ございます。ご使用前にあたっては必ず本書をお読みいただき、ご使用さ

●ビッグプラス・ホルダは機械主軸とホルダのテーパおよびフ
ランジ端面の二面を同時密着させることによって、高剛性、
高精度加工を可能にした二面拘束ホルダです。
●ビッグプラス・システムは、大昭和精機（株）の規格商品です。
他メーカーのツールで、端面を研磨したものもありますが、
本システムでの二面拘束はできませんのでご注意ください。
1.ホルダを機械に取り付ける際には、ホルダのシャンク
部およびフランジ端面部や、機械主軸のテーパ部、
端面部の油分、ゴミ等を完全に取り除いてください。
（ゴミが付いていますと二面拘束としての性能を十分に
発揮することができません。）
4.通常のBTシャンクとはフランジ端面部の位置が異なり
ますので（上表参照）機械への装着時には、機械主軸端
面に干渉物がないか必ずご確認ください。
（JIS・ISO規格以外の主軸や給油プラグが付いている
フランジスルー対応の主軸には、ご注意ください。）
2.ホルダのテーパや端面にキズのあるものは使用しない
でください。
3.プルボルトを取り付ける際には、確実に締め込んでくだ
さい。（詳細はプルボルトの取扱説明書をご覧ください。）
Remove oil and dirt on the taper shank and the flange face of
BIG PLUS Holder, and on the taper hole and the nose of a
machine spindle before mounting BIG PLUS Holder in a
machine spindle. (In case that dirt is left on the faces
mentioned above, BIG PLUS Holder cannot perform normally
as the double face contact holder.)
BIG PLUS System is Standadized by BIG DAISHOWA
SEIKI CO LTD. Be careful that the holders ground on flange
face by other manufacturers cannot attain the double face
contact on BIG PLUS System.
BIG PLUS Holder is the double face contact holder which makes
two faces of taper shank and flange simultaneously contact with
a machine spindle, and achieves high rigidity and precise
machining.
Make sure that no interference exists on the nose face of a
machine spindle since BIG PLUS Holder and the present
MAS-BT shank holder differ in the position of flange face.
(Be careful of the machine spindles which are in accordance
with neither JIS nor ISO Standard, or supplies coolant from
flange face since the coolant nozzle must exist.)
Tighten a pull-stud bolt securely.
(Refer to the operation manual of your pull-stud bolt. )
Do not use holders with flaws on the taper shank and the
flange face.

●ビッグプラス・スピンドルシステムは機械の主軸端面とホル
ダのフランジ端面部を各々伸ばし、テーパと端面の二面を拘
束させることを標準化したシステムです。
機械がプルボルトを引き込んでいないときは、テーパ部のみ
が接しており、端面部には隙間が生じています。プルボルトを
引き込むことによって、機械主軸が広がりホルダが引き込まれ、
テーパ部および端面部が密着します。
BIG PLUS Spindle System is standardized in the double face
contact of taper shank and flange by extending the nose of a
machine spindle and the flange of a holder.
Before a pull-stud bolt is drawn by a machine, only the taper
shank is in contact with a machine spindle, and a gap exists
between the nose of a machine spindle and the face of BIG
PLUS Holder. After a pull-stud bolt is drawn, a machine spindle
elastically widens , and the taper shank and the flange face are
in contact with a machine spindle.

2.プルボルトを引き込む力が低下しますと、二面拘束に支
障をきたし十分に能力を発揮することができませんので、
定期的に点検を行ってください。
（機械メーカーへお問い合わせください。）
3.ゲージラインから機械主軸端面までの寸法が、規定値に
なっていませんと二面拘束に支障をきたしますので、定
期的に点検を行ってください。
（機械メーカーへお問い合わせください。） 
Clean the taper hole and the nose face of a machine spindle
periodically. (It is convenient to utilize BIG AUTO CLEANER
and FLANGE FACE CLEANER.) In case that dirt is left on
the surfaces mentioned above, BIG PLUS Holder cannot
perform normally as the double face contact holder.
In case that the force of drawing a pull-stud bolt decreases,
difficulties will arise in two contact faces and BIG PLUS
spindle system cannot perform normally. Inspect the force of
drawing a pull-stud bolt periodically. (Consult your machine
manufacturer.)
In case that the length between the gauge line and the nose
of a machine spindle is off the prescribed dimension,
difficulties will arise in two contact faces. Check the length
between the gauge line and the nose of a machine spindle
periodically. (Consult your machine manufacturer.)
1.自動運転等を行う際には、定期的に機械主軸のテーパ、
端面の清掃を行ってください。   オートクリーナ、
端面クリーナをご使用になると便利です。ゴミが付いて
いますと二面拘束としての性能を十分に発揮することが
できません。
