Please read these instructions before use and keep them where
the operator may refer to them whenever necessary.
特殊シールリング（PSリング）により、確実に刃先からの給油が行えます。オイルホールドリルなど
油穴付刃具にご使用ください。
Sealing rubber PS RING seals coolant at cutting tool periphery and thus is supplied from
cutting tool of coolant hole.
適合刃具サイズについて
パーフェクトシール型式末尾の刃具シャンク範囲に対応しています。
（右図例参照）
範囲外の刃具シャンク径では刃具が取り付けできなかったり、十分な
シール効果が得られませんので、適合サイズをご確認の上ご使用くだ
さい。
CHECKING THE SIZE OF PERFECT SEAL
Suitable range of cutting tool diameter is determined by each model of
the PERFECT SEAL. Check the suitable size by referring to the end of
model number.

PSリングの損傷などにより、クーラントの漏れが発生した場合には、PSリングを交換してください。
PSリングは単体販売も行っております。
If coolant leakage occurs due to damage to the PS RING, it is necessary to exchange the PS RING.
The PS RING is sold separately.
PSリングの取り外し方
ナット口元側からPSリングを押し出すようにし、取り外してください。取り
外す際、PSリングやナット内径がキズつかないようにご注意ください。
また、一度、取り外したPSリングは油漏れの可能性があるため、ご使用しな
いでください。
HOW TO REMOVE THE PS RING
PS RING is removed by depressing it from the front side. Care should be taken to
hurt your finger with the internal thread or others.
Do not reuse the removed PS RING due to possible coolant leakage.

ご注意CAUTION
チャック本体にパーフェクトシールを仮付け（2〜3回まわした）
状態で刃具を確実に挿入し、専用レンチでしっかりと締め付
けてください。締め付けトルクはチャック本体に付属してい
る取扱説明書をご参照ください。
Insert the cutting tool surely in the state that PERFECT SEAL is
screwed in 2 -3 turns into the chuck body, and tighten PERFECT
SEAL with the exclusive wrench.
Refer to the operation manual enclosed in the chuck body about
tightening torque.
刃具シャンクをウエス等できれいに清掃し、ゴミや油膜を取
り除いてください。また刃具シャンク部に打痕等の傷がある
ものは、把握力、精度の低下になりますのでご使用にならな
いでください。
Clean the shank of a cutting tool with a waste and etc., and
remove dust and oil film. Do not use a cutting tool with dents on
its shank, otherwise clamping force and accuracy become bad.
ご注意CAUTION
必ずコレットをパーフェクトシールに取
り付けてからチャック本体に取り付けて
ください。
Always attach the collet to PERFECT
SEAL before attaching it to the chuck body.

パーフェクトシールのBIGマークにコレットの
スリット位置を（図1）のように合わせます。
BIGマークの方向から矢印1の方向に力を加
えながら、矢印2の方向に「こねる」ように
押し出してください。(図2)
Align BIG mark on PERFECT SEAL in the position where the slit of
a collet is located as shown in the figure.(Fig.1)
While applying force in the direction of BIG mark as shown in 1,
squeeze and push the collet out in the direction of 2.(Fig.2)
MPS6,8など指での作業が行いにくい場合、別売の「コレットエジェクタ」をご使用ください。
パーフェクトシールのBIGマークの反対側に
ある大きいリブにコレットをひっかけて、小
さいリブ側を押し込んでください。
Hook the collet on the bigger rib that is located
on the opposite side of BIG mark on
PERFECT SEAL, and push it into the smaller
rib as shown in the figure.

Align the BIG mark on PERFECT
SEAL with the between to slit and
slit of collet.

コレットを軸方向にまっすぐ引っ張ることによって、ナットから取り外す
ことができます。
Remove the collet by pulling it back straight in the axial direction.
パーフェクトシールの後方からコレットを挿入し、コレット先端
のリブ部が、カチッとセットされるまで押し込んでください。
EPSの場合、マークを合わせる必要はありません。
Put the collet to the PERFECT SEAL from the backside. Push the collet
until the rib of the nut fits in the groove on the collet with click sound.
