Note: the dimension 700 could be reduced to 300 mm.

Electrical connections
Refer the following picture to connect all electrical parts.

HUB: USB-HUB. Connect it to the PC.
M: Mouse
K: Keyboard
DJ: Printer
D: Display
L1-L2: Led Board to be connected to the USB HUB. C1-C2: USB Camera to be connected directly to the
PC.
The camera cables C1 and C2 MUST BE CONNECTED directly to the PC by USB
2.0 ports only.
P: Power cable, connect the PC to the power socket.
POW: This is the power cable to source the Led Boards. It must be connected to the power source (PS).
CM: Automatic Camera Movement Control.

Computer basic requirement:
OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 7 or 10 PROFESSIONAL or ULTIMATE at 32 bit. For Windows 7 is required the
SERVICE PACK 1 minimum.
USB Chipset: different from C200/C220 family.
RAM: 4 GB.
CPU: Intel Celeron DUAL CORE or Intel i3 or Intel i5.
MOTHERBOARD: Intel o Asus.
USB PORTS: At least 6 USB ports. TWO USB PORTS will be used for camera cables (C1 - C2) connection.
STORAGE: Solid State Disk (SSD) 32 GB or 64 GB is suggested to improve performances.
Example of commercial PC: HP PRODESK 490 G2

Setting the right screen resolution:
Open the Control Panel and
select Display.
Select Adjust resolution.
Select Advanced settings.
Select List All Modes.

Select 800x600, True Color (32 bit), 60 Hertz.
Click OK here and Apply in the following window.
Click on Yes in this window.

WINDOWS 10 CONFIGURATION
POWER SETTINGS:
Open the Settings page.
Select System.
Select Power & Sleep.
Set Never in both selection boxes.
Turn off the display  NEVER
Put the computer to sleep  NEVER
Select Additional power settings.
Select Change plan settings.

Select Change advanced power settings.
Set to Disabled the following item:
USB Settings  USB selective suspend setting
Click OK
Close the configuration window.
AUTOMATIC UPDATES SETTINGS:
Open the Settings page.
Select Update & Security.
Select Windows Update.
Select Advanced options.

Set Notify to schedule restart.
Deselect “Give me updates for other
Microsoft products when I update Windows”.
Deselect “Defer upgrades”.
Select “Choose how updates are delivered”.
Set to OFF the sliding selector.
Return to Settings page.
Select Windows Defender.
Disable Real-time protection.
Return to Settings page and close it.

NOTIFICATION and WEB BROWSER SETTINGS:
Open the Settings page.
Select System.
Select Notifications & actions.
Turn OFF the 5 sliding selectors.
Select Default apps.
Switch the actual Web browser from Edge to
Internet Explorer.

CORTANA SETTINGS:
Left click on Cortana search bar.
Click on Cortana’s settings icon .
Turn OFF the 3 sliding controls.
STANDARD DISPLAY RESOLUTION SETTINGS:
Right click on the Desktop.
Select Display Settings.
Select Advanced display settings.

Select 800 x 600.
Select Apply.
NOTE: If the 800x600 resolution is not in the list,
proceed with the following “advanced” resolution
instructions.
ADVANCED DISPLAY RESOLUTION SETTINGS FOR INTEL BOARDS:
To be executed if the STANDARD DISPLAY RESOLUTION SETTINGS procedure does not allow to set the
resolution to 800x600.
Right click on the Intel Graphics Control Panel icon
near the clock.
Select Graphics Properties…
Select Display.

Select Custom Resolution.
Select Yes.
Manually set:
WIDTH: 800
HEIGHT: 600
REFRESH RATE: 60
Click on the Add icon on the bottom right of the
window.
Select Yes
Right click on the Desktop.
Select Display Settings.

Select Advanced display settings.
Select 800 x 600.
Select Apply.
Select Keep changes.

ADVANCED DISPLAY RESOLUTION SETTINGS FOR DIFFERENT DISPLAY BOARDS:
To be executed if the STANDARD DISPLAY RESOLUTION SETTINGS procedure does not allow to set the
resolution to 800x600 and the display board does not allow to set a custom resolution to 800x600.
If the Display Board of the PC does not allow to set
a custom resolution to 800x600 it is also possible to
set the aligner software to full screen.
Right click on the Desktop.
Select Display Settings.
Select Advanced display settings.
Select 1024x768.
Select Apply.

Select Keep changes.
Set the ZOOM to 125%.
Select Apply.
Right click on the Desktop.
Select Personalize.
Select Background
Background: Solid Color
Select the BLACK COLOR
Close the window.

TASKBAR SETTINGS: FOR ALL DISPLAY BOARDS:
Right click on the Task bar.
Select Properties.
Set:
Lock the taskbar
Auto-hide the taskbar
Click OK.
