttore DU.350N, la procedura di montaggio è simile an-
che per i modelli della serie DU.IT.
Nota per motoriduttore DU.350N:
L’inserimento del motoriduttore nella cassa deve essere effet-
tuato con la staffa nella posizione evidenziata nella Fig.1.
Con riferimento a Fig.2:
1- Sostituire, se presente, la staffa di traino standard S1 con
la staffa fornita nel kit (S2), lasciando in ogni caso interposta la
sfera F.
2 - Sostituire staffa motore M con il pignone a catena P utiliz-
zando per il ssaggio il perno P fornito in dotazione bloccato con
frenaletti medio.
Con riferimento a Fig.3:
3 - Collegare i due pignoni con la catena, chiudendola con l’ap-
posito giunto evidenziato nel particolare “A”. Nel kit DU.180N
è fornita una maglia aggiuntiva da inserire come indicato nel
particolare “B”.
Nota importante: la lunghezza della catena è dimensionata per
non avere laschi una volta in posizione di lavoro.
Per questo motivo prima di chiudere la cantena con il gunto
può essere necessario allentare i dadi di ssaggio alla cassa e
inclinare il motoriduttore (particolare “C”) in modo da favorirne
l’aggancio. Con il successivo ssaggio del motoriduttore alla
cassa si otterrà il tensionamento della catena di trasmissione.
4 - Procedere al ssaggio della staffa sull’anta come da manuale
istruzioni del motoriduttore.

These instructions show the installation of a DU.350N gear motor.
The assembly procedure is similar also for DU.IT series models.
Note for the DU.350N geared motor :
The geared motor should be placed in the casing with bracket
in the position shown in Fig. 1.
Refer to Fig. 2:
1- Replace, if provided, the standard drive bracket S1 with the
bracket supplied with the kit (S2). Ball F should be kept.
2 - Replace the motor bracket M with the chain pinion P, by using
the xing pin P supplied and locked by medium threadlocker.
Refer to Fig.3:
3 - Connect the two pinions with the chain, close it by means of
the special joint, as shown in detail “A”. In the kit DU.180N an
additional mesh is supplied, which must be inserted as shown
in detail “B”.
Important note: the length of the chain is sized in order not to
bend once in operating position.
For this reason, before closing the chain with the joint, it might
be required to loosen the tting nuts and tilt the gear motor
(detail “C”) in order to facilitate the hooking operation. When
the gear motor is then tted to the casing, the drive chain will
be tensioned.
4 - Fix the bracket onto the leaf, as per the instruction manual of
the gear motor.

Ces instructions indiquent l’installation sur le motoréducteur
DU.350N, la procédure de montage est à peu près la même
pour les modèles de la série DU.IT.
Note pour le motoréducteur DU.350N:
le montage du moteur dans le caisson doit être effectué avec la
bride dans la position représentée sur la Fig. 1
En se référant à la Fig.2:
1- Substituez, si présente, la bride d’entraînement standard S1
avec la bride fournie dans le kit (S2), en tout cas il faut laisser
interposée la sphère F.
2 – Substituez la bride moteur M avec le pignon à chaîne P en
utilisant pur le xer le maneton P fourni en dotation bloqué avec
frein-let moyen.
En se référant à la Fig.3:
3 – Branchez les deux pignons avec la chaîne et fermez-la avec le
maillon spécial mis en évidence dans le détail “A”. Le kit DU.180N
fournit en outre un maillon additionnel à insérer comme indiqué
dans le détail “B”.
Important à noter: la longueur de la chaîne est dimensionnée
pour ne pas avoir de jeu une fois en position de travail.
Pour cette raison avant de fermer la chaîne avec le maillon il pour-
rait être nécessaire de desserrer les écrous de xation à la caisse
et incliner le motoréducteur (détail “C”) pour en favoriser l’accro-
chage. Avec la xation suivante du motoréducteur à la caisse on
aura la mise en tension de la chaîne de transmission.
4 – A’ ce point là xez la bride sur le vantail suivant les modes
d’emploi du motoréducteur.

Vorliegende Anleitungen beziehen sich auf die Installation an dem
Antrieb DU.350N. Die Montageprozedur ist ähnlich wie für die
Modelle der Serie DU.IT.
Hinweis für Antriebe DU.350N:
Der Antrieb muss mit dem Bügel in der in Abb. 1 gezeigten
Position in das Gehäuse eingesetzt werden.
Bezugnehmend auf Abb. 2:
1- Falls vorhanden, den Standard-Zugbügel S1 mit dem mit-
gelieferten Bügel (S2) ersetzen; die Kugel F muss dazwischen
montiert sein.
2- Den Bügel des Motors M mit dem Kettenrad P ersetzen und
zur Befestigung den mitgelieferten Stift P verwenden der mit
durchschnittlicher Gewindepaste blockiert wird.
Bezugnehmend auf Abb. 3:
3 – Die beiden Kettenräder mit der Kette verbinden und diese
mit der Kupplung im Bild „A“ schließen. Im Set DU.180N ist eine
zusätzliche Masche enthalten, die wie in Abb. „B“ gezeigt, ein-
gesetzt wird.
Wichtige Bemerkung: die Kettenlänge ist so ausgelegt, dass sich
in Betriebsposition keine Senkung ergibt.
Daher könnte es erforderlich sein, die Befestigungsmuttern am
Gehäuse zu lockern und den Antrieb zu neigen (siehe Abb. „C“)
um den Verschluss der Kette zu begünstigen. Danach muss der
Antrieb wieder am Gehäuse befestigt werden, wodurch sich die
Antriebskette spannt.
4 – Den Bügel am Flügel laut Anweisungen des Antriebs befe-
stigen.
