• DO NOT touch the areas of the appliance surrounding the hob(s). These become hot during use.
• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the unit and allow to cool before cleaning.
• Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance to the regulations of
local authorities.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an BUFFALO agent or a recommended qualified
technician in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance is not intended for use be persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities , or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision

Operation
1. Position the appliance in a suitable location.
2. Ensure the power setting is set to '0'. Connect to the power supply.
3. Turn the control knob clockwise to set the power to the desired level. When the boiler ring is heating,
the red indicator is illuminated. When temperature setting is reached red indicator will switch off
4. Place the pan on the ring.
5. When cooking is complete, remove the pan from the hob and turn the power control to '0'.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Always switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
• Always allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
• Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth for cleaning.
• A BUFFALO agent or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.
Troubleshooting
If your BUFFALO appliance develops a fault, please check the following table before making a call to the
Helpline.
Note: Before using the appliance for the first time,.wipe the hobs clean with a damp
cloth. This removes any residue that may have built up during transit.
Note: Double boiling rings have individual power controls, which need to be set for each
ring.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:
• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L
• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed, using a dedicated earthing circuit.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency
disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.

Inleiding
Neem de tijd en lees deze handleiding aandachtig door. Een correct gebruik en onderhoud van deze

Verpakkingsinhoud
De verpakking bevat een:

Bediening
1. Plaats het apparaat op een geschikte locatie.
2. Zorg dat de stroominstelling op '0' staat. Sluit het apparaat aan op het stopcontact.
3. Draai de bedieningsknop naar rechts om het vermogen in te stellen op het gewenste niveau. Wanneer
de ketel ring aan het opwarmen is, wordt het rode lampje branden. Wanneer de temperatuur instelling
is bereikt rode lampje gaat uit.
4. Plaats de pan op de kookplaat.
5. Na het koken haalt u de pan van het kookvlak en draait u de stroomknop naar de positie '0'.
Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud
• Alvorens het apparaat te reinigen dient men altijd de stroomvoorziening uit te schakelen.
• Laat het apparaat altijd afkoelen voordat u met het schoonmaken begint.
• Gebruik voor de reiniging warm zeepwater en een vochtig doek.
• Eventuele reparaties moeten door een BUFFALO technicus of een vaktechnicus worden uitgevoerd.
Oplossen van problemen
Indien er een storing van uw BUFFALO product optreedt, dient u de onderstaande tabel te raadplegen
alvorens contact op te nemen met uw BUFFALO dealer of de Hulplijn te bellen.
Opmerking: alvorens het eerste gebruik van het apparaat, dient u de kookvlakken met
een vochtige doek te reinigen. Dit verwijdert de eventuele stof die tijdens transport op
het apparaat is gekomen.
Opmerking: de dubbele kookplaat heeft afzonderlijke stroomknoppen die voor elk
kookvlak afzonderlijk moeten worden ingesteld.

Elektrische bedrading
Men dient de steker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:
• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L

De elektrische isolatiepunten mogen niet worden geblokkeerd. In geval van een nooduitschakeling moeten

Utilisation
1. Placez l'appareil à l'endroit qui convient.
2. Vérifiez que la tension est réglée sur '0'. Branchez l'appareil à l'alimentation secteur.
3. Faites tourner le thermostat dans le sens horaire, pour le régler sur la température voulue. Le témoin
d'alimentation s'allume.
4. Posez la casserole sur la plaque.
5. À la fin de la cuisson, retirez la casserole de la plaque et mettez le thermostat sur '0'.
Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance
• N'oubliez jamais d'éteindre l'appareil et d'en débrancher le cordon d'alimentation avant de le nettoyer.
• Laissez toujours l'appareil refroidir avant de le nettoyer.
• Pour le nettoyer, utilisez de l'eau tiède savonneuse et un torchon humide.
• Les réparations, le cas échéant, doivent être confiées à un agent BUFFALO ou à un technicien qualifié.
Dépannage
En cas de dysfonctionnement de votre appareil BUFFALO, vérifiez les données du tableau ci-dessous avant
d'appeler notre standard d'assistance ou votre revendeur BUFFALO.
Remarque : Avant la première mise en service de l'appareil, essuyez les plaques à l'aide
d'un torchon humide, pour éliminer les poussières éventuellement accumulées pendant
le transport.
Remarque : Les plaques de cuisson doubles sont munies de thermostats individuels, à
régler séparément pour chaque plaque de cuisson.

Raccordement électrique
La prise doit être reliée à la prise secteur qui convient.
Cet appareil est câblé comme suit :
• Fil conducteur (brun) à la borne marquée L
• Fil neutre (bleu) à la borne marquée N
• Fil de terre (vert / jaune) à la borne marquée E
Cet appareil doit être raccordé à la terre, par le biais d'un circuit de mise à la terre dédié.
En cas de doute, consultez un électricien qualifié.
Les points d'isolation électrique doivent être libres de toute obstruction. En cas de débranchement requis
en urgence, ils doivent être facilement accessibles.

Betrieb
1. Das Gerät an einem geeigneten Standort aufstellen.
2. Darauf achten, dass die Ein-/Austaste auf "0" steht. Gerät an den Netzstrom anschließen.
3. Den Regler im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um die gewünschte Energiestärke einzustellen. Wenn die
Kochplatte eingeschaltet ist, leuchtet die EIN-Anzeige.
4. Die Pfanne oder den Topf auf die Kochplatte stellen.
5. Nach der Zubereitung die Pfanne oder den Topf von der Kochplatte nehmen und den Regler auf "0"
stellen.
Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung
• Vor der Reinigung stets zunächst das Gerät abschalten, den Netzstecker ziehen
• und abwarten, bis sich das Gerät abgekühlt hat.
• Zum Reinigen eine warme Seifenlösung und ein feuchtes Tuch verwenden.
• Erforderliche Reparaturen sollten von einem BUFFALO-Mitarbeiter oder einem qualifizierten Techniker
ausgeführt werden.
Fehlersuche
Bei einem Defekt Ihres BUFFALO-Geräts konsultieren Sie bitte zunächst folgende Tabelle, bevor Sie die
Helpline oder Ihren BUFFALO-Händler anrufen.
Hinweis: Vor dem ersten Gebrauch des Geräts die Kochplatten mit einem feuchten Tuch
abwischen, um Rückstände zu entfernen, die sich während des Transports
angesammelt haben.
Hinweis: Doppelte Kochplatten sind mit separaten Reglern versehen, mit denen die
Heizstufe für jede Platte gesondert eingestellt werden muss.

Technische Spezifikationen
Elektroanschlüsse
Der Stecker muss in eine geeignete Steckdose gesteckt werden.
Das Gerät ist wie folgt verdrahtet:
• Stromführender Leiter (braun) an Klemme L
• Neutralleiter (blau) an Klemme N
• Erdleiter (grün/gelb) an Klemme E
Das Gerät muss über eine spezielle Erdleitung geerdet werden.

Suggerimenti per la sicurezza
• Posizionare il fabbricatore di ghiaccio su una superficie in piano e stabile.

• NON immergere in acqua.

Funzionamento
1. Collocare l'apparecchio in una posizione appropriata.
2. Assicurarsi che la potenza sia impostata su '0'. Collegare all'alimentazione elettrica.
3. Ruotare la manopola di controllo per impostare la potenza sul livello desiderato. Quando il fornello
elettrico è acceso, la spia ON è illuminata.
4. Collocare il recipiente sulla piastra.
5. Al termine della cottura, rimuovere il recipiente dalla piastra e ruotare il controllo della potenza su '0'.
Pulizia e manutenzione
• Prima di eseguire la pulizia, spegnere e scollegare l'apparecchio dall'alimentazione.
• Lasciare sempre raffreddare l'apparecchio prima di procedere alla pulizia.
• Utilizzare acqua calda saponata e un panno umido per pulire.
• Le riparazioni devono venire eseguite da un tecnico qualificato o da un agente BUFFALO.
Risoluzione dei problemi
In caso di guasto dell'erogatore di bevande, controllare quanto segue prima di contattare l'assistenza
telefonica.
Nota: prima di utilizzare l'apparecchio, pulire le piastre con un panno umido per
rimuovere eventuali residui accumulati durante il trasporto.

Cablaggi elettrici
La spina deve venire collegata a una presa di rete appropriata.
L'apparecchio ha i seguenti cablaggi:
