3. Parts and Controls
On/Off button
(setting of the 2 intensity levels)

8
4. Introduction
This Vibrating Massage Ball performs targeted spot massage of tense muscle
groups. It can also help to loosen connective tissue. The massage ball is
comfortable to use because of its soft-touch surface. It features two intensity
levels for both gentle and strong massage intensities.
Installing/Changing Batteries
1. Remove the packaging.
2. Check the device and batteries for damage.
3. Open the two halves of the massage ball by twisting them in opposite
directions (twist the top half counterclockwise).
4. Insert three “AAA” batteries (included) into the battery compartment, ensuring
the polarity (+/-) is correct.
5. Reassemble the two halves. When properly closed, the arrow markings on the
two halves will align.

9
5. To Use
CAUTION
The massage should always feel pleasant and relaxing. If you feel pain
or discomfort, stop the massage, change your position, or decrease
the contact pressure.
•
You can switch on the device by pressing the On/Off button once. The
massage ball starts to vibrate at the strongest intensity level.
•
If you press the On/Off button again, the ball starts to vibrate at the weaker
of the two intensity levels. Select one of the two intensity levels depending
on your personal preferences.
Note
Treat each area (lower body, mid-body and upper body) three times a
week for about 15 minutes each session. We recommend training all
three areas, but you may choose to focus on one area. Perform each
treatment slowly and carefully.
6. Treatment Suggestions
Calf
Sit on the floor and place one leg on the
massage ball so that it is positioned on the
bottom half of the calf. Support yourself with
your hands while leaning back and lift your hips.
Tense your stomach and bottom muscles and
shift your lower body forwards and backwards.
The calf muscles are stimulated.

10
Thigh/bottom
Lie on your side on the floor and stretch both legs
straight out. Bend one arm and support yourself
on the floor with your elbow while keeping your
other arm relaxed by your side. Place the massage
ball under your hips. Now roll over the ball with
slow movements. Vary the exercise by supporting
yourself with both arms while leaning back; then
roll your bottom over the ball with gentle pressing
movements.
Chest
Sit upright on the floor or on a chair and hold the ball
in one hand. Now roll it over your chest in circular
movements. In order to increase the pressure, you can
also lean against a wall while standing up, with your
front facing the wall.
Arm/shoulder
Lean against a wall while standing up, with your side
facing the wall. Place the ball between your upper
arm and the wall. Now apply gentle pressure on the
ball and move up and down with your legs so that the
ball rolls slowly along your arm. Increase the distance
between your legs and the wall in order to increase the
pressure on the ball.
Now slowly turn your back to the wall so that the ball
moves along your shoulder area and the muscles in
your shoulders are stimulated.

11
Back
Turn your back to the wall and place the ball on the
right or left next to the spine between your back and
the wall. Now move slowly up and down and roll the
ball over your back.
CAUTION
Do not roll the ball directly over bones
