1) Connect220VACpower tothe L Nterminalsofthe centralized controller directly.
2) Do notlay the signalwireand thepowerwire ofthe centralized controller inthe samepower
wire pipe,there shouldbe300~500mm distancebetween two pipes.
3) The signalwire ofcentralized controllershouldnotexceed 1200m.
4) No intermediatejointis allowed for the shielded cable.Ifjointsare inevitable,crimpitwiththe
terminalblock.
5) After the centralized controllerisconnected,do notusemegohmmeter toinspectthe insulation
ofthe signalcable.
6) Wiring mode ofthe centralized controller and the network interface:
The communicationport betweenthe centralized controller and the network interfaceofthe air
conditioner is polarity-sensitive.The X,Yand Eatbothsidesshouldcorrespond properly.Dot
notcross-connectthe signalwires,the sametothe RS485-RS232 ofthe centralized controller.

The RS485-to-RS232 moduleandthe wires inthewiring diagramare used when the network
systemneedstoconnectwiththe computeronly. Onecomputer can connectwith16 centralized
controllersatmost,Namely the maximumofindoor units is16X64=1024,thatanetwork system
can connect.The centralized controllerscan be distinguished byaddress code,whichsetting range
is0to15.No duplicateaddressesisallowed inasamenetwork.

1.Centralized controller isused for controllingand dataquerying ofairconditionersinthe network.
Eachcentralized controller can be connected tomaximum64 indoor units,through485
communication can toformanairconditioner LANand realizethe centralized controlling
networkintheairconditioner.
2.Centralized controller can connectwithcomputeror gateway,torealizethe LANconnection
between computerand all the airconditioners,then can usecomputer toremotecontrol
(the computer software mustsupportit).Eachlocalcomputer orgatewaymaximallyconnect
16 centralizedcontrollers.

4.For the new seriesproduct,wecanconnectthe indoorCCMcontrollerviaXYEportofmaster
outdoor unitofeveryrefrigerantsystem.Noticethatinthiscase,the outdoor unitmustbeset
toautomaticserching address mode.And itwillbe effectiveafterabout 6minutes.
5.Toconnectindoor CCMcontroller viaXYE portof indoor unit,thiswiring method is suitablefor
all type ofindoor units,notjustfor newindoorunits.
6.When new indoor unitsand oldindoor unitsmix connecttoone refrigerantsystem,we can just
connect the indoorCCMcontrollerviaXYEportofindoorunits. Ifwe connectthe indoor CCM
controller viaXYEportofmasteroutdoor unit,the CCMcontroller can notcontrololdindoor
units.
7.Ifone systemthatconnecttoindoor CCMcontroller include 10 HPoraboveduct indoor unit,
we recommend you setthe addressofeveryindoorunitmanually.

sending,the LEDwillbe off.

The airconditionersinthe centralized controllernetworkareall under offstatus.
2) Abnormalstate
Ifthe airconditionersinthe centralized controller networkareerror orthe controllernetwork
iserror,the LEDwillflashas 2Hz.
2.Backlight
The backlightwillbe onbypressing anykeyexcept””,whenthe backlightisoff.
The backlightwillbe on,when centralized controller isoperating,
The backlightwillbe off,ifnokey ispressed over 30s.
3.Buzzer
When the backlightison and the centralized controllerkeysare un-lock,any key(exceptfor
the )ispressed ,the centralized controller will carryon relativefunction,the buzzer willbuzz
once.Ifthis keyhaslong press function,the centralized controllerwill carryon the relative
functin,butthe buzzer will buzz onceonly.
When the backlightisoff,anykey(exceptfor key)is pressed,onlythe backlightislighted
on,the centralized controller will notoperatethe key,and the buzzerwill notbuzz.

1.Centralized controllerlocking
The centralized controller locking statewill be recorded when powered off. Itwon’tdismiss
when re-power onuntilreceiving the unlocking order.
1) Effect
①When the centralized controller isunderlocking state,itcan notchangethe air
conditioner’soperating statethrough the centralized controller(suchasON/OFFtheunit,
setting mode,change the settingtemperature,change thefan speed,unlockthe exiting
lockingstateetc),butitcan do the query operation, until unlocking and then recover to
normal.
②When the centralized controller isunderlocking state,all the airconditionersinthe
centralized controller networkwillbe remotecontrollerlocked.
2) Operation
①Locking
The centralized controller can be locked by the computeronly.
②Unlocking
a)When the centralized controllerand computercommunicatenormally
Thecentralized controllercan be unlocked bythe computer only.When the
centralized controllerisunlocked,thecontroller willsend ordertounlock the remote
controller locking of allthe airconditioners.
b)When the centralized controllerand computercommunicateabnormally
When the centralized controller islocking,the centralized controller can beunlocked
bythe waythatpress“”key andholdon,then press “”(Itshouldoperatewithinone
minuteafter centralized controllerisre-powered on orthe “”ispressed).
Theremotecontroller locking oftheairconditioner isremained.
2.Remotecontroller locking
1) Effect
①When the airconditionerisunder remotecontroller locking state,itwill notreceive
the remotesignalsfromremotecontroller or wire controller,untilunlocking.
②The airconditioner can be operatedbythe centralizedcontroller.
2) Operation
①Can lock or unlock through the computer.
②Can operateby centralized controller.
Inthe centralized controllersettinginterface,press “”tolockor unlock.
Ifthecurrentstateisremotecontroller locking,pressthe keytounlock.
Ifthere’sno remotecontroller locking,press the keytolock.
2.3.4 Variouslocking
2.3.3 Emergency stop and forcedon
When the emergentstop switchof the centralized controller isconnected,all the airconditioners
inthecentralizedcontroller networkwillbe shutdown compulsorily,and the LEDflashes
as0.5Hz.The centralized controller and computer and allfunctionalmodulesaredisabled from
startup andshutdown untilthe emergentstop switchisbreak. When the forced on switch
ofthe centralized controller isconnected,all airconditionersinthe nerwork ofthe centralized
controller willstartup compulsorily.Bydefault,theywill run inthe cooling mood.The startup
and shutdown operationsofthe centralized controller and computer and all functional
moduleswill be disabled(onlythe command ofstartupissenttothe airconditioner，without
affecting operation oftheremotecontroller after startup) until the forcedon switchisbreak.
Ifthe foregoing two switchesare connected concurrently，the emergentstop switch
shall havepreference.

3.Mode locking
1) Effect
Undermode locking state,through centralized controller tooperatethe airconditioner,
onlycan choosethe mode whichhasnotconflict withlockingmode.
2) Operation
Can setthe heating modelocking or cooling modelocking.
Undermode locking state,ifsetthe new mode locking,itmustbe unlockingfirst, then can
operatethe new mode locking.
①Can lock or unlock through the computer.
②Can operatebycentralized controller.
Inthe centralized controller setting interface,chooseall the airconditionersofthe
centralized controller networkasthe object,press “”andholdon,thenpress “”to
do the mode locking orunlocking.
Ifthe currentstateismode locking,pressthe keytounlock.
Ifthere’sno mode locking,press the keytolock.
4.Centralized controller keylocking and unlocking
1) Effect
When centralized controller keysare locked,keys operation isinvalidexcept “”keyand
unlock keys.
2) Operation
1.Press “”keyand holdon,then press “”key,the keysofcentralized controllerwill
be locked orunlocked.
Ifthe currentstateiskey locking,pressthe keytounlock.
Ifno centralized controller keylocking,press thekey tolock.
2.When the backlightturnsoff,thekeys willbe locked automatically.Press anykeytolight
the backlightfirst.Secondly,press “”key and holdon,press “”keytounlockkeys.Then
operation tothe controller isenabled.
The backlight will turnoffand the keys will be lockedautomaticallyifthere’sno operation
within30 seconds.
Use the “”keyor“”key todothe ONand OFF operation for the air
conditionersinthe centralized controllernetwork.
The ONmode will accord tothe systemmode locking orother limit conditions
for judging,ifthere is conflict,itwillautoadjusttothe nextmode withoutconflict;if
all the modeshaveconflict,then itcan notoperatethe unit.

Can operateasingleairconditioneror all the airconditionersinthe centralized controller
network.
1) Choosethe object.Press“”keytochooseasingleairconditioner orall the air
conditionersinthe centralized controllernetwork.Ifchooseasingleairconditioner,
then use “”, “”, “”,and “”tochoosetheairconditioner.
2) Use“”, “”, “”,and “”tosetthe operating mode and operating parameters,
suchasfan speed,settingtemperatureetc.
3) Use “”key,centralized controllersendthe relativeorder tothe operating object.
After setting the operating parameter for the airconditioner,ifnotpressthe “”keythe
setting parameter will notbe senttotheairconditioner,and the currentoperation of the air
conditioner isnot affected (exceptlocking operation).
2.3.5ONand OFF operation

1) One or more airconditionersunder ONstate(include timing processoftiming ON
and OFF)
“”keyonlyhasshortpress function.
Onlysend the OFForder tothe airconditionerswithONstate,notfor OFF stateunits.
The memoryfunction is activated,the current stateofallairconditionersismemo-
rized.
2) All the airconditioners inthe centralized controller networkare OFF states

The centralized controllerreadsthe memorycontents,and sendsrelativeorder toall
airconditioners.
②“”keylong press
a) Ifcurrentpage issetting parameters,and the setting mode isnotOFF,the central-
ized controller will send orderstoall airconditionersaccording toparameters,suchassetting
mode,fan speed,setting temperature,etc.
b) Ifthe currentis under setting interfacebutthesetting mode isOFFstateor under
other interfaces,the centralized controller will send the defaultONordertoall air
conditioners. The defaultONorderis:cooling mode,highfan speed,setting temperature
is24℃or76℉,operatethe swinging function.
2. Use “”key toONand OFFthe unit
Onlycan operateall the airconditionersinthe centralized controller network, notfor
singleairconditioner.
“”keylong press: press thiskeyfor over 2secondsthen loose.
“”keyshortpress:pressthiskeyand then loosewithin2seconds.
According todifferent statesand operationwaysofairconditionsinthe current
centralized,there are following situations:

Inthe querymode,if thiskeyispressed,theoperation statusdataofthe previous
airconditioner will bedisplayed.Ifitiscurrentlyon the first machine,thedataof the last
machinewill be displayed,when the key ispressed .Ifyou holddown thiskey, theaddress
willdecreaseone byone.
Inthesetting mode,ifit isinsingleoperation mode,the airconditionerofthe previous
in-serviceaddressnumberwill be selected,when thiskeyispressed,Ifitisinthe global
operation mode,noeffectwillresultwhen this keyis pressed.
Inthemainpage ,press the keytoenter the querymode.Bydefault,itisthefirst
in-serviceairconditioner.
