FORATURA PORTA / DOOR DRILLING
Forare la porta per alloggiare la serratura meccanica, come indicato nei disegni
seguenti.
Drill the door in order to store the mortise lock as described in the following pictures.
NOTA
Per il corretto funzionamento della serratura meccanica, la distanza fra frontale e
battente deve essere non superiore a 5mm e la dimensione del vano scrocco deve
essere almeno 15mm in larghezza e profondità.
NOTE
In order to properly use the mortise lock, the distance between the faceplate and the
swing should not exceed 5mm and the dimensions of the latch bolt recess should be
at least 15mm in width and depth.

SET QUADRI E VITI DI FISSAGGIO – SPLINDLES SET AND FIXING SCREWS
Il set quadri è composto da quadro scrocco interno, quadro scrocco esterno, vite fissaggio quadri e sono forniti già tagliati a misura. Le
lettere FF cambiano a seconda della finitura.
The spindles set is composed by internal latch spindle, external latch spindle, fixing screw and they are supplied already cut. The
letters FF change according to the finishes.

INSTALLAZIONE MODULI WAVE MODE – WAVE MODE MODULES INSTALLATION
0. ROVESCIAMENTO SCROCCO (PER PORTE DI “MANO SINISTRA”)
•Svitare le 3 viti F1 e rimuovere la testata dalla serratura;
•Ruotare lo scrocco di 180° (nel caso di serratura a catenaccio automatico
ruotare
•di 180°anche il pistone antiscasso);
•Riportare la testata sul corpo serratura in modo che il dispositivo antifrizione
•si trovi in posizione corretta;Riavvitare le 3 viti F1 e verificare che lo scrocco
funzioni correttamente.
ROVESCIAMENTO LOCKBOX
Il lock box ha indicato su ogni lato una lettera: L per porte di mano sinistra e
R per porte di mano destra, ed una freccia che indica il senso di
rotazione della maniglia.
•Svitare la vite F2 e rimuovere il lockbox dalla piastra di fissaggio;
•Posizionare il lockbox in modo che una volta fissato sulla porta sia visibile la
lettera corrispondente al tipo di porta e controllare il senso di rotazione della
maniglia;
•Riavvitare la vite F2 e verificare che il lockbox funzioni correttamente.
0. REVERSING OF LATCH BOLT (FOR “LEFT HAND” DOORS)
•Undo the 3 screws F1 and remove the face plate from the mortise lock;
•Turn the latch by 180° (in case of automatic deadbolt lock, also rotate the
antitheft piston by 180°);
•Place the face plate back on the lock case so that the antifriction device is in
the correct position; Retighten the 3 screws F1 and test whether the latch
functions properly
REVERSING OF LOCKBOX
The lockbox has one letter on each side: L for the left hand door and R for the
right hand door, has also an arrow that shows the handle
rotation.
•Undo the F2 screw and remove the lockbox frome the fixing plate;
•Place the lockbox in order that you will see the letter related at the door type
and verify the handle rotation;
•Retighten the F2 screw and verify that the lockbox are working well.

1. Inserire la serratura meccanica nella cava e
posizionare il cavo DPR (se presente) dal lato
interno porta. Fissare la meccanica con le 2 viti di
fissaggio.
1. Insert the mortise lock in the door and place the
DPR cable (if present) on the internal door side. Fix
the mechanical lock with the 2 fixing screw.
2. Montare il cilindro sulla meccanica con
relativa vite.
2. Mount the cylinder on the mortise lock and
fix it with his screw.
3. Montare il set quadri sul lockbox.
3. Mounth the spindle set on the lockbox.
4. Inserire il cavetto lockbox dal foro sotto la
serratura meccanica fino al lato interno porta.
4. Insert the lockbox cable in the hole under the
mortise lock until the internal side door.
5. Fissare la placca di supporto del lockbox
alla porta con le due viti autofilettanti.
5. Fix the lockbox support trim on the door
with the 2 screw.
6. Connettere, nei relativi connettori sul
retro dell'electronic box, il cavetto DPR (4
poli), il cavetto lockbox (3 poli).
6. Connect the connector on the back of the
electronic box, the DPR cable (4 pins) and
the lockbox cable (3 pins).

7. Inserire l'electronic box nel vano interno facendo
uscire ai lati del cilindro i cavi DPR e lockbox, per
evitare di danneggiarli.
7. Insert the electronic box on the internal space
and put the DPR and lockbox cables at the cylinder
sides, to avoid any damages.
8. Inserire il cavo reader all'interno del foro
passante.
8. Insert the reader cable through the passer-
by hole.
9. Connettere il cavetto reader nel relativo
connettore sul retro del modulo.
9. Connect the reader cable to the related
connector on the back of the reader.
10. Posizionare il reader nei relativi fori dal lato
esterno porta. Ripiegare il cavetto in eccesso sul
retro del modulo reader.
10. Place the reader in the holes on the external
side of the door. Fold the cable in excess on the
back of the reader.
11. Fissare poi l'electronic box al reader
inserendo le due viti passanti sopra e sotto il
portapile, e nella parte inferiore alla porta con
una vite autofilettante. Posizionare i cavi DPR
e lockbox all’interno del vano ai lati del
cilindro.
11. Fix the electronic box at the reader and
insert the two passer-by screws up and down
the batteries holder, and in the lower part of
the door with the auto threating screw. Place
the DPR and lockbox cables on the internal
space at the cylinder sides.
12. Posizionare il copricanalina.

13. Inserire il coperchio nel portapile, in modo da
bloccare il copricanilna nella posizione corretta.
13. Place the batteries holder cover in order to fix
the channel cover in the right position.
14. Posizionare la placca maniglia con le sedi
filettate lato esterno, quella con i fori viti
passanti sul lato interno e serrare le viti per
bloccare le placche.
14. Place the handle trim with the threaded
hole on the external side. Place the handle
trim with the passed-by hole on the internal
side of the door, then fix the screws.

COLLAUDO FINALE
A porta aperta occorre effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
1. con il catenaccio arretrato passare una tessera codificata. Verificare che il led verde della serratura elettronica lampeggi 10
volte in rapida successione e che, durante il lampeggio, agendo sulla maniglia , solo lo scrocco rientri correttamente;
2. con il catenaccio avanzato passare una tessera codificata. Verificare che il led verde della serratura elettronica lampeggi 10
volte e che, durante il lampeggio, agendo sulla maniglia, scrocco e catenaccio rientrino correttamente;
3. con il catenaccio arretrato premere il pulsante “Do not disturb” e passare una tessera codificata. Verificare che il led verde
della serratura elettronica lampeggi 10 volte e che, durante il lampeggio, agendo sulla maniglia, solo lo scrocco rientri
correttamente;
4. con il catenaccio avanzato premere il pulsante “Do not disturb” e passare una tessera codificata. Verificare che il led verde
della serratura elettronica lampeggi 10 volte e che, durante il lampeggio, agendo sulla maniglia, scrocco e catenaccio rientrino
correttamente;
5. verificare che al termine del tempo di abilitazione all’apertura, ruotando la maniglia, lo scrocco non rientri; verificare che il
catenaccio avanzi in maniera fluida e senza impuntamenti;
6. con il catenaccio arretrato agire sulla maniglia interna e verificare che lo scrocco rientri in maniera fluida e senza
impuntamenti;
7. con il catenaccio avanzato agire sulla maniglia interna e verificare che sia scrocco che catenaccio rientrino in maniera fluida e
senza impuntamenti.
FINAL TEST
Keeping the door open do the following operations:
1. when the deadbolt is withdrawn pass an encoded card. Check that the electronic lock gives 10 green LEDs and that turning
the handle the latch is correctly withdrawn;
2. when the deadbolt is thrown out pass an encoded card. Check that the electronic lock gives 10 green LEDs and that turning
the handle the latch and deadbolt are correctly withdrawn;
3. when the deadbolt is withdrawn press the button “Do not disturb” and pass an encoded card. Check that the electronic lock
gives 10 green lights and that turning the handle just the latch is correctly withdrawn;
4. when the deadbolt is thrown out press the button “Do not disturb” pass an encoded card. Check that the electronic lock gives
10 green lights and that turning the handle the latche and the deadbolt are correctly withdrawn;
5. check that at the end of the habilitation opening time, turning the handle, the latch doesn’t withdrawn; check that the deadbolt
moves freely without obstructions.
6. when the deadbolt is withdrawn turn the inside handle and check that the latch bolt moves freely without obstructions.
7. when the deadbolt is thrown out turn the inside handle and check that both the latch bolt and the the deadbolt move freely
without obstrutions.
