Gli operatori della gamma MR33/CR63, MR33/CR71. MR33/CR50 sono destinati a motorizzare cancelli scorrevoli su
ruote e binario a terra( o cantilever) di peso da 1300 a 4000 kg con frequenza di utilizzo elevata. Sono quindi consigliati
per motorizzare cancelli di comunità( condomin,ecci) e/o industrie e comunque quando è richiesta solidità, affidabilità e
durata
L’azionamento del cancello è dato dal pignone dentato del operatore tramite la cremagliera montata sul cancello per
tutta la sua lunghezza
L’operatore è composto da: un solido basamento metallico da fissare al suolo a cui è collegato il motoriduttore, una
copertura metallica verniciata a protezione delle intemperie, uno sportello per accedere al motoriduttore ed azionare lo
sblocco dì emergenza. Sul lato del basamento che fronteggia il cancello fuori esce il pignone dentato che aziona la
cremagliera; al di sopra del pignone dentato è presente un finecorsa elettromeccanico bidirezionale per arrestare
elettricamente il motore al termine della corsa di apertura e chisusra del cancello. Due attivatori del finecorsa
bidirezionale, da montare sulla cremagleira, sono forniti a corredo del operatore.
L’armadio metallico è dimensionato per posizionare al suo interno, se richiesto, la centrale elettronica di comando.
In tal caso, la centrale, è dotata di sistema girevole che permette un facile accesso alla meccanica.

The operators of the MR33/CR63, MR3 /CR71 MR33/CR50 range. are designed for motorizing sliding gates on wheels
and rails on the ground(or cantilever) weighing from 1300 to 4000 kg with high frequency of use. They are therefore
recommended for motorizing community gates and / or industries and anyway when solidity, reliability and durability
are required
The gate actuation is given by the toothed pinion of the operator through the rack mounted on the gate along its entire
length
The operator consists of: a solid metal base to be fixed to the ground to which the gearmotor is connected, a painted
metal cover to protect the weather, a door to access the gearmotor and activate the emergency release. On the side of
the basement facing the gate outside the toothed pinion that drives the rack; above the toothed pinion there is a
bidirectional electromechanical limit switch to electrically stop the motor at the end of the opening and closing stroke of
the gate. Two actuators for bidirectional limit switche, to be mounted on the rack, are supplied with the operator.
The metal cabinet is sized to position, if required, the electronic control unit.
In this case, the control unit is equipped with a rotating system that allows easy access to the mechanics.
Les opérateurs de la gamme MR33/CR63, MR33/CR71. Les MR33/CR50 sont conçus pour la motorisation de portails
coulissants sur roues et rails au sol(ou cantilever) de 1300 à 4000 kg avec une fréquence d'utilisation élevée. Ils sont
donc recommandés pour la motorisation des portails communautaires et/ou des industries et de toute façon lorsque la
solidité, la fiabilité et la durabilité sont requises.
L'actionnement de la porte est donné par le pignon denté de l'opérateur à travers la crémaillère montée sur la porte par
toute sa longueur
L’opérateur se compose de: une base en métal solide à fixer au sol auquel le motoréducteur est connecté, un capot en
métal peint pour protéger des intempéries, une porte pour accéder au motoréducteur et activer le siteme de
déverrouillage Du côté en face à la porte, sort le pignon denté qui entraîne la crémaillère; au-dessus du pignon denté
se trouve un fin de course électromécanique bidirectionnel pour 'arrêter électriquement le moteur à la fin de la course
d'ouverture et de fermeture de la porte. Deux actionneurs de fin de course bidirectionnels, à monter sur le rack, sont
fournis avec l'opérateur.
L'armoire métallique est dimensionnée pour positionner, si nécessaire, l'unité de commande électronique.
Dans ce cas, l'unité de contrôle est équipée d'un système de rotation qui permet un accès facile à la mécanique.
