1.
Install the levelling mounts (

) into the threaded inserts on the bottom
of the base assembly (

). Fasten the swivel rocker assembly

to the
base assembly

using 4 of hardware

. The front and rear edges of
the swivel should be flush to the cross braces. The upper part of the
swivel will need to be rotated 45 degrees to allow for access to
each hole on the bottom of the swivel. Start screws in the center of
the cross braces.

Repeat process to connect

After the Arm Uprights are
connected, insert Armrest Support

into the groove under the arms (

) and into the cutout in the
Uprights (

). Approx. 3/8" of

should protrude from the end of the
arms. Use (10) of hardware

connect.
NOTE: These arms will be attached
to the chair in Step 6.

Lift the assembly of
A/B
onto Seat
Base

. The ends of the Swivel/Rocker
bracket of the swivel base slide into a slot
on the bottom of each side of the seat
base. Looking through the holes on the
inside of the frame, align the swivel
bracket slots with the nuts in the base and
thread (2) of hardware

in the location
shown on each side.

Insert Sling Spacer Assembly

into the seat. Insure it is pushed
against the back. Fasten with 6 of
hardware

6.
Attach the arms from Step 3. Rest
the notch of the Arm Upright on the
top of the Seat Base. Align the tenon
at the back of the Armrest to its
corresponding slot in the Seat Back
and screw fast using (2) of hardware

for each arm as shown. Then,
attach the Arm Uprights using (2) of
hardware

for each side as shown.
