PRECAUTIONS
Do not use inflammable materials to
clean the scale.
Place the scale on a flat and stable
surface.
Do not subject the platter to sudden
shocks. This scale must be installed in a dry and liquid free environment.
Make sure that you plug your scale into the proper power outlet.
Plug into a power outlet 30 minutes before operations.

2. Weighing with the Tare
The tare is the weight of a container being used for a commodity.
The tare key subtracts the weight of the container.

Place the container on
the platter. Press the TARE key.
Remove the commodity
and container from the
platter.
Press the TARE key.
To use lb mode, press the g/lb/oz key then
you will see the lb on the display.
To use oz mode, press the g/lb/oz key then
you will see the oz on the display.

Turns on or off the display.
Used to correct the zero point.
Used to enter a tare weight.
Used to delete a tare weight.
Select g, lb or oz.
THE OPERATIONS
The display indicates if the scale is at ZERO or if there is a TARE entered into
the scale by way of a ZERO and TARE lamps.
When the display is not zero though there is nothing on the platter, press the
ZERO key.

Place the commodity on
the platter. Remove the commodity from the platter.

How to set digital filter
Digital filter is the function that makes the display speed faster or slower.
The higher value is the lower speed.
How to set auto-power off
Auto power off is the function that makes power off when a scale is not
operated by user to save battery power.
You will see the FiL-0 on the display.
To increase the number, press the ZERO key.
You will see the A.OFF-1 on the display.
To increase the number, press the ZERO key.
To store this setting and go to the next press the g/lb/oz key.
Press the g/lb/oz key then the scale returns to normal mode.

How to set motion band
Motion band: This value is used to set the scales stable weight.
While pressing the ZERO key, press the
ON/OFF key then you will see SEt on the
display.
Press the g/lb/oz key then you will see the
bnd-0 on the display.
To increase the number, press the ZERO key.
To store this setting and go to the next, press the g/lb/oz key.

To help customer’s understanding, this scale displays the error messages properly.
Error of an initial zero range. Make the platter
empty.
Error of converting g/lb/oz.
The scale needs calibration. Call your CAS
dealer for span calibration.
