Enlèvement de la courroie
• Appuyer la dent de l’outil sur la partie extérieure de la poulie, près du contact avec la courroie (indiqué par la
èche sur la g. A).
• Visser sur l’outil, conformément aux dimensions de la poulie, une des vis fournies (n°4,5,6,7), choisir le meilleur
positionnement de la vis en glissant à l’intérieur de la fente, et bloquer la vis avec l’écrou et le goujon (n°8) fournies.
Attention : la vis doit appuyer sur le fond de la poulie.
• Avec la clé adéquate, tourner la poulie dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre, en gardant l’outil dans
sa position (g. B).
• Tourner jusqu’à enlever complètement la courroie (g. C).

Assemblage de la courroie
• Choisir la pièce adaptée (n°1,2) conformément au diamètre de la poulie.
• Appuyer la dent de la pièce sur la partie extérieure de la poulie.
• Introduire dans la pièce une des vis fournies (n°4,5,6,7) : pour la pièce de Ø 50mm (n°1), suivre le même
procédé de xation décrit pour l’enlèvement, pour la pièce de Ø32mm (n°2), visser la vis dans le trou leté.
Attention : la vis doit appuyer sur le fond de la poulie (g. D).
• Appuyer la courroie sur la partie inférieure de la poulie (g. E).
• Introduire la pièce en la faisant adhérer à la poulie.
• Avec la clé adéquate, tourner la poulie, en gardant la pièce dans sa position (g. G).
• Tourner jusqu’à introduire complètement la courroie sur la poulie (g. H).

Belt disassembling
• Mount the elastic belt remover on the pulley (n°3) in the part indicated by the arrow in the image A.
• Choose and screw on the remover the supplied screws accordingly to the dimensions of the pulley, the screw
must slide into the slot, then lock it with the nut and the pin.
Warning : the screw has to lean on the bottom of the pulley.
• Use the suitable key to turn the pulley, rotate following engine rotation, and keep the tightener in its position (pic . B)
• Then rotate the pulley until the complete belt removal (pic. C)

Belt assembly
• Choose the right tightener (n°1,2) according to the diameter of the pulley on which you have to work.
• Put the tooth of the tightener on the external part of the pulley
• Tighten one the supplied screws (n°4,5,6,7) on the tting tool: for the Ø 50mm tightener (n°1) follow the same
locking procedure described above in the belt disassembling operation, for the Ø 32 tightener (n°2) screw the
screws into the threaded hole.
Warning: the screw has to lean on the bottom of the pulley (pic. D).
• Lay the belt on the lower part of the pulley (pic. E).
• Insert the tightener making it stick to the pulley (pic. F).
• Use the suitable key to turn the pulley and keep the tightener in its position (pic. G).
• Turn until inserting the belt completely on the pulley (pic. H).
