Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and
other construction activities contains chemicals known to cause
cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of
these chemicals are:
• leadfromlead-basedpaints,
• crystallinesilicafrombricksandcementandothermasonry
products, and
• arsenicandchromiumfromchemically-treatedlumber.

AIR SUPPLY
Toolsofthisclassoperateonawiderangeofairpressures.Itis
recommendedthatairpressureofthesetoolsmeasures90PSIat
thetoolwhilerunningfree.Higherpressure(over90psig;6.2bar)
raisesperformancebeyondtheratedcapacityofthetool,which
willshortentoollifebecauseoffasterwearandcouldcauseinjury.
Alwaysuseclean,dryair.Dust,corrosivefumesand/orwaterin
theairlinewillcausedamagetothetool.Draintheairtankdaily.
Cleantheairinletfilterscreenonatleastaweeklyschedule.
Therecommendedhookupprocedurecanbeviewedinthe
abovefigure.
Theairinletusedforconnectingairsupplyhasstandard1/4"NPT.
Linepressureshouldbeincreasedtocompensateforunusually
longairhoses(over25feet).Minimumhosediametershouldbe
3/8"I.D.andfittingsshouldhavethesameinsidedimensionsand
betightlysecured.
LUBRICATION
Lubricatethisairtooldailywithqualityairtooloil.Ifnoairline
oilerisused,run1/2oz.ofoilthroughthetool.Theoilcanbe
squirtedintothetoolairinletorintothehoseatthenearest
connectiontotheairsupply,thenrunthetool.
Overfillingwillcauseareductioninthepowerofthetool.
OPERATION
Punch Replacement:
Disconnectairsupplyfromtool.
1.Loosennut(#41)fromdie.
2.Removedie(#40).
3.Removescrew(#39).
4.Replacepunch.
5.Reverseaboveprocedure,checkscrewsfor
tightnessbeforeoperatingtool.
Die Adjustment:
Disconnectairsupplyfromtool.
Loosennut(#41).Turndietodesiredposition.Tightennut(#41).

•Cuttingwiththistoolwillcreatesharpedges.
Wearglovestoprotecthands.
•Avoiddirectcontactwithworksurfaceduringandafterwork.
•Cuttingedgescanbecomehotduringuse.Donottouch.
•Neverforcethetooltocutfasterorthroughheaviergauge
materialthanratedcapacity.
WARRANTY
Cornwellwarrantsthisairtoolforaperiodof1yeartotheconsumer.WewillrepairanyCAT330ANcoveredunderthiswarrantywhichprovesto
bedefectiveinmaterialorworkmanshipduringthewarrantyperiod.Inordertohaveyourtoolrepaired,returnthetooltoanyCornwellAuthorized
WarrantyCenter,freightprepaid.Pleaseincludeacopyofyourproofofpurchaseandabriefdescriptionoftheproblem.Thetoolwillbeinspected
andifanypartorpartsarefoundtobedefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship,theywillberepairedfreeofchargeandtherepairedtoolwillbe
returnedtoyoufreightprepaid.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificrights.Youmayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
TheforegoingobligationisCornwell’ssoleliabilityunderthisoranyimpliedwarrantyandundernocircumstancesshallCornwellbeliableforany
incidentalorconsequentialdamages.
